Carlos gets 5 stars. However, he could not fix the fact you turned off my Samsung 7 and sent a cheap phone to replace it. 3G is supposed to run until February. Tell us the rush for 5G as I know it is not for my benefit. You would of sent a phone with equal processing power if you cared to leave me with equal device or better send out a better device. I could use it.

Long wait to finally discuss issue with service rep. Over 1 hour. No tools to diagnose what may be wrong with my phone. Basically had to buy a new phone to have any phone service at all. No trade in value for phone I had. Disappointed in prices overall. Waiting for my next bill to see how bad costs really is. Tech that did finally help me was very nice and professional. No issues with staff, just overall process and prices.
I came from the Sprint2tmobile and lm very glad l did, Jay was excellent he did a fantastic job transferring my service l give him a 10+ and the same for the manager of the store he did a very good job even though it took over 3 hours ( due to waiting on the phone techs doing the transfer; but well worth the wait. Today l was finally able to talk on my phone after almost a yr of fighting with sprint noe t-mobile and lousy service. The plus l got the Galaxy flip lm very satisfied. Thanks guys.

My Husband Jim and I had went in store on Sat evening. We spoke with David and he gave some very Good information on new phones. We went back on Sunday and looked again and Jay helped us pick out some Awesome stuff and 2 Great New Phones. We Really like our New Phones and Covers and Colors. Worst experience ever! Was informed that for my two lines (with me owning my phone outright) and paying $10 a month on my wife’s phone our bill would be $115 a month ( I was informed that I would receive a military discount). Once we received ed our first bill and it was $221. After speaking with Jay at the store I was informed my bill would be $147 a month. If I was given the correct monthly cost I would have never switched to AT&T from the very beginning. I was provided the original quote by Matthew. I am currently on the way to switch my phone service as I type this. I have been bamboozled!!
I just want to say that the service provided to me by Fran was amazing. She really went above and beyond to help me at last minute and more importantly resolving my issue while staying past the store was closed. Thank you Fran I really appreciate it. 10 star service.

Went here looking for help kept getting avoided then when someone finally came out did not really want to help because I needed the free broadband internet I believe they didnt think they would make much money or commission off of me so just sent me a pamphlet and sent me along my way without really helping at all. Definitely disappointed and do not ever plan on going back
We moved from South Florida to Highlands County near Sebring over 6 months. We love the friendly service we have received in this area. 1st time in AT&T in Sebring was disappointing to say the least. First off, we went early to beat the waiting. We were the only ones that walked in, store had just opened and the sales rep, Frantasia didnt smile, or said hello or anything else for that matter. We stated we were there to buy a new Samsung Galaxy phone and she just pointed with her thumb and said over there. A guy who came out with a couple of items heard us asking questions and he answered my questions before going to the backroom again. Anything she responded to was short and seemed just annoyed. She never got up except at the end when she went to get the receipt from the printer. We have been AT&T customers for decades and have always received great service in the Coral Springs store and other stores we have stopped in. For the amount of money we spend in this store, all we expect is decent customer service. Not someone who rings you up with no facial expression. I gave this a 1 star only because I found a phone that I think will fit my needs (thanks to the guy working in the backroom) and that is the only reason.

My phone broke so I Bought a new phone with AT&T the dude who was trying to say is the phone kept trying to get us to get the most expensive phone the most expensive plan insurance all the stuff I just wanted basic necessities I repeatedly told him that all I wanted what is the cheapest phone in the iPhone SE Second GEN paid off in full and he eventually agreed which is an issue because a customer should just tell the employee what they want in the employee Should not harass you to get the most expensive plants and most expensive things when I get my phone bill I see that I have the most expensive plan after I told him I did not want that and I’m also paying the phone off for the next 30 months then they lwanna say that the phone was free after paying almost $400 to buy the phone straight up

I went to have my phone turned off because it’s cheaper for my daughter to pay $15 a month with consumer cellular with unlimited data I was told it was going to be 24 hours my phone was shut off my phone is still turned on It’s been 30 hours

Was supposed to be a 1000. permotion for opening a new line with unlimited and trade your phone. My bill was suppose to be 110.00 a month instead it is 197.00 a month.nothing anybody can do about it.

Approximately one week ago I went into the Sebring store to switch to AT&t and get a new phone. The manager went over everything with me monthly payment the phone that I was looking at was only supposed to be $300. I go back in today to finalize everything and they said I would have to pay $1,299 up front. Its not about the amount up front its about being told one thing and turning around and its the complete opposite. I called another store in a different county and they said my experience with the Sebring store makes no sense theres no reason that they should have switched the amounts. not only did they waste their time but they wasted my time as well. at this point I dont think I will be switching to AT&t I will probably switch to Verizon.

