For the past six years I have accompanied my aunt when she visits Donna and Andrea at Physicians Hearing. Since the very first day that she got hearing aids, the quality of her life (and mine as her caregiver!) has dramatically improved. Donna and Andrea are there for us when we need anything at all! They are loving, caring individuals who always put the patient first! Whenever we need an appointment, we can get in the same day! I cant say enough about the quality of the hearing aids and the care that we receive at Physicians Hearing! If you need help with your hearing, this is where you should go!

Donna Simmons has done an excellent job of helping me with my hearing issues. I did not realize how much sound I had been missing. I am pleased by her ability to adjust the hearing aids to my increasing ability to detect and translate the sounds that I can now hear. I thought I was too young for hearing aids but being around heavy equipment and construction sites my whole life had definitely diminished my ability to hear certain sounds. What a difference!

I stopped in - without and appointment and visiting from another state - to find out if I could get one one of my hearing aids repaired. Without hesitation, the work was begun and completed inhouse, so that I didnt have to wait until I returned home in a few weeks to get the work done. As a healthcare provider for almost 50 years I was reluctant to admit I needed hearing aids. But Angela, Andrea and the staff at PHS were incredibly professional, positive and helpful. She still practices that to this day and when it came time for me to get hearing aids I never questioned that was she was saying was in my best interest.
