THE NURSE AND DOCTOR WERE FINE IT WAS THE SALES ASSOCIATES WHO CAUSED ME TO BE DETAINED AND WERE NOT KNOWLEGEABLE LET ALONE KIND OR HELPFUL. FINAL RESULT CHEAP GLASSES WITH A STEEP PRICE. IN JUST 2 MONTHS MY GLASSES ARE SCRACTHED AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THE GIRL WHO HAD MELPED ME TOOK 2 DAYS TO CALL ME BACK AND LEFT A RUDE MESSAGE SAYING I DIDNT BUY THE WARRANTY BUT YET COST WAS $878 ONE PAIR!

My husband had an eye appointment over a month ago, and we are still waiting on eyeglasses. Every time we follow up we are given another excuse for the delay. Our order has now sat in a queue twice for more than a week at a time waiting on some piece of information from us that their office fails to reach out for. Completely unacceptable. I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

The staff here is so friendly and I like all the extra precautious they are taking to make you feel safe amidst the pandemic.

San Marcos location is ridiculous. Last year when we ordered, I got talked into glasses I didnt want. Specifically told the lady what i was looking for and she ordered the opposite. Decided to try them again. They make you take off your mask and put on one of theres. No real prescreening for Covid like have you been exposed, are you coughing or running fever ect. Then it look over 2 hrs to order just lenses for 3 people in my family. I didntbget to do my appointment due to it taking so long. When it was time to pick up, you have to make an appointment. They just hand you the glasses at the door. No adjustments done at all. And no offer to adjust was made. Very poor quality of service . Wont be back.
