Most of my family members have Lexus cars and have had wonderful experiences, so when it was time for me to get a new car there was no question that it was going to be a Lexus! My father in law has bought multiple cars from this dealership and I can see why. We were welcomed with open arms, the staff was incredible! We worked closely with Mike and he exceeded our expectations! He really went out of his way to let us know when the car I wanted came in with the outer and inner colors I wanted. He was so patient throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable and happy through and through (if the manager is reading this, he deserves a raise lol). I am so happy with my new ride and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

I shared with him a disappointing experience that I had at another dealership and he kindly offered to inspect my 2011 Lexus RX350. The dealership is very friendly and attentive. No matter what time of day you arrive, youre greeted quickly and treated like a valued customer. There is no one in the dealership that we encountered that we would describe as rude and we would definitely recommend this dealership to all our family and friends.Mustafa was very honest about the timeline for our vehicle, since we ordered it custom. We received monthly updates on the status of the vehicle in when it arrived it was exactly what we wanted. He did not try to sell us on a vehicle from the lot just to make a sale, instead he knew what we wanted and worked towards getting it for us. He also went out of his way to get quotes for additional services for us.We are so happy we chose Woodfield Lexus for our purchase!

Traded in my vehicle and purchase a new one at Woodfield Lexus. From the moment we first sent a message to them to the very last second in the dealership everyone was so nice, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable! We worked with Mike Nesic and would 10/10 recommend working with him on your next car buying or selling needs. Mike walked us through all of our options, explained every step of the process along the way and went out of his way to get us the deal he thought we deserved! My car buying experience was great when I got the car in 2019. I had some issues back in January and they got me in and checked my car out at no charge. Now I had another issue and they changed me 60 dollars just to look at it and on top of that they took over 3hours. The lady who I spoke to was super rude and not helpful didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. I can’t wait to get rid of my Lexus they are not helpful.

Have bought a couple cars from here. Sales team always seems to be missing.... Always have to ask for assistance. Service department is great. Always somewhat accommodating with loaners. Good follow up. Quick. Service bay lets you pull inside for drop off and pick up. Nice on cold days.

Every service visit to this place has been nothing but a disappointment. The first time they were supposed to fix my breaks issue and a moonroof assembly. I was told this would still be covered under a Lexus warranty, which had expired a few weeks prior to my visit. Then once the issue was troubleshooted and the plan for repair was made, they told me one issue will get covered by Lexus but another would be billed to my extended warranty. While I shouldn’t care since I was not paying out of pocket either way, the fact that they told me one thing and then, once they found out I have extended warranty, they decided to tell me something different, is not cool.Second issue is they dinged the sides of my car while fixing the moonroof assembly and refused to take responsibility for this. I had purchased this 2 year old car a few months prior and I know every single inch of it.Third issue, the breaks issue they were supposed to fix had returned a few weeks later. Makes me think this was never really fixed.Fourth issue, I’ve never been to a dealership (and I’ve only gone to Honda, Toyota or Lexus certified dealerships in the past), were tires are not rotated as part of the oil change. Seriously, they wanted me to pay $60 extra, while I am already paying double for the oil change because I must be foolish and keep coming back to this “authorized” Lexus dealership?Long gone are the days when Lexus was all about quality.Lastly, Lexus charges a monthly fee in order for you to use their remote start, which should be a part of your key if they key has a fob for it. Nope. Thanks. I’ll buy another premium car that comes included in its “premium” price.

I purchased a used Kia from here. Unfortunately, after only a couple of weeks, it broke down. Not the dealers fault: it succumbed to a known problem with Optimas of its vintage. A new engine was required, which ended up taking three months. Id purchased a warranty so there was no cost to me. I had the use of a loaner for the entire time and Erick, the service rep, kept me informed as to progress. Just got my car back today with no hassle. Thanks to WL for making the best of a bad situation.

My father bought a used certified 2017 Lexus RX from this dealership. The certification was a couple thousand dollars extra. They assured us nothing was wrong with the car. A few days later we noticed there was a badly fixed dent on the passenger door. We went back to the dealership to notify them of the problem. They assured us they would pay to fix the problem and that they would call us on a specified day. The call never came. It’s been two weeks since they were supposed to call and we have not heard anything from them. Every time we try to call them we are put straight to voicemail. This is very unprofessional! The certification was an extra charge and now that there is a problem they missed they don’t want to fix it! I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone!

