We pd a deposit for a $300 window pane. And two months afterward, the window was promised, but never received.Lots of promises made very courteously and promptly. Window ordered, but accidents were offered as reasons to not show up. When he did show up with the window, he checked the wrong window pane and then said he had ordered the wrong one. He promised to send a refund of the deposit, in a few days. His few days have turned out to 2 months of waiting so far. I dont know who is giving him good reviews, but Gerry Tomchinsky is a born salesperson, but not a business man.

Gerry was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and reliable. I hired Him to clean my Windows (14 of them) both inside and outside. I also hired him to pressure clean my front porch and entry way. He came to my house and quoted me a price that was within my budget, therefore I went with him. He sent me an email verifying the date and time 4 days prior to coming to the house. He showed up ready to work... and work is what he did. Hard worker in extremely hot and humid weather. He saw me doing things around the house, as he was doing my windows, and gave me some great advise to make it easier on me. The price he quoted me was exactly what I paid for. Most businesses would have the price higher than what was quoted in some way or another. Not Gerry... this is how honest he was!! I would strongly recommend his services to anyone that is looking for window repair. TOP NOTCH Professional!!!!!! I will most definitely be calling him again in the near future.

Spent the last 2 months trying to get Gerry to complete the work I paid for. Ive tried email, text, phone, etc. Of the 3 windows he was supposed to repair/replace he damaged the frame on 2 of them, both of which fog up every night (no other windows in the house do that), and left glass all over the floor inside and outside. The 3rd window he just left the replacement glass here and never returned.

Jerry did a fantastic job. He located the cause of the old window leaks then installed new window glass to match my existing windows. I am very pleased.

My wife called Gerry late yesterday regarding a broken window pane in our condo. These are one of the old style louver windows that are not made anymore. He quickly came up with a fix plan without needing to replace the whole window. Gerry arrived first thing this morning and repaired the window. Which I appreciate living out of state and knew that glass could fall out anytime putting my tenants at injury risk. He further examined the rest of our windows, and while it would be in his best interest to talk us into replacing them, instead he recommended we keep them and offered advice on how to maintain them for many years ahead. A1 came in initially to assess multiple leaks that we had. Let’s keep in mind that Gerry & A1 were the 7th company i called and nobody wanted to accept because we are on the 5th floor with no balcony access. Well, Gerry figured it out, he provided the right machinery to reach our floor and this past weekend was our first big test with weather. It poured all day and night and we are THRILLED to say that Gerry alleviated the problem. There wasn’t a single drop of water anywhere indoors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERRY AND A1!!

A golf ball went through my mom’s window and Gerry was to our house and in and out when he said he would. Ty it was clean and safe.

I hired them to do some work and gave them a deposit scheduled three times never showed up now wont return my phone calls had to call them on a friends phone just to get them to answer back in like we were calling for business and Im now going to have to sue them to get my money back do not trust this company. For anyone out there that got ripped off by this company, there is a florida statute that will charge them criminally for theft of your deposit. I am in the process of doing this now.

I hired A1 originally to clean my windows, which they did an amazing job on. As I got to talking to Gerry Tomchinsky, the owner, he told me that he does glass & mirror repairs and installations. It just so happened that we have wanted a new mirror and a frameless shower door in our bathroom. Gerry took the project on and their work was flawless. He kept me informed every step of the way and completed the job almost a week before we expected it to be complete. It was a very pleasant surprise and we will be using A1 again And we will also be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors

Buyer beware! Took my deposit and never showed! His business isnt even active with the state of Florida! Now I have to sue him and report him to the police for theft!

Mr. Tomchinsky took payment in full then got into an argument with my tenant. Multiple times Mr. Tomchinsky promised to refund money both to me and Home Advisor agents, yet he never delivered on his word. Mr. Tomchinsky failed to agree to arbitration with Home Advisor thus I believe he will be taken off their service. I am now collectiong all of my information and phone records from Home Advisor and I will take him to claims court
