This Target Optical went above and beyond. Dr. Lee was amazing, made me feel super comfortable with everything, and provided me with info about the whole process as we went along. And then working in the actual glasses shop was Jackie. Jackie was absolutely amazing. She has over 15 years of experience in the industry and was very knowledgeable about everything. She provided me with her insight and opinions on everything, which I needed, and she assisted me in making the best decision possible on my purchases. She also spent time to try several different scenarios with my insurance to ensure that I was getting the best price possible. She went above and beyond her job responsibilities and I can’t overstate that enough! Very professional location, this is the place to go!

I had a terrible experience at Petaluma Target Optical. After an hour trying to get my daughter’s glasses and three requests that the attendant cover her nose, I went to Santa Rosa Target Optical. Jackie at the second site completed the fitting, order and payment in 20 minutes!!! 5 stars to Jackie!

I have gone to Target Optical at Cottingtown for the past three years.The service is friendly enough, however they have managed to make an error every time I have ordered glasses. Whether it be not calling me when the order was there in store for pickup, or disposing of my lenses without asking me if I wanted them, to not placing my order at all for weeks after I paid for sunglasses.I have serious doubts if I will go there again because I have given them more than one chance to redeem themselves.

Dr. Lee and the staff are very attentive and kind. However, I am about to take my progressives back for the third time to be adjusted and hope this time they work! I have worn progressives happily for a decade. My previous optometrist retired, so I thought Id give Target Optical a try.

I lost me glasses while out of state and called Target Optical where I had purchased my original glasses. I was helped by Christina M., and, boy was I helped! She said that she needed to see if the frames were still available. Long story short, they were no longer being sold by Ray Ban. However, she searched throughout the Target network for the frames and lo and behold, she found the frames I needed. My husband had a excellent eye exam by Dr. Lee who suspected something wasnt quite right, was conscientious enough to recommend a referral. We followed up and found Dr. Lee was right on target with a diagnosis of early glaucoma which is treatable with eye drops ... helping my husband prevent future blindness. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Dr. Lee.
