Eugene stuck with me all the way through this renovation. I must have called him out to the house 3 times before the install. My design ideas kept changing so I needed his input. He never hesitated or asked for payment. If he doesnt answer his phone, he will call or text back within minutes. The price was way below the competition and the quality was great. The glass supplier ended up breaking one of the panels which delayed things by a week. I had a tenant moving in on Nov. 1st. On halloween afternoon the glass finally came in and Eugene completed by Nox. 1st. I am sure it was a 15 hour day for him, but he never complained or lost his professionalism. Eugene was an engineering student in Russia and decided to come to America and live the dream. I am sure he will with his work ethic. Thank You.

After our house was complete we had Eugene schedule our installation. The installation went smoothly and the quality of the product is top notch. DPI did a great job at a reasonable price. I read the reviews before I hired DPI - all reviews were 5 star. You couldnt do better than a perfect score. Due to an unexpected problem, they needed to come back to finish the project. They apologized for having to come back and offered to give me a discount for my inconvenience.

I have been on market for a new shower enclosure for my winter house in Sarasota. Eugene from DPI was very professional and I decided to order it from him. After it is done I am very happy with quality and design and it looks much better than one in my home up north.

Had two quotes to glass in my master bath shower and guest bath tub. I wont go into the experience of the first quote, but suffice to say I did not have a high degree of confidence in the company or what I might expect of the outcome after an apparent junior representative came in with a tape rule and took measurements in both bathrooms, within roughly 15 minutes, that I as a complete amateur homeowner could have taken and emailed to them. This rep also told me that only sliders would work in both bathrooms. Eugene (dpis owner) came with an associate and an entire bag of digital measuring and leveling tools, and spent at least an hour just measuring the two spaces, neither of which, it turned out, were entirely square. He then talked with me for about half an hour afterwards, walking me through each of his observations and providing me the choices I could make for each. Two gentlemen came to do the work a few weeks later, when my glass order came in. Because of existing decorative tiles in both bathrooms, and the non-square spaces, I could see and hear how challenging it was, as they worked, for both installations, to make the glass square and smoothly operating without interfering with the tile, the other part of the glass, or other attributes of my bathrooms. The result? Two bathrooms that look much larger, feel much airier and non-confining, show their beautiful tile work at first glance, do not have shower doors that rest in ugly metal frames, and I even have a both-ways swinging door in the guest bath, which the other company had told me was not possible to implement safely. And the slider in the master is frameless and has a built in brake of sorts on it to prevent me from inadvertently hitting the wall with it, trying to close it too forcefully. Both doors operate absolutely flawlessly. The installers were so meticulous that they left a shim under the glass, on the top ledge of the bathtub in the guest bath, to maintain it in the precisely correct position until the caulk around it dried, and returned a couple of days later to remove the shim and close the resulting small gap with a final inch or two of caulk. Really, really beautiful work, very good quality materials, very nice and honest people, and well worth the money.
