Anyone with aging parents that need a little help along the way, avoid this location! Last year I contacted a sales rep and asked 1. Why they sold a family member of mine a new phone and told them they needed a new phone when they actually didnt. They even added a phone to my account (the sales team) and without my permission. I thought I had addressed this clearly back then and just this past week the sales team here tried yet again to convince a family member of mine that they needed a newer and better phone and this simple flip phone I just purchased two weeks ago was hard to use so they could make a sale. I feel sorry for those senior citizens that these bull dog sales associates take advantage of for the sale. A few bucks in their pockets. Shame on each of you. Is there a no stars option? 0 stars here.

I needed to add a line to our Verizon account. David B. throughly explained what to expect for changes to my bill. He also took the time to explain our current plan, how it works, and what the new plans were. He showed me what the perks were of switching to a new plan and how much money I’d save monthly. He was very courteous, polite, & I’d be happy to return to that location for him to help us again in the future.

Finally a pleasant visit to the Verizon store. Weston was very helpful and polite. He was masked, store was exceptionally clean. Next visit I will call ahead and request Weston as my consultant. Thank you.

I went to Verizon cellular service in South Sebring and had a phenomenal experience especially with the associate Dustin Hogue. What a team there is at this location because of a super nice compassionate and funny boss. Dustin did everything to make my experience pleasant and fulfilling and took much time to show his compassion for my situation. He was very helpful and it was so thoughtful that he gave me an invitation to return for any concerns questions or issues that I may have. I rate him as an outstanding employee.I would highly suggest anyone interested in purchasing a phone or having trouble with their phone to speak with Dustin so you come out as a satisfied customer.

When I came in I spoke to an employee named Greg he was extremely helpful when it came to explaining different things about my plan or giving really spot on advice. Very honest And hilarious. Overall my experience was very pleasant

I was in need of a new phone so I decided to go in store instead of ordering one online. Greg was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped me make a better decision as to what phone would be best for my needs! I loved his positivity and attitude during the whole transaction. He was fast and I would love to see him there again!

Greg was phenomenal. He moved mountains to have us get our new iPhone13 Pros and walked myself and my wife through the whole process. He also did discover that although we were on autopay and paperless billing-we were not getting the discount and he called customer service and we will now be receiving that discount as well. HE DID NOT JUST GO THE EXTRA MILE HE WENT A MILLION MILES+.In these days where customer service is outsourced or non-human computers-It was nice to talk with and meet a Real Live Person who any company would be proud to call as their employee. My only concern is that he will move up and out of Sebring and we willl lose not just a R eal Person but a GREAT FRIEND(CHEERLEADER-he will know what I mean!!!)

I have my parent on my phone bill and my mother needed a new phone so she went into see Nelson at the Sebring South location. Nelson was so wonderful with her and answered all her question! My mom was so worried that she was going to have to set up the new phone but not with Nelson. He informed my mother that it would take 45 minutes to an hour and that she could stay there or go have a coffee. Tonight my mom called and was so excited about her service and had the best help from a young man named “Nelson”! Thank you so much for making her feel so confident with her iPhone 12! ❤️

Very Professional.Tried it again and I find out the problem is with the LG V50. When I went through a 5G area my partner with a V60 got 5G and I never did. V50 phone does not work on 5G. DONT BUY AN LG V50!

We had an issue with my phone. It was having trouble with the internet. Personally I was very upset because the service in Highlands county has been HORRIBLE for over a year. We went into the Verizon store and was greeted by Greg Robinson (Greg the great) he he was very professional and very courteous and very knowledgeable about my problem. He immediately started working on my phones and explained that in our area we were having a issue with the internet he immediately called tech support and was very passionate about the service in this area and how long the problem had been persisting.I am very happy with how he handled the issue. I was going to turn off my Verizon account but working with Greg today gives me confidence that there is someone that is on top of the problem and trying to help Highlands county with Verizons issues in this area. Someone higher up in the Verizon company should listen to him he is speaking the truth.So if you go by Verizon in Sebring come see Greg because he is amazing at what he does.

A few years ago, I switched my ATT service to Verizon over the phone. I have been and still am a very happy with the phone service. Today I decided to get a new phone so this was the first time Ive ever dealt with a Verizon retailer. A young man named Taurino Bustos took care of everything I needed from picking out the phone to programming it to even registering my screen protector. A sincerely nice guy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Verizon not only for the great phone service but the custumer service at this store.

Gregory has been an awesome help on an insurance claim. He was able to upgrade me to a Motorola one because I did not want a samsung phone. His personality was perfect it was a pleasure to work with him. He went out of his way and that was amazing. Great guy!!😁
