Unbelievably bad. They struggled to do the basics when we got started with them - that should have been our first clue to run away as fast as we could. They couldnt even get a ph ok next from sprint to work with their service and all they could do was stand with their mouths open looking dull when I (me personally) was able to simply call Metro myself and I had it working in 15 minutes...I dont know anything about cell phones but I could do it and they couldnt. Then the moment that prompted this review was when my wife made a payment in person and then our phones were cut off BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT THE PAYMENT TO METRO. I figured it was a simple mistake so I went in to get it cleared up...showed them the charge on our checking account from ELITE METRO with date and amount and THEY COULDNT FIND IT IN THEIR SYSTEM. What?!?! Seriously, they charged us and we could show them the charge but they couldnt find it in their own records? Cmon...you got to do better than that. Their solution? Contact your bank and have them reverse the charge. No apology, no offer or assistance...just basically go away and deal with it yourself Mr. Customer. So, if you are considering Metro...its okay...if you are considering dealing with this place...do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...save time and frustration. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. If you also had a missing payment leave your own review to warn others...thanks for reading.
