Ive had excellent service on our late model (2010 & 2011) Saabs over the last six years. Despite the fact that Saab no longer makes cars, the level of professionalism and responsiveness has always left me satisfied. I get the same standard of service that their Cadillac customers get (its part of the same bay whereas I think Volvo service is elsewhere). While Ive had good experiences with everyone, I would particularly like to draw attention to Pete. Hes been fantastic.
I brought my car in for a manufacturer recall service and also for an oil change. Overall the place left a great impression on me because of Rose the assistant service manager. She greeted me with a great smile, took care of everything, and followed up with me in the waiting room. The waiting room has working, fast wi-fi (e.g. Hangout worked great!). They also installed a work station/desk with 2 power outlets that morning. I can see bringing my car in for an oil change there and not minding the wait.
