The show room had a Tesla X to view and sit in. There werent many people there when my son was exploring the car.Test driving the car was amazing! The silence of the car was exceptional. The dashboard monitor made it easy to figure out what the car had to offer. The welcoming staff was very kind & nice to work with.

Great shop. Service was quick and great. Tim took care of me, got me a loaner and the repair was completed on time. They did charge me $38 to push the rear tow hitch panel in, but I guess it is work and I couldnt do it myself so not too upset about the charge.

Raj was incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend meeting him and having him help you with your new car experience. We went to the Mercedes dealer around the corner and had a horrible experience. Raj made our time here fun, educational and special. First Tesla owner definitely recommends.

Minimalistic dealer feel. Friendly staff. I went there to test drive a model x but they didnt have one in stock. And if I place an order its going to take 6 months to get it.

While Im still waiting to take delivery of my Model Y, I do have to give a shout out to my SA, Muj, who has been nothing but terrific. He answers any questions I text him very fast and thoroughly and always has time for me when I stop in to visit and see what the status of my order is. If you are looking for a great SA and want to test drive a Tesla, ask for Muj.

We made an appointment for a test drive and were lucky enough to have met Muj… being completely unfamiliar with the Tesla car buying process, this gentleman enlightened us and made the entire concept crystal clear. We had over 1.2 Million questions, and still counting, (as expected ) and he took the time, and still does, to answer every single one in an absolutely cordial, courteous and professional manner. Muj is truly an asset to the Tesla family, I truly wish that every time I’d purchased a vehicle in the past, I could’ve dealt with such a kind and patient person. Definitely do not recommend taking your car here for service. My car needed suspension work and they never even touched it, my car sat on their lot for 2 weeks and they couldnt get to it. I had my car transported to Tesla Elk grove who quickly repaired it and got me back in my vehicle.

New Model Y was missing some trim parts. They fixed it, no problem.

Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I arrived early for my test drive and they kindly were able to accommodate me.

Very clean show room. Test drives are simple. The staff is phenomenal very happy with my experience.

David from the delivery team is phenomenal. He has been helping us with the delivery of our Model Y (coming from Indy) and consistently goes above and beyond. If you are taking delivery of a Tesla, you won’t regret doing it at Tesla Schaumburg with David at the helm.

They never answer the phone or call back when I leave a voicemail. My driver side door handle refuses to open so I have to enter my car through the passenger side. The soonest service appointment I could schedule was 10 days after handle broke.

Go to Muj! Buying a car can be quite stressful but when you have someone as patient and helpful as Muj, it makes the experience smooth and exciting. I am so thankful we met him the day we went for a test drive. I highly recommend coming to this location just to have Muj as your advisor. I promise you won’t regret it.

Muj is one of the best SA I have worked with. I got assigned to someone else,, who sucked. Never responded to my text or phone calls and was never available. Muj responds to my call or text within minutes. Very nice, friendly, and helps answer all your 100 questions you might have--this was our first Tesla...so had many questions.

I could not have had a better car buying experience. My service advisor Muj was extremely detailed and was always available for updates throughout the delivery process. All questions were answered even when he was not working or after business hours. The vehicle itself was perfect on delivery and many of the dreaded quality issues from Tesla appear to have been resolved from the past. Highly recommend working with Muj if you are interested in purchasing a Tesla. The entire team in Schaumburg was very welcoming.

Stopped in for service work to my model 3. Driver side window not sealing properly. Great attention to detail. The technician tweaked and tweaked but wasnt satisfied until the result was perfect. Very satisfied. Excellent service center!

I have been to other Tesla Service Centers in Chicago and this is, BY FAR, the best. Everytime I have to take my Model X for service, the Schaumburg team has always been responsive and have fixed every issue I have. Michael, the service advisor, can probably teach a masterclass in customer service. Time and time again, this location did the job very well for me.

Terrible customer service from the service department. Been dealing with a non stop issue over a couple months and hasn’t been resolved yet. Had multiple service appointments, people don’t call back, people don’t provide clear and precise explanations and etc. Highland park customer service has the same issue and overall I haven’t been treated well by any Tesla dealer yet

CAN I JUST SAY WOW!

