The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly. Most are knowledgeable about their areas. The open box kitchen appliances do last a long time and save you money. We usually find what we need in the store or online. Geek Squad is always helpful.
Great products, but the cashers need to be more friendly and take care of the costumers questions about the products they buy.
I had to go to staples for what I needed. A hard drive. A basic 3.5 in hard drive. Geez. They cant bother themselves to stock even 1.

Customer support over chat told the phone I was looking for was in stock at a particular location and I drove there immediately leaving my work and they did not have phone in stock.I did tell the customer support that online shows not in stock but he assured me that it was available not once but twice.His name was Hector C.Please say you are not sure if you have no information Rather than misguiding customers and waiting their time.I rather go to other stores than Bestbuy.Their customer support in store and online is not good.Half of them don’t have any idea u less we tell them about the products offers.
Best Buy really needs to improve their dispatch team and customer services.We purchased a fridge from Best Buy in Schaumburg during Labor Day sales. When the fridge was delivered, the dispatch team found out that the shutoff valve for the pipe did not work. So they left the fridge in our garage and promised to come back immediately after we found a handyman to fix the valve. And this is never the case.We had to go through rescheduling with Best Buys customer services, which pushed back our delivery date by a week. Finally, on the day of delivery, their dispatch truck broke down and we had to reschedule again, which pushed back another week. Their agent made it sound like it is not their responsibility and did not make any efforts to expedite the delivery at all. We called the number of the sales manager at Schaumburg to see if they can help with expediting the process. No one ever picked up the phone. They seemed to only care about sales and not the customer service after they earned your money.For comparison, we purchased a washing machine earlier this year with Home Depot. The shutoff valve for the washer was also broken. Home Depot offered free repair for the shutoff valve and their technician and installation team came together the next time, fixed the valve, and installed the washer. Much better customer experience!!!If you are replacing an appliance that you cannot live without, I do not recommend buying it from Best Buy.
And now we come to the mega electronics giant, or shall we say small stature of the customer service world in general. I purchased a $200 Motorola modem/router from Best Buy and the equipment was defective. Thought I could return, or shall I say just exchange the defective part for a new one, but I was told that was against store policy. It has to be returned within 15 days of purchase. I understand stores have policies, but this was purchased only a couple of months ago and all I wanted was an exchange. Having worked 10 years in the retail business, I am fully aware of the fact that stores return damaged and or defective equipment back to suppliers. I explained to the clerk that I am a preferred customer having just recently purchased $1,200 in appliances in September, and that I should be accommodated and this small exchange should have been processed. I asked the clerk if he could ask the manager, he then walked back to where the manager was hiding (or doing his math homework or looking for a prom date, or whatever he/she was doing I dont know because the manager didnt have enough class to speak face to face with me) and apparently the manager said no dice. So, Best Buy a lost a lot of market share with online shopping (Amazon) but I guess they still think they are the bully on the block. Wake up Best Buy and treat your customers with a lot more respect or you will soon face with selling a boat loaf of blue polos on your competitors (Amazons) website as you will soon be out of business. You just lost another customer, but you probably arent listening. Avoid Best Buy people as all they care about is the initial sale. Wish I would have given them no stars.
Horrible. Absolutely no customer service. Spoke to the manager and all he had to say was sorry for the experience I had. No gift card for any inconvenience I experienced. Had to lug a large microwave and place it in my truck all by myself. No help from anyone. However, tried to sell me everything under the sun. I am being generous by giving one star. II was so angry Even Jewel offers to take any size grocery bags to ur car. Best Buy is a joke. Hope they go under. They need to have more training or get ride if the young who do not care about customer service. I will never go there again. I will do without until my order comes from Amazon.
Horrible customer service. We purchased an appliance online and picked it up at this best buy. We had a complaint regarding this purchase and was told by corporate to go to the store and speak to the manager. We went to the store and spoke to Damla, the store manager. First off, she has no customer service skills at all. She was rude and not helpful at all. She wasnt even willing to compensate us for the item and issue we had. The employees and managers at this store need better customer service training.

Several years ago, I mystery shopped this locations TV department with a near perfect score, and today, my son and I stopped in to see if we could find a couple things he wanted for his gaming setup, so we checked out two departments. The gaming department had a female employee walking around stocking things, who approached us to see if we needed assistance after only a minute or so there, and she was so friendly and conversational; I wish I could recall her name so she could get proper credit for her great service. She was very knowledgeable about game systems and talked about them with my son for a couple minutes, complimented *him* on his own advanced knowledge as well. We then checked out the PC department and milled around for a few minutes. While there werent any employees around where we were to assist us, it was no biggie because it wasnt needed anyway. Generally speaking, as it is every time Ive come here, the store was very clean, very well stocked, it appeared that customers were being helped, and the atmosphere was laid back and pleasant. I do also appreciate, I must say, when I have been there asking for help with larger purchases in the past, that the salespeople have not been scheisty or pushy to get a sale out of me when Ive been hesitant; employees in certain departments DO earn commissions/bonuses for selling certain items, and being a former car salesperson, I *WILL* walk if someone tries any slick talk with me. Ive fortunately NEVER experienced this here, so, Ive either been lucky and gotten the timid employee every time, or theyre doing something right in the customer relations section of their sales training manuals. Nice people here. 😊

Great service at this location. I went into this store on a mission to buy a new phone. I was interested in the Google Pixel 4a and I ended up buying it. Eduardo was very professional and patient with all my requests. I left a happy customer about 30 min later. Overall I do recommend this location and I will definitely return in the future.
We didnt catch his name but your employee with a left arm sleeve tattoo was very helpful helping my brother buy his Macbook air. We came back the next day to get an adapter and he came up to us right away and asked us what we needed and how he was liking the laptop. He once again helped us find exactly what we needed.
This is one of the bigger best buys. Earlier in the day I went to a smaller location that didnt have the camera in stock I was looking for.This location had very friendly and helpful employees who were able to locate the camera for me in a few minutes. Then the employee took me to her small single checkstand to ring me up. I didnt have to wait in any lines for the main checkstands. I appreciated that
Thank you, the charger works perfectly.I really appreciate the help that I received at this Best Buy. The employee I worked with helped me find the replacement charger that I needed for my surface pro. She informed me about the different wattage ranges that the charger comes in, looked-up at the available stock in store & online, and even tried to price match to another store.

