Very nice salon. Clean and friendly staff. No walk ins at the moment but very easy to get an appointment. Fair pricing as well. Will definitely be going back.

Great hair cut!

Treated myself to a birthday haircut three days ago. I was welcomed nicely and it seemed okay. After i told the hairdresser that I wanted layers and three inches, she completely forgot what I told her and she cut my hair straight across and then layered it. It was so short and terrible looking. I went home and cried. Now i have to look at short hair that I didnt want in the first place.

Got there about 6 min before 4:00 Sunday,sign on the window said open. I was greeted by two employees, both say we are closed. My reply was the sign says open, does not matter we are closed. Called back next day to speak to the owner, who was not there, and was told I was rude and dont come back. Not a problem I will not be back.

I have been going to this place for quite some time even years ago and I stopped for awhile cause I moved to the other side of town.That was a mistake on my part and no not the moving part but the not getting my hair cut.Victor is one amazing dude!!! Really cool guy with awesome life experiences and stories.But at the same time Victor knows how to cut any head that has hair. My style is pretty difficult to do but when I first went to Victor he did it like it was nothing and with style. Plus he got me on a new style different way of cutting my hair and I went for it and ever since I won’t go back to the other style. When Victor cut my hair I went to work the next day and it was like everyone came up to me through out the day and asked wow who cuts your hair and I told them. I will never go anywhere else.Thanks Victor.

I came with my son to get his haircut today. After signing in, we sat there for 30 minutes and no one checked in with us to tell us how long wed need to wait. After 30 minutes, I finally felt the need to ask how much longer it would be, and they said it was still going to be 10-15 longer. The more considerate and customer service-focused approach would have been to simply tell us when we got there that wed have to wait 45 minutes before they could fit us in. My sons and I will not be back.

Got a haircut here and it felt about equal to St Francis Barber Shop (just around the corner), so really doesnt matter where you go, to me. Either way staff was nice, but a haircut is a haircut after all. It grows back.

Decided to get my bangs trimmed here instead of whacking at them myself. HUGE MISTAKE. They are wayyyyy short, straight across, and she went way beyond cutting my bangs, making a longer layer shorter that should have been left alone or barely touched. It will take a while to grow out. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, I have to go to my high school reunion with my weird hair. :-(

I started working there in September 2017 to June 1,2018 My time their I was made Assistant Manager Everyone their from JJ the owner to all the stylist Victor, Vi,Van, Allison, Sheri, Jackie, Debbie they were wonderful and I enjoyed going to work and getting to know each an everyone of them, they all did a tremendous job, what really stood out was when it got busy everyone pulled together an we got it done it was the best team work I had ever seen from any Salon .The laughter with all of them was like no other, I love laughter and Victor always had me laughing along with the rest of the staff, Victor is such the gentleman always shook a mans hand opens the door for just about every lady, none of them has a problem with no one, usually in Salons there’s the few that just didn’t do kids but here I didn’t see that an treated them like the little people they are At closing or end of their shift they would always do their part of cleaning it was the best Salon I ever worked in with those group of people. So to the many, many people out their that need a nice enthusiastic, warm, personal place to get your hair done “Cool Cuts” Is your place they all do a great job be patient on the busy days, trust me it be worth your Waite . Get to know them if your knew everyone of them are great they are wonderful listeners will give you what you want .. You know the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover “, It’s true here the Salon may not look like all the best of the best but it’s warm happy clean personal an you feel that the minute you walk in they acknowledge you . I have been going to cool cuts many times and every time they have done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend coming here whenever you need something done to your hair. I dont get why many people dont like this place, the do an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😀😀

Absolutely terrible service, I doubt if any of the hair dressers have over a year of experience. The place is dirty as well.
