Im new to the area ! Kinda ! Still !!! Lol !!! So I made apts. For our family to receive long over due eye examinations ... Received great customer service ! Dr. Mini Ta our New Optometrist in San Marcos, CA & her Staff answered any questions we had & introduced us to their Collective New Eyewear ! Well it was new to us since we were 1st time visitors to this Business . Recently !

Both doctors are professional and personable. The office is new and clean. My first experience trying to order glasses was frustrating with an associate who didnt fully understand high index lenses, so I took my prescription elsewhere to order glasses. The following year, I came in and tried a new type of contacts. I was offered a rebate by Acuvue that ended up saving me money over online discount contact retailers. There was an issue with the rebate on Acuvues end that I was unable to resolve on my own. Kimberly went above and beyond pursuing the rebate on my behalf for nearly three months. I was finally granted the rebate and I am grateful for Kimberlys excellent customer service and perseverance in following up with Acuvue.

The doctor is extremely competent, she was pleasant, enjoyable, and very knowledgeable. The front table staff were very helpful and the facility is extremely nice. Gracia provided an excellent over the phone appointment setup. This is by far the best optometry experience Ive yet had. Their exam used dilation, and was the least painful or intrusive that Ive experienced. Their frames were very nice and came in a wide range of styles including some that were very appealing to me as a young adult male. Overall great experience, I will be coming back.

I brought in my prescription and selected frames, but I was told they had to call my eye doctor to release the insurance. I was never called back. They claim they have no records for me. A huge waste of time.

Everyone at this office is very friendly and helpful. They each greet you with a warm smile, take the time to answer any questions, and make you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend. I moved from Florida, and needed to find a good doctor and place for my eye exam & contacts Im fortunate I found New Optix.

Amazing customer service, and knowledgeable staff. The staff took their time to help me and answered all the questions I had about my prescription and glasses. Milestone has a lot of eye wear selections! The staff members were very nice and patience as I went through their selection, I like so many of them! Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable, informative and took his time to explain everything I needed to know during the exam. I will be back and highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Dr. VanDan, Dr. Tran and his team at this office go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the treatment you deserve. They are very thorough during the exam process and ensure that you understand everything that is going on. They have a great frame selection, and can we just talk about their office space...? GORGEOUS. They emphasize customer service here, and make you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this practice to any of my friends and family, you will not regret it!

Had a great experience at Milestones. The office is brand new and very nicely done. They have an adorable area for the kids to play with (which was great since I had my 3 year old). Both Dr. VanDan and Dr. Tran were very helpful and professional. Definitely been needing an optometrist in the area so glad they have arrived!!

Great experience visiting Milestones Optometry for my eye exam and to order frames. Both Dr. Tran and Dr. VanDan were very helpful with getting me new prescription lenses. Gabby at the front desk is also very knowledgeable and gives great customer service. The office just opened in San Marcos next to the Nothing Bundt Cakes and Hobby Lobby. Definitely give them a visit!

A new optometry in San Marcos that I would highly recommend to any one looking for quality service. Gabby, who works the front desk was super nice and helpful and answered all my questions and informed me of different options that I had for glasses. Dr. Vandan was also very informative and it was a pleasure to meet him. He really took the time to make sure I was happy and that he had answered any questions I had. They had a whole bunch of selections available for frames and Gabby really took the time to find frames that I loved and had a great price. Beautiful interior and amazing customer service. I’m very glad to have given Dr. Vandan’s practice a chance. There is good reason as to why milestones optometry has 5 stars.

Excellent service. While checked my vision, Doctor VanDan found my eyes having other problem, he immediately wrote a memo to inform my family doctor and suggested me to treat the problem the sooner the better. Thank you for his extra care.
