The atmosphere, prices and staff are great, but unfortunately the taste is not. My wife had the blackberry soft serve with chocolate dip. The ice cream was okay, but the dip had no taste and the consistency of plastic. I had a chocolate soft serve in a waffle cone. Again, the ice cream was just okay and the cone was good. In the future we will go somewhere where the taste is worth the calories.

Simply the best ice cream in the smokies. Very nice atmosphere and the ladies working on the day of our visit were incredibly nice and courteous to each customer. Make this place a must visit on your next trip.

Best part of our weekend get away. I wish I could have put this place in my pocket and taken them back home!!! The staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. The milk shakes and ice cream are amazing!! It will be my first stop when we stop back through I a few months. If you have not tried them do it your really missing out!!

Best ice-cream Ive ever had in my life to date. My expectations are high and this is by far the greatest ice cream shop Ive been to. The flavors are phenomenal.The staff is polite, helpful and professional.

Fun retro themed ice cream shop. Wide assortment of toppings, less than a dozen ice cream flavors. They seem to emphasize quality over quantity. Staff were extremely friendly and the service is relatively quick. Nice outdoor patio, plenty of seats inside too. Not the cheapest, but its very good and worth checking out.

This is some tasty ice cream with a great view from the rocking chairs on the patio. I got the cookie dough mixer and had to dig through all the toppings to the excellent sweet cream ice cream. Then to my delight when I got to the bottom there were more toppings hiding down there. I’ve had a lot of this type of soft ice cream but this version is just really good. Definitely a great treat.

They only had vanilla in sugar free and it was pretty good. A nice ice cream shop with a porch and swings for people to sit around and enjoy the outdoors while enjoying their ice cream.

Love the creamiest ice cream ever!

They were packed but they moved quickly! The lady at the register was so sweet and friendly (you know sometimes when a place is busy, the service slips but not here!). I had the strawberry swirled with salty caramel - yum! Hubby had the chocolate swirled with sweet cream, he loved it! We both had waffle cones.

I found this place reading an article about the best cream in every state. Cruz farms won for TN. I was thrilled to see it was fairly close to me so we made sure to visit on our pigeon forge visit. The building is beautiful and clean. The ice cream is excellent! I had the iced lemon cookie and it was spot on! The flavors change daily so check the website or just go and check it out. You wont be disappointed. I was really impressed that they milk the cows and make their own ice cream. They also offer milk in store too. This was the first visit of many more to come. The employees dress in a cute gingham print uniform that is bright and cheery. Such a nice ice cream experience.

Love, love, love Cruze Farm Ice Cream! All employees are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have had a lot of different items on the menu, and all of them are very good. They are reasonably priced and very clean and their chocolate milk is delicious!!

Amazing ice cream!!! A must stop for that sweet tooth. Wonderful ice cream! We will definitely be making another stop before we head home from vacation. The root beer float was amazing. Next time trying the lemon - I hear its soo good.

Prices were decent for a tourist town. Had an 50s feel to it. Wouldve been better if they were playing Golden Oldies, instead of modern music. The sweet cream was something new Ive never tried - being from the Midwest. Wouldnt have to have it again.

Wonderful service. Ice cream is delicious. They have an ever rotating realm of flavors along with some standard staples. I love the Rocky Road churn. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. They are very helpful with suggesting flavors and completely willing to let you sample a flavor you are curious about. Will definitely go back wherever I want some good ice cream!

Cruze Farms Ice Cream was very clean and well organized. They were pretty busy but there was not much of a wait from ordering and receiving our food. The ice cream is made with good quality ingredients and it shows.

Clean store, friendly staff. Quick service. Overall, good experience. Im not a huge fan of the soft serve style ice cream; I tend to prefer the hard ice cream, but that’s only a matter of my preference. It wasn’t bad by any means. Would recommend.

Delicious ice cream with a great, family-friendly feel! We enjoyed our ice cream on the patio where there was ample kinds of seating between the picnic tables, rocking chairs, and porch swings. The sweet cream and strawberry soft serves were exceptional!