I serviced my car at the Woodfield Lexus on 9/10, they changed the policy for loaners, now you can’t reserve a loner online, have to call to reserve one, this is terrible, they couldn’t work on my car because I didn’t have time to wait. I’ve been Lexus customer for 22 years, time to change, I do believe I can find a luxury car brand that treats their customers with respect)

Took my car in for 80k inspection that they recommended. I thought it would be a thorough inspection for being a Lexus dealer but Im reality theyre scam artists in Service.After 6 hours, they claimed my brakes needed replacement along other repairs for a $1400 bill. Took the car to a Firestone for a second opinion and my brake pads were above 6mm, well over recommended levels for replacement.And they also completely didnt check my cabin filter or engine filter, which seems fairly standard for a regular scheduled maintenance.They have decent customer service but the auto service department can and will scam you if youre not careful.

Woodfield Lexus IS the best dealership I’ve experienced. Friendly, efficient, honest and an impressive facility says it all.We bought our first Lexus because I knew it was a dependable car and I planned to keep it at least 5 years rather than getting a new one every 3 years. That was 15 years ago and I’m still driving my 2005 ES300. I still love driving it and it runs and looks great. The best part is that I’ve saved a ton of money by not having car payments for the last 12 years. We get it serviced at the dealership regularly.We bought a second Lexus ES in 2011 for my wife and we hope to keep it for a long time too.

I was on the lookout for my second Lexus purchase. I bought my first car at this dealership 6 years ago. It was a great experience overall so naturally I turned to this dealership when I was looking for my second Lexus. I had the displeasure of talking with Mustafa Dagoglu. He was rude and incredibly unprofessional on the phone. I was trying to tell him what I was looking for and I even told him I was a repeat customer. He kept interrupting me mid sentence. When I asked if he would allow me to finish my sentence, he had the audacity to hang up on me! Needless to say, I bought my Lexus at a different location within the same week. Be forewarned, this sales rep clearly picks and chooses which customers he will be attentive to, and the manager does not care. I even left a voicemail to the manager so I could let him know of my experience and the manager never called back. I will never buy any future cars at this dealership especially since this is how they treat their customers. There are other Lexus dealerships that are more friendly and helpful!

Went to this dealership in search of a used LX truck for my mother. Was disappointed in the treatment my family received from the salesman (Fred) who started yelling when we inquired more about pricing. The cars at this dealership were not of quality and when asked if we could test drive a used model on the show room floor we were told I can get it out, but its too much work. They all drive the same anyway. The three models driven were distinctly different beforehand so that is not the case.Furthermore, Fred, the disrespectful salesman implied that we wasted his time when trying to talk pricing. As if we could not afford to purchase the cars we were looking at. He had no knowledge of the car we were inquiring about and when asked any question about what was done his response was ”I dont know. Im not the service guys. Are you gonna buy it or what? They were overcharging on cars with MULTIPLE accidents and Fred, the incompetent, disrespectful salesman, was not equipped to do anything more than yell and tell us to sign some paperwork.I would recommend not visiting this location and instead going to McGrath Lexus in Westmont. We made our purchase, same day, and were treated with respect through the process.

This is by far the worst Lexus dealership I’ve ever been to. Their so understaffed that they won’t even acknowledge you or even look at you when you walk in. We waited for about 40 min. when we were told someone would be right with us.There wasn’t a single salesperson who acknowledged us there. Lexus vehicles, also dealerships, are by nature 5 Star. Right? But let me offer a new dimension of customer service... Recently, my 91 year-old aunt passed and left me her 2006 Lexus RX 400. Being from Tucson AZ, I was grateful, but opted to sell it. Not surprisingly, buyers were plentiful. The buyer first in line was interested in service records. My aunt saved everything, yet I could not immediately locate this file. One call to Andy Ullberg, Service BDC Manager at Woodfield Lexus, and I had a PDF of the vehicles entire service history. I came for my scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). The service was quick and smooth. However, I had my groceries left on the back seats and floor mats (I left the trunk empty and easy to access just in case they needed wheel locks or other stuff). When I got my car back all my groceries were piled up, my cakes got smooshed, items were out of the bags, and some stuff got spilled out... I would really appreciate if groceries were not touched and not thrown around, especially during pandemic... The back seats were clean and there was nothing on the floor mats to vacuum (didnt even ask you to vacuum the car). Show some respect for your customers belongings...

