As a Doctor of Integrative Chinese Medicine, it is important to have glasses that I can use from the consultation desk to the computer to the treatment table and in-between. Dr. DiSalvo corrected a Rx that I had from Marin by making specific measurements for my different clinic needs. Felix Karanja, the owner, took extra time to make sure my prescription and glasses were correct and a good fit. What stood out the most is that Felix and his team went beyond excellent customer service with genuine caring. Highly recommended!

Recently moved to town from the valley area, and I needed to find a new eye doctor and everything. I went to a few places around and none of them felt right. When I went here to order new glasses I met Niki and she was just so sweet and helpful, and a week later when I went to pick up my glasses the man helping me was just so nice too. Im actually able to have a conversation with them and get treated with such kindness. 10/10 recommend

Ive gotten my last few frames here and while theyre a bit pricier than other places, you definitely get what you pay for! Friendly and helpful staff that treat you right!I had a hinge screw vanish from my fingers, dropped by, and after a few minutes, had a working pair of glasses again.

I was very happy with Dr. Harrison and his team. I got an appointment within a week of calling, the gentlemen at the front counter was very polite and helpful, and the doctor was fantastic. He was very thorough and patient, and was the only doctor Ive been to that noticed my dry eye and astigmatism. Their contact lenses price was also very competitive: only about 5 dollars more than the leading contact website for a years worth of contacts. Ill definitely go back to them the next time I need a checkup.

Buying contacts and glasses at this location of Site for Sore Eyes has been hands-down the best eyewear purchasing experience I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve been buying glasses for 30+ years). Never once did I feel I was being sold to. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of both for my vision, as well as financially. At this point I consider Nikki my eye therapist, and I would not go anywhere else for my eyewear needs - if I could, I would give 10 stars.

AMAZING! Best optometrist office I have ever been to! Dr. Kristen Glasgow is the perfect balance of professional and casual, made me feel like an old friend! Will never recommend anyone else ever again! Was very through explaining things no other optometrist has spent time explaining to me!The salesperson (Sorry did not catch your name) was equally as amazing! She helped me pick out frames, lenses, take measurements, and was out the door in under 10 minutes!The owner (Felix) was also great, while in the store repairing someone elses glasses he took the time to acknowledge me and has some small talk, seemed very friendly!The only downfall is that I did not bother checking in on yelp before hand so I missed out on their $200 for $100 yelp coupon and their $25 just for checking in, but that was all my fault!A++++ If looking for a new optometrist or place to fill your prescription, look no further!

My husband and I have had several pairs of glasses made here....Felix (the owner and optician) is the BEST Ive ever had, and Ive had dozens. Hes always doing crazy custom things for me and always perfect...I think he thinks Im nuts, but dont care...every pair of glasses is made to perfection and he will adjust them anytime I want....I seem to sit on mine al lot and he never seems to mind reshaping them. Hell always be my optician!

Great Dr. and friendly people, but the place is a total rip-off. I walked in with a coupon from their website, buy the first pair, get the second pair free and $150 off your bill. Cant get better right??? By the time they figured up the bill it was over $1200 out of pocket AND I have insurance. They kept saying that their sale would get me a better deal than using my insurance. I had used them before and like them, but they are not the same company. Needless to say, I walked out without ordering glasses. It was a waste of time.
