Service was excellent with one exception.Due to shortage of staff we had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours before we were served. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything and was very patient with our questions. We will be back because we were treated well after our wait.

Came in needing help with a golf watch that was connected to my Android phone. Tiffany helped and was very patient. She even called customer service to help as well. The nicest thing ever was it came a strong rain storm and we did not have a umbrella. She walked me out to the car with a umbrella. So kind of her . I give her 5 stars ..👍👍 we need more employees like Tiffany.

This is a Corporate owned location. That means, no games or tricks. I arrived with an 11 month old Motorola phone... It was not charging properly. They were able to clean the charging port and it now works flawlessly. I also purchased a 6 foot Verizon Branded USB cord for my hone charger. I am so pleased that this was suggested to me. I honestly was ready to spend another $500+ for a replacement phone but these guys were able to get my, nearly new, phone back fully functional for $ 21 49 ..... I am so pleased with their willingness to try the lower cost option first. I honestly feel that if I had went to.an agent location things would have been different and I would have unnecessarily upgraded phones. These guys ROCK!..... FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for all of your Verizon needs. They also have an automated payment kiosk inside the store.

Verizon, 2729 US Hwy 27 So. What a GREAT customer service experience. Very rare these days! From the moment I pulled up and was greeted at the door (I assumed he was going to tell me they were about to close) I was treated with professionalism and kindness. The entire staff was happy and helpful. I did not look forward to going in with my problem, but I was made to feel like there was nothing Kimani would rather do than help solve my issue. Was there for 5 hours due to Verizon but it was then best 5 hours ever!!!!! The staff was then best!!!! They even fed my pregnant daughter!!!!! About 6 months ago my son-in-law gave me my present phone and its a Verizon (my old phone had bitten the dust. At that time I was with a different phone service and I had no choice but to go with Verizon.The customer service was wonderful, they got me all set up and I havent looked back. The cell phone coverage is awesome and I havent had any issues!Just recently my roommates phone had to be replaced. We went to Verizon and Nelson was the one who helped her. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Were sticking with Verizon!!

Worst customer service experience ever. This is not an actual Verizon store, so if you are hoping for an actual Verizon rep assisting forget it. They do not stand behind Verizon policy or warranty or service. On top of that if you challenge or question why they are not following Verizon policy they become rude and tell you to leave.I even asked the manager who was speaking with us to repeat what he said as I hadnt heard him, because of him speaking so soft and the mask, and he said, Im done with you, I will give you the number to Samsung but Im not going to do anything more than that. This company needs to learn the first thing I learned when I started in customer service The customer is your paycheck. OH and please do not respond with your standard reply, if you cant actually follow up dont bother. Editing to add took the phone to the Authorized Samsung repair shop and they stated the phone has a manufacturer defect, that it would be impossible for press buttons in any random combination to cause the error. So your employees owe my husband an apology.

This store gave me a phone with a cracked screen. But they will not honor their 14 day exchange policy because the screen is cracked. The Verizon wireless reps I spoke to will not do anything either. So I have a brand new phone that I am paying $699 for, that will cost me $350 out of pocket to repair, or $199.99 through Verizon to get it fixed. The store also did not add the insurance to me device, which made it difficult to even file a claim to get the screen repaired.Great customer service... they wont even answer the phone when you call. It states no reps available.This is why I got through a third party to purchase a phone. I have learned my lesson in dealing with the Verizon stores themselves.Update:See the response below... we are sorry you couldnt reach someone.. I did reach someone. The staff are the ones who refused to help me when I went there in person. That is what you need to look into. Why I received a cracked screen phone, but then they say say they cant do anything. Thats what needs to be done.