Extremely happy with the car. Needless to say Marty was great. He made us feel comfortable, let us walk away to look at other cars, and welcomed us back to the dealer to close the deal. He kept us up to date on the status of the car we ordered. We had ordered the car in January and did not actually take delivery till July. The factories had closed because of The pandemic. The person that worked with us to show how the car worked was great. Very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the car. I have dealt with the service department with another older car we had serviced there. We are hoping we have the same feeling with the new one. I would definitely chose this dealership and Marty.

Needed a new car on last Saturday Apr 3rd, as I had traded my car on Friday. Sent an inquiry and a sales consultant Gilbert replied Saturday morning introducing himself and met my request for roof cross bars at the sale price, said price is set, and asked me to fill a credit application on line. In the interim the internet sales consultant gave me an appointment with Gilbert.In one email this is what Gilbert said:Hey Ravi, we can arrange home delivery for Monday, I can include cross bars in price, The sale is price set price. I would have to drive to your location.Here is a copy of the email from the internet consultant:Thank you for visiting our Express Car Buying store. The Woodfield Lexus Express Store provides a transparent process that allows you to shop and complete most of the sales transaction from the comfort and safety of your own home.I am happy to inform you that the New Lexus that you have selected, the 2021 Lexus RX 350L AWD, stock # 210713 is still available.So, on a Saturday, my wife and I drove all the way from Downers Grove to Woodfield.More copies of emails:Ravi,I let my sales manager know that your application has been received. He will look into it. What time works for you to come in this afternoon? I can get you in Gilberts calendar.MarciaThe above mail gives my appointment that I had requested.When we go there, the greeting from the receptionist was prompt and nice. A new sales consultant Mike showed up and told us Gilbert is busy with another customer. Mike repeatedly asks me if I was there for a certified Lexus or if I would look at another model. This should have alerted me as to something was not right. Mike asked me to fill another credit application, although I had filled one out on line. Spent about 90 minutes and Mike eventually came back from his manager and tells me that the car that had a stock number and was available is not even there and they dont know when it will come in, but he goes one step further and has the audacity to tell me that they could hold it for me for a deposit!At this point we walked out, having spent in all more than 3 hours of our time. Gilbert never shows his face to me. Gilbert did email me with a sorry for the confusion note and said he could somehow make it up to me. He could have told me in the beginning that this car was not yet in and the internet consultant appeared absolutely clueless as to what is going on in the dealership.So be aware of such gimmicks when you are in the market for a new car.I ended up buying from a competitor the same afternoon, without any confusion!

I was very impressed with the promptness, knowledge and professionalism of your Service Team.First, the attentiveness to my issues was expedient when i arrived. Tammie Sage, your service consultant was quick to assess the problem with my passenger side mirror, as well as other issues with my Lexus of which i was unaware. We walked to her office where she acquired information she needed regarding my vehicle, which i had purchased at Woodfield Lexus. Within a couple of minutes she presented me with options and alternatives to fix the problem with my car.My initial intention was to only get an estimate for my repair then to check out my alternatives at Arlington Lexus and perhaps one order dealer. I was so impressed with level of professionalism of your team, especially from your Service Consultant, who said she could other the part, have it repaired (and have my car washed) and returned to me within one hour if I agreed to come back the next early morning. Based on Tammies knowledge, attention and confidence, I returned. She completed the ticket the next day, walked me to the coffee bar and breakfast nook and invited me to enjoy the morning news on your television. Two cups of coffee and a pastry later Tammie returned in 45 minutes with my car repaired. She walked me to the cashier where I paid my bill to your very attentive and friendly agent. Tammie walked me to my car where she explained what was done and advised me to consider other with that might be done in my car.Your entire staff is impressive and my experience with your Service Department warrants recommendation. Bought a total lemon from this place. Found out over 3 months since purchase in August that there was clearly no inspection done before selling me the vehicle. To name a few of the issues, the back wind deflector flew off of the car on the highway just 2 days after leaving the lot, a mechanic noticed that the brake pads hadn’t been replaced in years, and the radiator had issues that ultimately caused total engine failure - all undetectable thanks to computer issues. Don’t buy a used car from here! It’s not worth the risk of having to replace an engine ($10K+) if they’re willing to put this kind of junk on their lot.