My family got our Tesla mode 3 a month ago. One week in, the car had to be towed because it would not start. The wall charger we got also was a defective one and took 2 weeks to send a new one. Our start of owning a Tesla was not a great one. However, David here in Schaumburg was very supportive and professional. He did everything in his power to help us out with a rental car, servicing etc. although I wish we were never given a defective car and charger, I am appreciative of the response I got. Thank you David. I recommend this service center and test driving site to anyone and be sure to ask for David!

By far the best Tesla center in the area. I’ve been to highland park. Westmont. And they all had terrible service. But at this one amazing service every time I go and very friendly.

Schaumburg Tesla serviceUpdate: They fixed the AC. Minus a star because of the long wait time to get a service appointment and poor communication during the delayed process.Dropped off our March 2020 MX for service because the AC doesnt work (yes, already broken). Dropped it off Tuesday at noon and just now got word from them that they are diagnosing it now (3 days later). No communication about anything since the initial drop-off. I had to text them and finally got a vague reply. I had read that this location was the good one in the Chicago area for service. Apparently not. Love my Tesla, but the scheduling and actual servicing experience is awful.

My experience here is a bit of a long story so I will keep it really short.Most important takeaway is that Sam is the GREATEST employee at Tesla. She was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. She answered all the questions and doubts that I had about ordering a Tesla. Then, she walked me through the whole process of what happens after I order.But, most importantly, when my delivery date was not fulfilled by Tesla she made sure that I was not left without a car. She pulled strings and was able to get me a loaner for the two additional weeks I had to wait for my Tesla to come in.The second you step into this location, ask for Sam!!!!!!!

The new Tesla location is really great, they just opened up a few months ago. They have lots of space and finally had even loaner cars that were model Ss. I was able to get my car fixed within couple of hours. Definitely will go there again instead of highland Park location

Having a car that is so brand new can sometimes be very nerve racking. I always switch lanes or speed ahead of a landscaping truck, I park at the back of every parking lot, I always have century mode on for all of the unknowns. And sometimes, even all of this isn’t enough to keep your car in its original pristine condition. This week I had the privilege of meeting Victor, at Schaumburg Tesla. What a load off my shoulders! He completely restored the front of my model 3 to its original condition after I took it in for scratches! I was able to talk/text directly to him for all of my paint needs and I never waited longer then 5 minutes for a quick text response. He answered every one of my questions with no hesitation, and the pricing was out of this world fair! I am SO glad I asked him to take a look at the blemishes on the car. This entire experience has seriously taken the edge off of owning a car that I am still making large payments on. I will not be taking my car anywhere else for the duration of its life span. Needless to say, I strongly recommend Victor, A++ !!!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Visited them couple times before we ordered pre-owned Model S from Tesla website. We couldnt decide - new Model 3 or used Model S and wanted to compare them on site. Highly recommend to choose this location as delivery location. Recently windshield washer pump stopped working, we scheduled mobile service to come to our house to fix it. But our plans changed - so my wife stopped by today - they agreed to look at it and after less than one hour all fixed. Great customer service experience!

Had a great experience taking my Model 3 in to the Schaumburg Service Center. Joel was extremely helpful and friendly. Seems like a great group of people there. I waited while they worked on one of my tires. They were set up for social distancing and had a clean “quarantine” area available for me to wait in while the repairs were completed. I highly recommend the Schaumburg location.

Picked up my model 3 last night 12/13 originally delivery was 12/16. Got call at 4PM to say they had received my car and was prepped early for pick up scheduled pick up for 630pm same day. Arrived early at 610pm was out the door at 645. Very prepared with paperwork and vehicle was charged and ready to go. Staff is fantastic.

Unfortunately already had to take my Model Y into the service center. Though the service manager and the service dept. was great and very curtious in regards to the whole social distancing and covid-19. Glad I went with Tesla as Ive never experienced this type of service from a car dealership. A++

I purchased a Tesla Model 3. In the first week I had a couple small technical issues with the car. I contacted support multiple times, but they were unable to help. I was very frustrated that I was unable to resolve any issues the way I had been suggested to follow (online).So I drove into the dealership at Schaumburg, as a very frustrated customer, looking for some help with my new car and its new problems.I was met by David, one of the managers, who heard out my frustrations while remaining calm and professional. He helped resolve my issues and treated me like a respected customer.Even though I had multiple issues with the car to start they were resolved by person to person communication.I value person to person support more than anything! The folks at Schaumburg gave me more confidence in their product because of their attention to me as a person and customer. And even thoughTesla support was unable to resolve my issue, the people at the dealership made solutions happen.

