Usually pretty decent service. However, yesterday I dropped off two Amazon returns. The guy who helped me did scan the upc code for each. He did ask if I wanted a receipt. I declined, because usually the returns show up automatically on an email from Amazon & in the return section of the item I purchased. However, this time, no notifications. When I have tried to call today, multiple times, no one ever answers. After about 15 rings, theres a beep. Not sure if thats a voice-mail prompt, because theres no outgoing message. It also doesnt sound like the line got cut off. Now, Im gonna have to go into town to make sure my stuff got sent off to Amazon. In this day & age, my mind goes quickly to a scam, and the lack of customer service doesnt make me trust them anymore.

This is a heads-up about the UPS shop in San Marcos at 415 N. Guadalupe. If you go to the UPS San Marcos website you will find that you have the convenience of setting up an appointment with an expert who will help you print your documents. After setting up the appointment you will get a reminder, not once but twice, about the appointment time and date and place. When you arrive at the correct location at the precise time on the exact date, you will find two young students behind the counter. They will know nothing about your appointment. They will deny they take or make appointments. They will tell you that the printing expert isnt in, and they dont know when he/she will be in. If you show them your appointment reminders sent by UPS San Marcos, they will shrug their shoulders. Then they will ask if you would like to complain to the owner and they hand you a card. You call that number, and you get voice mail. It is likely you will never hear from said owner -- ever.

Marisol was extremely helpful with the printing project. We were in a time crunch and she went above and beyond to help me achieve a deadline. They have had Fast customer service and do their best to make the experience good. They do get busy so pack your patience on those busy days or call ahead to give a heads up for big projects. They have been a great resource to the community.

We moved here from Houston and sent a package to Houston.. The package never made it to Houston MICHAEL A. RYE the manager is the most unresponsive and unethical manager. He gave us the overnight fee back and a little over two dollars extra. What was in the package cost $185 which he hasnt paid back to me since August. ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT HERE. The staff here is very sweet but the manager needs to go.

WIMBERLEY Tx.Delivered an expensive package by putting it on the ground by a road next to our mailbox. Our home is back from the road making it difficult to see. Anyone could have taken this, and we would have no way of knowing what happened. This is the laziest and poorest service I have ever seen. It is shameful.

I have never been treated so bad as I was at this UPS store!! Michael was VERY RUDE! Even said “I can tell this is going to be a fun transaction” under his breath to me! When I questioned the paperwork I had to fill out to ship a package, because I don’t have to fill out any paperwork at any of the other UPS store locations, other than signature, he said, “that’s the way we do it here” and not in a nice way!! I had 5 packages I needed to send, but only sent 2 of them from this store because of the way I was being treated! I go to UPS stores all over Texas, and always treated wonderfully, but definitely not at this one! Will go out of my way to not go to this UPS store anymore!!

This is the best printing place in town! Way better than FedEx who screwed us over..Bill, at UPS San Marcos, is knowledgeable and will help you find the best product. He wont try and sell you the highest priced item, but instead customize to what you need. He isnt some teenager who need a summer job, but its apparent he takes pride in his work. We will always use UPS because of their support and knowledge, when it comes to printing.-H.E.A.T. Rep

When they used their employees only computer, the screen saver was all satanic symbols and devil worshipping signs all over it.There was 666, the pentagram, goat, upside down cross and many other symbols. It was very unnerving! Not sure they knew what it means but it was scary. I will NOT go back in there again, because of the evil feeling I got.

I went there yesterday and they are closed site says 830am I waited until 9am no one showed up sign on door even said they are open at 830am I went to new Braunfels to ship my package at least they opened when they said they would

I regularly use the UPS Store for my clients printing needs. From menus and fliers to cards, brochures and laminating. Theyre very helpful, turn around print jobs quickly, and will work with me to find the best price point related to sizing and specs. Go see Michael, Shannon and the crew!

I have had a very difficult time getting a claims check processed for a package that was lost nearly 9 months ago. The UPS claims department completed their investigation and issued the funds months ago yet the owner of the San Marcos location has yet to even respond to any of my attempts to resolve the issue.