I called to make an appointment to drop off my vehicle so they could install Apple CarPlay. The service rep asked if I would wait instead as it would only take one hour. It took 2.25 hours causing me to barely make it to work on time. They also bent my front plate and bracket! No one mentioned a word about this. How did this happen? Poor attention to detail. Time expectation is horribly unrealistic.

When I asked if there were any leaks and was told NO, among other questions wrongly answered and you said your price for the car reflected its condition (stated to me after I purchased the vehicle). Terrible service. Called in to make appointment for oil changed and requested a loaner. The guy on the phone told me I will get one. When I got there they told me they don’t do loaners for oil changes and then told me the guy that I spoke with told me he said he didn’t have one but will try. When I asked them to listen to the phone recording they realized I was right and still tried to say it could have been interpreted differently. Overall extremely upsetting. I specifically came in today because I was promised a loner and I didn’t get. I will not come here anymore and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Went to go buy a car with my friends. They kicked us out because we were under 21 looking at cars and the guy was rude. Lexus of Arlington Heights however was perfect and didnt discrimate so they got my full cash sale.

We had a wonderful salesman .He was very attentive and was able to explain all the facts about the Lexus. Although I have been driving Lexus’s for at least 20 years there’s always something new ! I just love the car ! I love the ride all the gadgets . it’s also very nice to deal with a wonderful dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and the Lexus in general it’s a great car!

Went to test drive a Lexus RX that I inquired about. I was working with someone over the phone and went in to go see him. No one was there to greet me and a manager finally asked me if I needed help. I told him who I was there to see, but told me To speak to another person instead. That Salesman made me walk with him all the way to garage, up to the top floor to see a car covered in bird poop. We get in the car and he began speeding through the garage. I asked him to slow down and was nauseous from his wild turns. We come up to the service bay he continues to speed and try to make it pass the service door which was closing. Well he didn’t make it. The door closed on the car. He seemed perplexed by what happened as people came out to see what happened. He said it was no big deal and could be fixed. Asked me for my drivers license and if I was still interested in going for a test drive. I declined and was in shock by the whole experience. I reached out to the dealership and informed them about what transpired, if they hadn’t already heard. They dint seem to concerned by what happened or my well-being. No one reached back out to me like they said they would. Overall, probably the worst car buying experience I had.

I went to this location yesterday to get my oil changed and to get my car inspected the experience was not great at all from the way they approach you with services and the benefits you get when you get your car serviced there, I tried to talk to the service manager to ask about a recall on my car and the lady who helped me was not allowing me to talk to the manager. I asked to get my speakers inspected and they seemed not to care, their excuse was we did not find any problems. As soon as I drove off I heard my speakers cracking. Overall the service department is a mess from trying to upsale you with things that not need to be fixed, to the experience. I’ve been to other Lexus dealers and I’ve had better experiences at those dealers I will no longer be taking my business here but at another location

The service and parts department is great! I did not purchase my Lexus at this location, but I bring my vehicle here all the time for service. The service department is always friendly and prompt. Tony has always helped me out and has been very patient with me. Highly recommend.

In recently I got my new NX300 from here, most of the things were great, but why I just got a key cover for delivery gift?!Otherwise, it seems like they be polite for the people who wear causal clothes, I just wear the sport clothes and it seems like they look down at me, which doesnt feel good ~And always ask for manager, most of the time he offer your the great price~And be aware If you want to trade in your car in here, I dont recommend, because they offer the lower prices than other dealerships~
