The way the car market is right now, finding an affordable used car is insane. Ive been trying to find a used car for several months that fit my expectations...low miles, well maintained, in solid shape and priced right. I did find several at other dealerships but for $1,500+ more. When I saw the car I purchased at CRS, I was skeptical. After meeting Kumar, I felt at ease. He is so down to earth, knows everything about the vehicles in his inventory and will bend over backwards to make thing work. I took the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic and he thought it was in great condition. Becca took care of the paperwork and was equally down to earth and helped make the usual stressful process easy. Couldn’t not be happier with over all experience and the car I purchased. Went in a week ago to look at a Acura they had but didn’t want to make a decision without shopping around. Kumar simply answered all my questions showed me the car and made me feel very comfortable without any pressure to buy. After looking at over dozen dealers and cars I was back to make my purchase. Their cars may not be the cheapest but I can tell you their quality and service is above anyone else in the market. I would not hesitate to make my purchase here again. I purchased a used car from CRS about 4 months ago. Having never bought a used car before, I was really nervous. Kumar made the process a great one for me. He is honest, a down to earth human being, and not pushy. He went above and beyond to provide me with a vehicle that was safe to drive. He was accommodating as to when I was able to view the car. When I first set eyes on the 2003 Camry with very low mileage, it looked brand new. Knowing that it might be too good to be true, I asked a lot of questions and looked carefully over the free CARFAX that Kumar offered. After 4 months, it has needed some repair which I anticipated. Be sure to have an independent mechanic look over any used car you want to buy and carefully read the fine print of any car warranty you wish to purchase. Kumar the owner of this dealer was honestly a very generous and polite person. I was looking for a Chrysler minivan and he had one in stock. Upfront I told him I didn’t want to waste time and he was very kind to have the car ready for me to inspect and even though I didn’t get his car he gave me advice on getting the other car with other dealers. One thing that impacted me the most was he said get the car that is best for your family! He is very humble the car was great and he told me all that he repaired and exactly what he said was what I saw, but I just went with a newer year Chrysler. Honestly recommend people to at least stop by and check out his cars, specially because they are what he describes and you don’t feel the pressure of a general dealer.

Truly a wonderful experience!! First I was truly impressed by my first phone conversation with Kumar. Up front honest and willing to answer all questions without trying to hide or sugar coat. 2nd impression in person just won over my sale, I knew they were genuine good people who werent trying to take me for a ride. Staff is super friendly and honest. I amvery happy with my purchase. I was a little nervous making a 3 hour trip to look at a car but I am glad I did. The bmw I purchased was as good as described. They don’t keep a huge inventory but all the vehicles they have are above avenge from rest of market. Which makes sense, owner is more focused on quality than quantity. Will return in future for another vehicle.

I dont write reviews often, but I felt I needed to based on my search for a used car. I went to CRS auto group and met Kumar. I was looking at at 2007 Porsche 911. This was the first car I was seeing on my quest. Kumar was SUPER courteous and helpful. My daughter and I drove the car and it was exactly what I expected. Since this was the first car I was seeing (even though I totally would have bought the car right then), I felt I needed to look at other cars as well. Kumar did not pressure me or make me feel awkward at any time. He just answered all my questions. A couple days later, he called just to see if I had any interest. Because I was still looking, I told him that I was not ready to move on that car. NOW... this is what separates CRS from all the others. I went to see two other cars. After seeing them, I did some investigating and looked up reviews on these two other companies. I HAVE NEVER seen so many one star reviews in my life. The reviews on these other two companies were so bad that I would never buy a car from them ever. PERIOD!!!! People wrote long reviews about how poor the services was and how they were basically screwed in buying the car from that company. After I read all they reviews, I immediately went and checked reviews for CRS AUTO GROUP. What a difference!!!! CRS has glowing reviews and everything that I experienced with them was mentioned in all the other positive reviews. KUMAR and CRS AUTO are top notch. I called back Kumar to see if the 911 was still available, however, it had sold. I should have bought on day one. That being said, I would 100% buy a car from CRS in the future.

Bought a 2008 SAAB 9-3 Aero today. Went out a couple times and finally took it home today. Drove it home 1.5hrs, 0 problems. Had a mechanic look it over and it’s as clean as a 12 year old car can be. Every car they have is clean and they gave me more for my 2017 Jeep Patriot than the dealer I bought it from offered me. It’s a nice, no BS dealership and I was skeptical at first, but Kumar really has good intentions and won’t sell you a pile of junk. If I ever buy another car within the next few years in addition to the Saab, Crs auto group is the first place I’m looking.

