Absolutely love visiting this store. Both of the workers I always talk to are super friendly and helpful. I stop In nearly every other day when Im not busy and always look forward to it. Prices are good and people are friendly what more can ya ask for? Another good thing is the workers have stuff in common, we all have that little bit of nerd inside of us so we get along great. 2 thumbs up for this store though 100% 👍 👍

Great store with a wide selection of what you need or want. I went into the store on Friday evening and Chris approached me and helped me make a great selection for my son. When I got to the counter, Andrew completed my purchase, who was also very helpful and friendly. Great store with a solid staff and salesmen. Will go back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of games to choose from both new and used. They have several different sales and deals always available. There is a girl who is always super helpful. Her name is Sierra, she always answers your questions and if she doesnt know the answer she will find out. Its because of the people who work here and the deals they give out I would recommend this place.

Ive heard terrible things about the corporate policies of GameStop but the one here has always had friendly and pretty knowledge employees.Midnight/9pm releases have been fine experiences as well, if you want to get a physical copy on a midnight release I definitely recommend going here. Just make sure to visit ahead of time to get details.Seeing as its the only actual game store around, and is one of the few things Ive visited the mall for in over a year aside from a movie, its kinda of a necessary recommendation.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable on most of the games they carry. They do have a military/first responder discount. Always has the game or system Im looking for when I go here.

Game stop is a dying industry that almost had no resemblance of what it used to be. The staff are good but the store is way too crowded with merchandise that isnt video games or accessories. It has gotten so crowded that they place merchandise carts outside the store in the mall.

Staff and management are very rude they say they have pictures of you and they throw stuff at your face. They also told me that I was banned there because I have returned a few things in the past because so apparently it’s illegal to return stuff there. Very rude don’t go there. Nick and the manager told me that. I feel very attacked and bullied.

Just like every other gamestop. If you still enjoy buying physical copies of video games then this is where to get them. Just dont trade in your old games unless youre looking to get ripped off.

When asking your customers not to walk behind the counter (its a clear open space, no walls, looks like an aisle) not having an attitude and being snotty is helpful. I was gonna buy 2 3DS games however, if thats how you talk to customers I left. The mouthy snobby girl should be fired, as a woman in the game world, being nice goes way further than being someone with a chip on your shoulder trying to prove you are you have authority in a GameStop.