I was truly disappointed when I went in to try to buy a new phone ... asked about getting on a family’s member plan was told to call customer service I asked her do you know how long it takes, I was in need of a new phone, she replies oh a while because of Covid 🤔. I then asked on how about I just open up my one line become a new customer and I wanted to get the new iPhone, her words “ I can’t sell you the new phone they haven’t launched yet, which mind you they were launching in 24 hours ..”preorder”? Needless to say I walked out went to AT&T the next day and yes I got my phone 😍. I just don’t understand why she didn’t want me to be a VERIZON customer ...man I couldn’t get past 2 feet from the entrance to look at phones. Very sad experience

I cant say enough good things about this Verizon store in Sebring, Fl. All Verizon store managers should train right here! They understand customer service and satisfaction.🤜So first, during Covid19, this store is A+ in precautions. They let you in and out of the store, Provide masks and hand sanitizer if you arrive without. All stations and chairs are sanitized hourly and between clients. Chairs are set up 6 from each other. Cold water available as needed.🌹I arrived panicked. I was directed to Joseph, who calmly assessed my phone. I was out of memory and was given options. I chose a new phone and explained that My main concern was transferring all contacts, 7000 photos, 33,000 text messages, and most importantly the saved voice mails from my mom who died a few years ago.Joseph worked diligently to not only accomplish those tasks, but to back everything up to the cloud and to also show me new features (as well as things that I should have known but had never been shown.)Joseph and supervisor Greg were courteous, professional and kept all their clients entertained and satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PLUS+🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

I still dont have my refund from a device I exchanged months ago. Stores closed but phone support has done nothing for me but give me the runaround.Edit: 4 months and an Attorney General complaint later, I finally have my money back. Not good, no help at all and the salesman who sold me my phone at the spring hill store on mariner Blvd. Told me they had a promotional deal for one day and I could get a $800.00 phone for $350.00. Now I am stuck in a contract and paying $800.00 for a phone that barely works.i would never advise any one to use Verizon. The spring hill store salesman could not have been more dishonest.

In case you werent in the know, cell phone stores are the fastest way to spend your whole day on something you thought would take 15 minutes. This Verizon store is no different. That said, the staff are polite, professional, and are extremely interested in resolving your problems. Ive always had nice service and knowledgeable people at the Verizon store in Sebring. FL. For a little over 2 yrs I switched to AT&T because of a special on phones. NEVER AGAIN. AT&T is the worst at everything. When I needed to transfer new phones from AT&T to Verizon, the Rep at Verizon was great, and patient. It took 8 calls to AT&T because of inept people there, but Eman was very patient and got it done. I never could have transferred on my own. My account with Verizon was set up quickly after we were done with the AT&T people, and my monthly service payments are less!

Three years ago I visited this Verizon store with a significant password problem. The young man who helped me, three years ago, was very kind and went overboard to bail me out. Five 🌟 service, no doubt.This year while visiting in the area I stopped in with a very simple question. I go there with a confused brain saying, Im there for this or that and whats the best, as I would only be doing this or that and then being concerned about the cost etc. Well, after dealing with him, I feel like wow piece of cake and along with a friendly if you run into a problem come and see me Ill walk you thru it, so with that being said, I rate Verizon a 5 star, but Emmanuel, I rate a million plus!!!!!! So if you are reading this review and you go to this Verizon Im sure you would rate Emmanuel a million plus too!!!!!So here I am today April 20, 2019 and went to see Emmanuel at the Verizon Store, about a week ago,I ran into a problem with my phone which completely freaked me out. I was in panic as I had no idea to what had gone wrong. I walked in to be told he was really busy with customers and it could take up to or over an hour with that said I said I would wait. After a time, he came to me apologize sat down with me found the problem suggested what he would do and the best was to get a new phone, he figured the one that would be the best for me,explained what he did went over the features, asked me questions to what he knew I should and again the awesome words if any problems, questions come and see me. Again, I left the store feeling confident and great. Emmanuel should get credit or a certificate of going above and beyond. Hes sure worth a million.

I had quite an unpleasant experience at this location today, while attempting to resolve my internet needs. The representative was extremely rude and unhelpful - she made me and the person I was with very uncomfortable. When I asked her for another representative for help instead, she, for the first time, acted concerned and asked why. I told her because she was rude and I was uncomfortable, and then she laughed smugly to herself as she walked around to the back room. She came back out, and said it was going to be a long while before anyone could help me, so I just left. Who would hire someone like that?
