BUYER BEWARE If I could give negative stars I would. We have used this company many times with wonderful results and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. They now have new owners. Terrible. Do not pay with anything other than a credit card. They want nothing to do with you after they get your money. Did a shoddy job and refused to repair their mess. They do not return phone calls or emails. Lied to better business bureau. Guess there is a reason they are not BBB accredited. I have never left a review for anyone before but am so disappointed by their work and how they handled our complaint. If you need windows repaired or replaced call anyone but this company!

Wilson Windows replaced 4 sliding screen doors on my patio. Getting the work scheduled was a challenge and required me to call them many times for an estimate. Overall the installation and craftsmanship of the job was good, although there was a problem with one door. At least 6 messages to Randy went unreturned and another contractor who happened to be at my house ended up fixing the problem - Wilson Windows never called back and Im skeptical about their service after the sale.

Wilson windows installed sliding hurricane doors on our condo lanai. The work was done in a timely and precise manner. The installers were top notch. They were very polite and thoroughly respected our property. We couldn’t be happier with our new doors!

Wilson WIndows redid our lanai a couple of years ago replacing vinyl windows with floor to ceiling glass, sliding doors and screens and a new window in the bedroom. Larry and his team, led by Lenny, did a great job. We are very happy with the results. Recently we needed a repair. Francis came to take care of this. He went out of his way to make sure everything looked and worked great. We are very happy with Wilson Windows.

Ron, Mike Sr, and Francis showed up on time and installed the window and did a great job. They protected all surfaces inside and out and cleaned up and everything looked great when they finished. I took two sliding screen doors in for repair a couple of months ago. For one, the problem was fixed and the other has the same problem it had when I took it in. I have been in touch with the company twice and have discovered that this Wilson WIndows and Doors NO LONGER DOES REPAIRS. Apparently theyve been sold. Too bad because theyve been my go to company for years.

Always friendly and happy to help staff. I always bring the broken part with me, or take a good photo of the part to replace. After all, it is always surprising to see just how many parts there are that are similar but not the same.

Wilson Windows was very accommodating when old windows were removed and structural faults in our lanai were discovered. They took back all our new windows and stored them for 6 months while we managed the situation with our HOA. When the time came to install the new windows in June ‘20, the team was very professional, always prompt, and was extra careful to protect our floors when hauling glass through our condo.Praise for a job well done and highly recommended for anyone looking to replace exterior windows or sliding glass doors.

Quality of work was very good. Lenny, Gilley and Dave were great workers. They did their job quickly, moved and covered furniture, and cleaned up very well when the job was done. Happy with Wilson Windows.

Great windows, on time delivery, installation was quick and clean, completed ahead of schedule. Larry did a great job discussing the options, helping us select the right windows for our house, and communicating throughout the process. We chose the hurricane resistant casement windows and they look and work great. Very happy.

We just finished a service call with Ken Stover and we would like you to know he is an outstanding representative for your company, Wilson Windows. He inspected our windows, explained the repairs needed and we are very grateful for the excellent advice he gave us. He was very courteous, very customer service oriented and exceeded our expectations.

This business is the shadiest business. They double charge service calls knowing they they have to order a part and will give you an excuse as to why they are charging another$90 service call. The new owner Rich Carrier is a corporate scammer who is two faced and will stab any customer or employee in the back. I personally have been asked to fix their installers new Installs that are messed up because they cannot install correctly. He told his employees that they had nothing to worry about for two days later to lay everyone off. The previous owner would be disgusted with the direction this company is going. Not to mention they charge three times the price of anything they offer. If your part is 5 dollars they charge 15-20. Nothing about this place is honest except for the GM and the older service guy. If you look up the contractors #034201 as they list it comes up under a Dale Lewis. The contractor hasn’t done any work is years and has already been investigated for fraud.

I would never use this company again for installs. I bought new windows and they installed them and they currently leak. Another company came out and told me it was improperly installed.

I had service work done in Sarasota by this company and they were late. When I called I was given excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. Seems like they do not know how to schedule or run a company. Not the same Wilson window before it was sold.

Went into the shop sometime near the end of November 2017 in order to schedule sidelight installation. Job had beed measured some time before. Spoke with a tall gentleman who at first could not find my paperwork. Granted it was some time since I had the estimate done. He subsequently found my paperwork. I was told that the soonest it could be done was January 24, 2018, due to their backlog. I agreed that that date would be fine. Install was scheduled for the afternoon of 1/24/18.I waited at home and Kerry, a really nice gentleman came buy and was unaware the measurements had been taken already. I told Kerry that the install was schedule for this afternoon. He was very apologetic. Told me he would go back to the shop & call me.A short time later Kerry called me and advised that there had been a miscommuunication and the install was never scheduled.Only thing I want to say is if you go to this business make sure you speak to a competant person at the business as the man I spoke with was apparently not competant at all.Now I have to look for another installer.

Grossly Overpriced !! Walked in to purchase window balances and quoted 47.95 each. Drove 30 minutes south and purchased same balances likely sourced from same distributer for 19.95. BTW Home Depot can order them in for 14.95. Had visual on both products, same stampings, same components not even remotely the same on price. Terrible business ethics.

I recently had glass replaced in an older style window. It looks great and the price was more than reasonable.

Beyond disorganized. Only one person in the office seems to have any idea of what is going on and that isnt saying much. Work is delayed for WEEKS! If you can find another option, take it.

I called this morning as i have an emergency because my sliding glass door will not close . With the heat and red tide this time of year and living across the street from Sarasota Bay that is a real problem. i am a previous customer with Wilson and the answer i received back was that they could not do anything for me until Friday. That will be the last time i ever call them, for anything.