The ice cream did not make it to the photo....We had chocolate ice cream with peanut butter coating, cookie and cream with cherry coating and strawberry with lavender honey double swirl..They are all amazing!!Creamy, not too sweet.. first time I was able to finish a waffle cone and the ice cream without being in a sugar coma..

One of the best milkshakes around. My wife had the chocolate and I had the sweet cream (vanilla). Both were fantastic. The floats and sundaes look great as well. Great area to hang out with kids. They had some corn hole boards as well. Highly recommend.

Cruze Farms is my familys favorite ice cream place when we visit the Smokeys. The selection is limited, but the ice cream is delicious. They also have a very nice outdoor seating area.

Only place in town to get an affogato. They are soo delicious 😋. I absolutely love the Ive cream, and they have fantastic rotating flavor choices. I also love that they partner with other local businesses to bring you toppings such as Ham n Goodies lemon cookie toppings.

Very clean and friendly staff. They only have soft serve ice cream, so options are cones, cups, or sundaes. I got a churned rocky road and it was good, but my children didnt like their ice cream as much. Very basic flavors.

Great milk. My family had tried several different flavors of the ice cream/milkshakes, but they havent all been great. I did really enjoy the lemon custard flavor, though. No hard scoop, which I prefer. There was a musician outside and chairs for sitting and games to play. The location is nice, with a traffic light at the entrance to the parkway.

The flavor is not your typical dairy ice cream - tasted a little sour, and the texture was grainy. Does not have a plain vanilla, but recommended “sweet cream”. It was sickeningly sweet. Would not purchase again. The service was good and a nice, clean place. Expensive, but expected for tourist area.

Absolutely loved this place. Went twice during our stay. The sweet cream ice cream dipped in candy coated toasted coconut was to die for. The milkshakes pure heaven. This is a must stop for you there is also a huge general store there and the view of the mountains are breathtaking especially at sunset.

We almost left when we saw it was soft serve ice cream (thinking it was just the norm), but omg, so glad we didn’t! This place was awesome and tasted amazingly fresh! Love the hats for the kids as well!

All ice cream is soft serve. Im not a big fan of soft serve ice cream, so that was probably my only issue. If you like soft serve ice cream, then this is worth the visit. The atmosphere is very nice.

Pretty good little shop. The matching dresses and red lipstick required for the staff was a little much in my opinion, but the ice cream was good.

You will love this place!!! Although the outside sidewalks need a good cleaning and a good cleaning inside would help. I know,help is hard to get now a days, wonder why, I still give you a 5 star.

Amazing icecream absolutely loved the lavender honey twisted with there strawberry. My son is very picky and he asked for it on our second trip there. Staff was very friendly the atmosphere was great and very clean. We will be back there next time we are in the area.

At the recommendation of a friend, our family tried this place today. Honestly, some of the best soft serve we’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly and helpful, dining room spotless, and the throwback decor was charming. The ice cream was good but the staff is lacking they have several people there working well maybe only one person is working the rest is too busy visiting so a lot of people are waiting in line while all the staff is chatting or maybe gossiping which really holds up people trying to get through the line someone needs to take charge and get these people working

We just stopped and got some ice-cream here tonight. First off this place is beautiful and The employees are sweet, attentive and quick. The prices are great and they give free samples of the ice cream. So you don’t end up with something you don’t like. Although we sampled I think 7 different kinds and we loved them all! It was hard to pick....We ended up getting...Brownie batter, Santa’s milk and cookies, and candy cane. All tasted amazing!

I’ve been here several times and have left satisfied every time. The staff is conscientious about cleanliness, using hand sanitizer between samplings. The waffle cones are freshly made and so thin and crisp, really a treat. We had lavender honey, sweet cream and brown butter and all were delicious. I think four dollars for such a wonderful treat is a bargain. It’s the real deal, fresh dairy ice cream.
