The young lady that was working had no customer service skills whatsoever. She never came out and talked to the customers never greeted us and when I went to make my purchase The young lady made me feel like I shouldnt even be in there spending my money. They take care of that this will be a great little store.

We love the store and merchandise. We always find great gifts there. Only the problem customer service, she is extremely rude! Not helpful at all!

Souvenirs galore, but not much under $6.00.

I bought a very big picture of the Chicago skyline here. The person who helped me was very helpful. She went over the prices of different pictures with me and then got me down the one I wanted, she wrapped it up in plastic for me to carry it out side there was no box for it. Appreciate the help!

Sign on window said be back in 30 minutes. Walked around for 45 min then waited another 15 min with no one in site. Witnessed about 5 people waiting then walking away.

I’ve visited this store several times this year. I always find great gifts here, and the manager is always really helpful! Great selection of Chicago theme items.

Excellent merchandise, good prices, terrible service (at least at a Friday morning). Just an example: After a Good morning from us, attendant just replied: What do you want. Store was empty, as well as her positive attitude towards Hispanic customers.

The store Manager Laura is absolutely RUDE !!!!! She was not very helpful when I was looking for souvenirs. She was very pushy.

Closed at 4:03pm, sign says back in 30 minutes. Now 4:40pm...

Attendant was rude and not in the least helpful. The store is called Love from Chicago but the personnel need to learn to share chicago love. The stars are for the merchandise and display. Kot the staff

2 stars for the range of souvenir but the customer service is horrendous. You walk into true store without being acknowledged and when you ask any questions you are given the distinct impression that you are imposing. The atmosphere made me walk out of the store without making a purchase. Hope the clerk gets moved out of there. Bad for business

Great selection of Chicsgo branded stuff. A little pricey, but if you need a quick gift or something that says you were in Chicago, this is a good place to get it. Its in the Woodfield mall on the upper level.

Definitely one of the places you NEED to visit as a tourist. Souvenirs galore. Best part is they offer discounts and sales on almost everything unlike your gas station. Looking for a chicago shirt, chicago keychain and or chicago sports team item? This offers that and more. Was able to find everything i wanted at half off!