The employee Michael located at this location was very rude and negative over the phone when providing customer service. He was very unwelcoming over the phone and when asked how to mail a certain item, he just said, I dont understand you and come into the store so I can. Michael does not try to help or understand the customer and undermines them.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I am required to use them for work, and that is the ONLY time I ever do. I have been told on countless occasions by the same manager (Carol, who I believe is the blonde lady others refer to in their reviews), while on the phone with her and paying for transactions posted to our account, Well Ill have to call you back, I have other customers in line and Im the only one here. Excuse me? Am I not a customer? This is DURING the conclusion of our call to finish the transaction. Every. Single. Time. You dont just stop helping one costumer because there are others in a line, you just go down the line! And if you are ALWAYS the only one there, put an additional person on the shift. I never get a call back and constantly have to follow up, and since this manager leaves in the afternoon Im then told by associates they cannot assist me because that manager is the only one allowed to, and Ill have to call back the next day. It is a never-ending cycle and takes time away from my day and my job because she can never finish a transaction or follow up when she says she will.This is just ridiculous and has been going on for a straight year. This store has the absolute worst customer service.

Been paying for mail for 2 years here and the Owner Michael cant be bothered to check the mail i pay for while being passive aggressive and unprofessional. Then decides to bring customers in the mix and begins serving the people behind me in the line.Secondly after I report his passive aggressive unprofessional behavior to his corporate higher ups he threatened me by telling me today 2/15/19 Do you want to take this outside?Who on earth manages a business like this?I have received my money back for this year and I would prefer to have my mail at this ups but this guy is a problem with employees and customers alike. The amount of employees that I have seen come through this place has increases alot recently and his behavior is horrid recently. Its a correlation and I will leave it at that.

I Strongly Dislike packages left at my door, So I leave Instructions for the delivery driver if I can. It is the beginning of the semester so me and my roommates are ordering school supplies. Mostly Art supplies. I had to order from a company that only does delivery with UPS and at a shipping cost that cost more than my supplies... I saw that it was delivered by the San Marcos branch and just wanted to say... I had left specific instructions and they where not followed! I had been waiting all day long for my supplies and did not hear any knocking at my door. My roommate who was by the door in the living room did not hear anything. My other roommate comes home from work and tells me that it was at the door... there was instructions that if the door wasnt answered to leave it at the Apartment complex right next door to my building. So there was no reason for my supplies to be sitting outside for over an hour unattended where it could have been damaged or stolen.There have also been several time to where i would hear just one knock and I run to the door only to see the driver already down the stairs and driving away in the van. Ive also have had Larger packages being leaned up my door so when i open it the package would fall down on me.I avoid USP for these very reasons! If the shipping was free or below 5 dollars i would bother with a review. However the shipping cost more than my Supplies and i had waited all day for it to arrive so i can do errands and it ends up being out for a hour with no indication that it was there until my roommate comes home from work

Shipped a package from the store. It arrived shattered.The claims process was one of deferment and idiocy. Expect them to try and screw you at every turn. Youre better off shipping with anyone else.

Going here was a very weird and uncomfortable experience. I’ve had to go in multiple times and it’s always the same no matter what worker I come into contact with. It’s really aggravating when I can’t go into a UPS store without being treated poorly.

The blonde older woman at the counter was really rude and bitchy. Did someone fart in your coffee this morning? She stood at one register but rang my box up on another and then got an attitude with me when I stood at the counter SHE WAS STANDING AT! I wish I knew her name. She generally was bad tempered, very annoyed when I asked her if they had a box specifically for phones to shop because obviously I dont want to ship my phone in a envelope lady. Ill go to Kyle ups instead.

Some guy immediately hung up on me over the slightest misunderstanding. He barely said a word. I doubt anyone there is genuinely nice based on all the bad reviews. The Seguin one isnt nearly as bad and its 25 miles away.

I ordered business cards and were told they would be ready today.well guess what there not!! I spoke to an employee named Shawn not only was he rude he said they werent gonna do them for me, and hung up.I called back and spoke to the Mgr.He made it rt, and would deliver them today.I personally wont goover there and deal with them especially of that jerk Shawn still works there..Hes bad business.

The guy at front desk handed me someone elses package, mind u he had my id in his hand. When i advised him that is not my package, he said it is, although that package was addressed to someone else and a totally different address, once he found my package he asked me 3 times whats in the box. Careless employees and bad customer service at this location.