I recently purchased a vehicle from CRS Auto Group. The vehicle itself is in great shape inside and out and it is clear that Kumar and his staff take a great deal of care in selecting quality cars to fill their lot with. During the purchasing, the litigation of the sale was clear cut and there were no hidden fees or struggles to establish a good price for a good car. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a considerable mechanical failure only days after I left the lot with it. After calling Kumar, he personally helped me address and diagnose the issue and had the professional integrity to take responsibility for the issue even though quite frankly it had little to do with anything or anyone that could have caused or prevented it. The repairs were fully compensated, and the car is back to being exactly what I wanted it to be. Would buy from CRS again and again. 👍

I made a purchase from Kumar last month I was looking for a specific make and model. I called him back in October but never made it there, a few weeks later Kumar followed up with me he had two Honda Pilots 2009 and a 2011 with decent mileage. I made my purchase in early November, when I took my Honda pilot for a test drive I heard a little squeaking but we thought this was due to the vehicle sitting for a couple weeks. I was very happy with the purchase, after a few weeks my brakes began to grind and Squeak. I called Kumar, he had me bring the vehicle in that weekend and took care of the repairs. This was a huge help considering I wasn’t expecting to have such a major expense so soon after a major purchase.

I drove in from out of state after talking with Kumar about the Nissan. He answered all my questions and represented the vehicle very well. Upon arrival we found the car to be as good or better then he had described on the phone. We made the purchase at a fair price and on the way home the check engine light came on. Kumar was very gracious and went above and beyond in working with us on the repair (O2 sensor). Kumar and his team is wonderful. I felt like they truly cared for me as a customer and understood my needs. I originally wanted the beautiful 7 series they have but couldn’t get financing approved due to my credit. I ended up getting a nice Lexus instead. I had been to other dealers and they just brushed me off as my credit isn’t the strongest. Kumar worked hard and fought the banks for me to get me approved on something within my budget. I didn’t get the bmw but instead a really nice Lexus. I strongly suggest you check them before anywhere else.

We bought the 2010 s6 audi, and drove home got home went out for a quick cruise, Thoroughly enjoyed then when out later again for a run to go get my son headphones and my wife notice there was a light flashing on the dash then she texted at 10 oclock at night letting CRS know whats going on and thinking we wouldnt get a response, but immediately got a response, then phone call, next day dropped vehicle off, problem was solved then tested, drove on home the next day. In this day and age its hard to trust a person that seems very pleasant and honest and straight 4th especially when theyre selling a car. But the truth is CRS has worked very hard to earn that trust and they continue to do so and you shouldnt doubt it because I dont and I guarantee you when I buy my next car this the 1st place Im calling. Our auto buying experience from Kumar @ CRS Auto Group was positive from start to finish. Kumar was never a pushy salesman .. simply answered any questions my wife and I had regarding the vehicles we were looking at and encouraged us to test drive the cars .. always by ourselves so we could openly discuss the pros and cons of the car in private without Kumar present. The car that we finally settled on and purchased had a weak battery and Kumar promised to replace the battery .. which he did with a Nissan factory replacement battery. At the time of purchase there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle and Kumar took the car to a Nissan Dealer and had the recall completed before delivery of the car. On the day of delivery Kumar brought the car to our house. Very professional, honest buying experience. We would highly recommend buying a car from CRS Auto Group.

These days most dealers are engaged in shady business practices and only care about making a quick profit, even if its at the expense of disadvantaging someone else. This was not all my experience with CRS. They were genuinely friendly, patient, and accommodating during the entire process. Their inventory of vehicles are of superior pre-owned quality and priced competitively. I purchased an 2006 Odyssey Touring edition in beautiful condition with only 105000 miles for about 8500. That is unheard of. 3 months later and the vehicle still runs beautifully. I can vouch for the quality and character of this business and if you need a vehicle Kumar is your guy. Even if a vehicle you need isnt in their inventory I would still encourage you to reach out to them and they will work hard to find what you need. Simply put, they are not interested in a one time deal but in being the dealer you go to every time you need a vehicle.

These folks had the best price and the most friendly service. A truly no pressure sales, Kumar was the best person I have worked with. We live in Ohio and drove to Schaumburg for the truck, it was well worth the trip! Kumar was kind enough to go out and take a video of the truck inside and out, he answered all of my many many questions. The whole process took roughly 10 days, during the whole process Kumar was very very helpful. This truck was for my husband, soon we will be in the market for a car for me CRS Auto Group will be our first choice!