I was so impressed with this service center, it was easy to get an appointment, the service rep Michael was prompt and communicative, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I was given a fun loaner for the day, and overall, everything Ive heard about Teslas customer service (which mostly isnt good) does not apply to this service center.

Michael has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Theyre extremely welcoming over there and guaranteed the most honest people to ever work with.I had an emergency before a trip and my door handle was malfunctioning- they were able to take me in the next day and repair the same da . Great dealer, easy way to transact a new car

If you are buying a Tesla for your business... DONT. Tesla doesnt care about its customers once it collects YOUR money!Bought a brand new Model X for a start-up business in November of last year, the purchase qualified for a sales tax exemption; however, I was not aware of such exemption before picking up the car... So, I made an overpayment in error at the time of the transaction.When I realized that error, I contacted the state to request a sales tax refund. The state confirmed eligibility for the exemption and directed me to the dealer where the transaction took place to start the refund process, which is done routinely by dealer across the state. If one buys a car from a dealer licensed in the state of IL, only the dealer can collect the sales tax and only the dealer can make the corrections when realized. Tesla must issue a full and unconditional refund once presented with evidence of tax exemption and submit an amendment with the state, then Tesla gets an immediate tax credit as reimbursement. Buyers cannot request a refund directly from the state.Let me tell you that Tesla had no clue how to process a refund, as in the whole process was entirely foreign to them. It is hard to believe that I was the 1st customer who had faced that issue, but it appears so... I had to educate the manager at the Schaumburg showroom (and his staff) as well as get the IL department of revenue to literally walk him through the process step-by-step, in excruciating details, and assure him and Tesla of my business eligibility for the exemption and the certainty of the reimbursement success...After several weeks of education and after been advised by the state that they ought to process the refund, and after been explicitly informed that purchasers are unable to initiate the return with the state directly, Tesla flat out REFUSED to issue a refund of almost $7000... Tesla simply redirected me to the state for further inquiries... in other words, Tesla told me to go F myself.Why would Tesla take such an absurd and irrational stance... SIMPLE; as a multi-billion dollar corporation, it would NOT lift a figure unless it MUST, for PR reasons or by the order of a judge; counting on small businesses not affording a prolonged legal battle against such a behemoth... But thats why I am sharing this story with unsuspecting buyers.Tesla had no claim to this money, literally an intermediary between purchasers and the state; it is responsible for collecting due taxes AND refunding overpaid taxes. This is not dispute re a product, and the tax refund doesnt even come from Teslas coffers... In short, the state of Illinois WANTS to give me the refund, which I am entitled to BY LAW, but unable to for months now.... because TESLA flat out REFUSES to follow the refund process!!!That decision was not made by the local store manager, but by the Director of sales tax, hastily somewhere at Teslas HQ, and without consultation with Teslas legal, or so I have been told.And the Irony is... wait for it, I was going to use the refund from the state of IL to upgrade my Tesla X to full self-driving!!! Not to mention that I was planning on buying a whole fleet of Teslas for my business within months... This experience served as an EARLY WARNING on what I may have to deal with, the more business I award Tesla!Astonishingly, I am one of Teslas most enthusiastic fans and still bullish on its future as a company. However, Needless to say, months of apathy and lack of the most fundamental consideration for a healthy business relationship have left me with a sour taste in my mouth...Until Tesla does what is right and processes the above refund, and absent a change in the leadership and an immediate reform to the process of handling sales tax refunds within Tesla, I will be holding off my plans... and you SHOULD as well.P.S. if you have faced a similar experience with Tesla and its mishandlings of sales tax refunds, please PM me so we can discuss a potential class-action lawsuit.

Just went for a drive to see a Tesla in the parking lot of the Schaumburg dealership. Decided to take a peak at the new Model Y and we’re confronted or more so yelled at by a sales agent to not touch the car. We barely put our paw prints on it aside from looking into the window. Felt very disappointed. If the car belonged to a customer perhaps it shouldn’t be parked where the public has access to it.
