My friend was having problems activating his phone he ordered. I sat in the car for over an hour waiting on him. Went in to see how much longer so I could get to work on time. With only one person working in the store and on other person waiting,we got told it could be more than another hour wait time😫😫

I came into this store and was greeted by a gentleman named Juan. Very respectful and professional. The last time I came into this location I was never greeted and the way the manager spoke to me was very degrading. I can honestly say this time around was 100% different and Juan reinstated my faith in Cricket Wireless!!! Not sure if he is a member of management but this guy needs to be!!!!

They need to make the theme a toy people can buy in store. My kids ask for the the little guy every time i go into store.
