I was referred to BMC mattress by a friend who found a mattress at a great price. I had never bought a brand new before so I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I worked with Jamie and she was so incredibly helpful. She was patient and listened to me try (poorly) to explain what I wanted in a mattress. She had me try several. The company is taking covid precautions so it took extra time to cover each mattress before I tried it out, but she was patient. I went between several beds multiple times and I was so happy to have her patience and knowledge answering my many questions. She wasn’t pushy, but she was so helpful. There was a system error while I was attempting to actually pay for the bed and frame and she went out of her way to call and get it fixed! Jamie was fantastic! I would recommend anyone to come here for great deals and quality service! I can’t wait for my bed to arrive next week and luckily it’s protected with a 125 day sleep warranty if I don’t like it, but I’m sure I’ll love it because she took the time to help me pick the perfect one!Also, the day before I went in (you have to make appointments because of covid) the gentleman I spoke to was also very cordial and helpful. I gave him a brief description of what I needed and he gave Jamie all the info so we could just start trying our beds when I came for my appointment.Excited for my new bed and adjustable frame - I’m sure my dogs and boyfriend will be super excited too for the upgrade!

Apparently I made the appointment with Brendan at the Batavia location. When I came to the Schaumburg location on Roselle Road, Jamie was excellent. Not knowing I had made an appointment with Brendan she told me they were open by appointment only but she didnt have anyone so she would be able to help me. She showed me around the store and detailed my needs and concerns with what I was looking for in a mattress. This was not a sales experience, her delivery was effortless. Sale complete and I carried the mattress out and put it on top of my car and was getting out my ratchet straps and she came out with this roll of rope and began tying it down to the car. I had to let her do it because her method was so much more efficient than I would have done. I spent maybe 30 minutes in the store total with the time it took her to secure the mattress. Customer for life. I could have spent my money anywhere but Jamie took care of me and I have peace of mind. Fantastic.

Anthony, the store manager, assisted my husband and I with our purchase. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He asked many questions and searched all issues to give us the best price possible for our mattress and box spring. The Sterns snd Foster bed we selected was several hundred dollars less than we would pay anywhere else.The mattress was delivered on time and set up very promptly. No mess was left behind. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this store to anyone searching for a new bed.

I purchased a Sealy mattress at a fantastic price. Delivery was a breeze. They delivered right on time, were efficient, and very professional. Jaime was very helpful in the store, and not pushy at all.

Be wary of this place, they will not let you return an item even if it is something you discover can not be used.My mom was moving into an assisted living facility and asked for an adjustable bed, not a hospital bed. Unfortunately, we discovered that for her safety she really needed a bed that lowers and not just adjust head and feet positions. I asked to return the bed frame, not the mattress, and was told that they only do exchanges and not returns. Yet, they could not offer me a frame that lowers.They really didnt seem to care that the item, that had been slept in for one night, could not be used. Their attitude............we got our money, what do we care.

Just purchased our king and queen mattress with Jaime A, the lead sales associate in Schaumburg, she is very accommodating and explains well the pros and cons of every type of mattresses we were interested and helps thru my financing quick and easy instead of paying outright cash on the table . BMC is terrific! I came here after hearing some good things in search of a quality bed on a budget and found a wide array of Sealy and Stearns & Foster products - all great stuff and trusted brands. The difference here is that these are significantly marked down comfort returns, aesthetic defect or factory close out units. Jaime was very polite and accommodating, even with my constant back and forth and indecisive attitude. I ended up pulling the trigger on a hybrid mattress, which was delivered over the following weekend as expected. The delivery staff was great as well. The mattress itself was immaculate with no defects or signs of wear - the value incredible. Definitely recommend checking this place out before spending full price at one of the large chain places.

Purchased an ultra firm Sealy posturpedic 2 weeks ago and have been sleeping like a baby ever since. Jamie and Tony at the Schaumburg store were very friendly and helped us to get the right mattress. Was able to take it home right away. Will definitely let others know that this is the place to buy your next mattress.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. We applied for financing and were not approved for enough to get the mattress this weekend so we left. Today I have a $40 charge from the finance company!! We never agreed to any charge to see if we were approved. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this company and a charge back for my $40. Terrible way to do business. Jaime the liar stated the lease fee would be $40 in an email when I asked about loan terms, that would be if we were approved just like any other lease company.Im sure this is how they make money, selling used mattresses (Jaime said they could be from returns when customers are not happy and want to exchange) and screwing people out of money.
