For no apparent reason my Samsung S9+ locked me out of my phone and wanted a passcode I never had on it. Verizon tried every way it could and Samsung couldn’t rectify. We left with a name, Total Telecom, that might be able to help so I would hopefully get back into my phone without Reseting it. We left with the phone data intact, along with what he was doing and why.
