Had the opportunity to work with Cactus Containers for my recent conference. It was my first major event. I chose the suitcase box as an effort to be something unique and special. I have mixed feelings about my experience. My biggest recommendation is to start early. Im not sure if I could have received a sample prior to. I can say my rep was super nice and they worked hard to get my boxes to me in time for the event. However, the boxes arrived with no handles. It completely defeated the purpose of my splurging on this item for my guests. It was quite a bit more expensive than a tote bag and it missed the mark. My guests were not wowed by the gesture. I definitely think the quality is there for generic packaging or shipping. I wouldnt choose the box again for a convention or conference setting. And with the handles not showing up, I most definitely could have gotten a generic red corrugated box for a fraction of the price.

From start to finish, I am so grateful for Cactus! I needed a very specifically made corrugated box complete with custom size, custom product cut-outs inside, able to be expanded by future cut-outs, logos, bar codes and recyclable. I did a very brief search online, (maybe not enough DD!) but they came through with great expertise, great service, kind people, and we all worked together well. They will help you with meeting Amazons Frustration Free Packaging, and the prices are very competitive. I chose this California company, because thats where I work, and they live in a very nice city, so I am sure they are happy and healthy, and they are so proud of their business. Give them a call or email and get busy getting a super custom box that will blow the customers away with superior service!