I must say how knowledgeable and helpful the associates are. I was there about 30 minutes and they answered all my questions and solved the problems I had with my phone. I purchased a few accessories and left very satisfied and happy. Trust me it’s the place to.go.
Ryan C. Was very knowledgeable and I understude my frustration about my order online that got screwed up twice. I could have saved money by attempting to make the online sale get it right but I needed the phone as its a work phone. Ryan discussed options and functionality of my new Note 10+ 5G and Im so happy with it. We liked him so much I bought my Fiance a new Apple watch too. Great guy. And his time was worth losing a few bucks.

Im 70 years old and finally took the big step (for me anyway) to purchase a Smart Phone from an old flip-top Rugby I had for years. I had no wait line and Dietrich waited on me immediately He showed me phones he felt would meet my needs. I took the Galaxy A10e. He spent at least an hour or more walking me through the basics. Dietrich was so helpful, knowledgeable, and far beyond patient...said to come back any time with any questions or problems. I felt I had made a new friend after I left the store! I highly recommend asking for Dietrich.

My husband and I were switched to AT&T by our daughter. Who is out of state. She told us the we’re all ready set up and ready to go. They were not. Dietrich was amazing. The amount of patience he showed the both of us was A Godsend. We shared an Apple ID. He set me up with my own Apple ID and my own email. So happy to have met Dietrich, a great asset to the staff. We had tons of questions and concerns, Dietrich didn’t hesitate. He ever suggested a pass word ledger. So insightful. This is why we now love AT&T in Sebring over Verizon. Verizon’s staff was unwilling to help. I highly recommend Dietrich and staff.

Staff was extremely helpful after I shattered my iPhone screen earlier that morning. Raymond showed me the latest iPhones offered by AT&T and explained the various features and prices of each. He highlighted the available accessories, without the pushy sales pitch . It allowed me to feel comfortable making the decisions that work best for me.

Great service!!!!! Came in Matt started helping me and then Dietrich took over and was superb!!! For some reason I was having credit issues he was VERY patient with me!!!!! Walked me through how to fix it and then made sure I GOT MY PURPLE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9.Store was very clean and welcoming. Great selection of wireless devices. The service was great I got in there they took care of me less than five minutes was there a little bit long with the phone but everything is OK they didn’t have the phone I want it that was free so they gave me another phone that was $10 a month but that’s OK thank you and goodbye and God bless

Today we went in to fix a phone or get a new one and Dietrich, the manager, helped us beyond what his job defines. We got an iPhone so he helped with the Apple ID and even setting up a new email. He made sure we left the store with a phone to just start using. I was very satisfied, exceptional customer service.
This place gets very busy, but when I was there the wait was only about 10 minutes. In the past I have waited over an hour. It is the only AT&T in Highlands County so they have a lot of people to serve.I must however, say that every time they got to me, there knowledge and attitude was great.They dont rush you and make you leave thinking they could have done better. I give them a 10.
My phone was lost then stolen. Matthew at AT&T in Sebring was wonderful help in tracking the places the phone was before it was shut off...which confirmed that someone else had my phone. Matthew locked my phone so it could not be used. Then he ordered another phone for me.Luckily it was insured. It came in 48 hours.Brandon was very efficient in setting up my new phone and adding all my saved photos.Both Brandon and Matthew were exceptional... very knowledgeable...and VERY kind and patient. Thank you both so much.

I really needed a new carrier. I walked into 4 different phone stores. I choose AT&T for a few reasons, but the #1 reason has to be because of Deitrich. He patiently give me options. Some of which I had no idea were available.When I came back 3 days later with my decision, Deitrich was on the ball he remember me. A couple of hours later I walked out with a new plan and phone. Yes on February 6, 2019 I came into the store in Sebring Florida was taken care of by Dietrich Stewart. I had a problem with DIRECTV billing on old account and he was able to resolve the issue for me. He was professional and kind and friendly and attentive. There were other customers there but he acknowledge them and told them that he would be with them as soon as possible. There was a long wait while two of the associates were laughing and fooling around. Not all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I felt hurried. I still dont know how to retrieve all my pics and videos on my Galaxy 6. You can do better. Seriously considering changing carriers.

Went into Sebring store this morning to pay a friends bill. 2 employees, six customers, no customer service counter. When I asked an employee if I needed to make an appointment to pay a bill, he said yes I could when I asked for an afternoon appointment he replied we dont make appointments, if you cant wait, drive back and forth from your home(I live 10 miles away) for the rest of the day until you see we are not busy and we will take your money at that time. Then proceeded to very smartly tell me to have a nice day. AT&T SUCKS!
