Ive been a 15-year customer and have been very satisfied overall. Yesterday I just showed up for some minor hearing aid repairs without an appointment and met someone in minutes who made the requested repair, fixed other parts that needed fixing, cleaned the aids thoroughly and gave them back while I waited, and at no cost. It was 5-star service. I gave them 4-stars here only because theres been a bit too much turnover in audiologists over the year.

Sufficient time and care is given ; patient and knowledgeable audiologist;kind office helpers.

Very professional staff. And friendly. I enjoy working with Kerri and now Francine.
