I was looking for a car to help commute from sonoma county to the east bay but wanted to do so in a stylish comfortable car that would last me a while along with keeping my wallet intact. Raymond at Kings Auto Sales did just that. He and his wife were extremely helpful and understanding in the things I was looking for and the amount of money I wanted to put down. They put me in a mint condition 2005 infiniti g35 with under 60,000 miles for only $10,000. This professional family owned business is by far the best experience Ive had with a dealership no other dealer big or small makes the process of buying a vehicle more pleasurable than these guys. Id definitely go back to get another vehicle and would highly recommend anyone to their lot.

If youre looking to get a car and you maybe have some credit issues or need assistance I would recommend you see Raymond he is wonderful his wife is fantastic theyre very helpful they got me in and out in a few hours with a new car and Im blessed and grateful I would recommend anybody going here and checking them out support your local auto salesperson check it out people you wont regret it

Buyer beware bought a great car from a not so great dealership, have been dealing with a lot of back and forth, also the service center isnt so great the service I received was below standards, dealt with some good customer service from my sales rep, but the other guy helping in the shop has given me more issues than help, just glad I was able to get a hood vehicle. If ANYONE at this dealship guarantees ANYTHING get it in writing, some friendly advice and just be sure to inspect the vehicle closely and take your time.

Raymond Tirado is the most awesome customer oriented unselfish patient sales person you will ever meet. If you ever need a car this is the place to go. My 24-hour deadline on purchasing the vehicle turned into 72 hours before I was able to give him any information and this persons only concern was making sure that he was doing everything he could from me. The amount of patience he displayed throughout the whole process was unbelievable. He is truely one in a million. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle this will be where I go.100% satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a 100!!!!!

I bought a car in January 2018. Prior to buying the car, I was informed that there was no radio in the car and that itd be a week from the date of purchase that the radio would be in. No worries right? Wrong, so a week goes by still no radio. I called to get an eta on it and Raymond the sales rep tells me that the radio is in and that it was being installed as we spoke on the phone. I call back later to get an eta on the installment, now Raymond tells me that the radio that was put in was for another model and that theyd have to order the correct one. At this point Im frustrated because it took hours before I called to find out, he wasnt even going to call. But again, no worries. A month and a half goes by and Im still with out a radio, Victor the owner finally says hey we have the radio. I co.e in to have it installed, which took hours to do because the mechanic did not know what he was doing, I literally watched him watch a YouTube channel on how to do his job. Once the radio is installed its still isnt working. Victor claims that he thought it was the screen that did not work so thats what he replaced. So he reassured me that hed order the full radio and hell I stall it himself. A week goes by and Im back at Kings auto getting the radio replaced. Now that the radio is replaced with a stock radio, Victor tells me he cannot program my radio to my car due to the lack of equipment, and that hed pay for the reprogramming if I went to a Ford dealership. March 1, 2018 I go to Ford to have it reprogrammed to find out that they cant because it isnt a stock radio and that they need the original radio in order to figure out whats wrong with it in order to reprogram it. I informed Victor on what was told to me by Ford and he kept reassuring me that he installed a stock radio(which he did not) and told me hed send me the original radio by mail. It is now March 28th 2018 and. STILL without a radio in my car. He has the worst communication. He told me it would be overnighted and Id have it before the 12th, which was my appointment with Ford. He gave so many excuses on why he couldnt answer the phone, told me hed give me a tracking number and hed give me a call. So I waited for all of that. I left messages after messages in regards to my radio and he FINALLY responds to a text threatening to give him a bad review if he did not give me information on my radio, because at this point Ive been beyond patient. He calls me not to tell me the eta on my radio or to give me my tracking number as he promised he called me with yet another excuse stating his ENTIRE family had been sick but still could not tell me about my radio and when I questioned him on the whereabouts and his unprofessionalism that he tells me, well I paid Ford to check it out as if he was doing me a favor when the reality of the situation is you put in the wrong radio and lied about it! Still waiting on my radio. Dont not buy from this lot poor service.