The variety is okay, staff is -mostly- good. Sometimes when you think the answer you get doesn’t feel like okay, double check with someone else from the staff. I had few cases with some employees with inadequate knowledge. They should learn to address right people when they don’t know the answer very well. but overall assessment, they are very helpful.I believe product variety can be enriched.

So often people take the time to complain about one’s service and attitude, and don’t realize the importance of taking the time to compliment these things, rather they are taking the energy and time to complain. So I am taking this opportunity and hoping you will pass it along to give him a pat on the back as well as all your employees, people in the store and let them know customers do notice the good, please commend them they will carry this out into the workplace and the customers will benefit from that as well, and everybody feels good and then it-becomes win-win thank you!

Worst experience ever. waited 30 minutes for someone to help, wanted a car stereo installed and it seemed nobody cared. Talked to 3 reps and everyone kept saying will get someone to help guess what nobody came. They just lost my business never going back.

I had ordered a new phone online and came into the store to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my carrier. It wasnt Best Buys fault. In fact, Chris remained very professional and apologetic to me, and he kept insisting that Sprint compensate the customer. I appreciate the service I received from them. Sprint will not be getting a nice review from me.

Incompetent isnt a strong enough word to be used here. Purchased a phone online and did instore pickup. Came to return it a week later and was told I could not return it at the store and I would have to go online to initiate the return, and they would mail me a box to return it. Went online to find out they do not provide the box to return it, only the shipping label. Called corporate and they advised that the store in fact can accept returns and they dont know why I was told they would provide me with a box as that is not how they do mail-in returns. Returned to the store the next day as by then it was the last possible day to return it and yet again was told they simply just cannot do it. Both times the front desk associate directed me to the wrong place to initiate my return, and both of them never looked up from their cellphones for more than a second to help me. I had to pay out of pocket to have UPS package the phone to be returned and even then I am still losing out on a restocking fee they charge on all returned phones. I have never had such poor customer service anywhere before. Youve been warned, shop elsewhere.

Went on Black Friday to purchase a new 75 TV and sound bar for our Dad and were unsure of what wed find when journeying to the store on such a busy day. In the midst of the chaos of the curbside pickup line, we were able to drive around and make it in the store. Once inside it was not as bad and we were kindly greeted by COVID-19 safety shopping precautions and LP at the door. Once in the busy TV section we found Branden W. who was very helpful in helping us make our purchase. He was patient in explaining and answering questions and helped us put a big smile on our Dads face. Will definitely consider shopping here again as needs present!

As for the choice of phone, many models are not on display. I wanted to buy a phone that I only saw online and they did not have it displayed, so I bought it even though I had never seen it live. The guy who helped us was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Though, I think they need more workers because I had to wait longer since all the associates were busy.

Manager was rude, refused to exchange a item after explaining I had no receipt I just got off the phone with corporate they said hand them my ID with date of purchase (which the manager refused and yelled at me)

I attempted to use a coupon from my phone to purchase an item. Unfortunately, the store employee who was ringing me out told me that their systems didnt support manually typing in a coupon code and that I would have to drive home and print out the coupon in order to use it. I found it really hard to believe that they couldnt manually type in a coupon code, but the employee insisted that was the case... So, I drove home, printed out the coupon and returned to the store. They still couldnt scan the paper coupon... Without any hesitation, the employee then proceeded to manually type in the coupon code for me... Why did they originally insist that they couldnt type in the code and make me drive home instead of buying the item at the store the first time???That whole interaction and experience at this particular store left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt Ill return to this location.
Refused to redeem product replacement plan initially. Then I had to call a manager and they helped out. The associate initially said that I can’t return something after 15 days even though the product stopped working.

Went in to return a chromebook like Ive done in the past at other locations. I was denied here..told I needed the original packaging. Never have I needed packaging to return an item..I was told its a store to store basis... I think the problem was it was 10 minutes before close and the crew was in a hurry...Just for the record I was able to return my chromebook at another location for a full refund. I was also advised that this location is not following company return policy..

This store refuses to accept a retuned item that was purchased from the BestBuy website as geek squad certified open box. They refuse to honor their policies that say you can return any item purchased on Best Buy.com in storeBestBuy on army trail road honored their return policy.

Excellent service each time I come here for a pickup order. We were particularly impressed with the speed of curbside service, even during after hours (they are currently (Nov 2020) offering curbside only from 8-9pm).

Bought a 70in TV at Best Buy this past Christmas holidays and it was a fantastic deal. I haven’t been there in years because there prices items had got to costly I thought they were overpricing but they could be coming back to Reality with better prices something to look forward too, we will see.
Rob (Manager) was able to customize my order and get me everything I needed to transition my computer workstation from upstairs to the basement. His knowledge and customer service skills reminded me of the exceptional service my wife and I have gotten at this store. Keep up the good work!
