This place is pretty cool because they always have what you were looking for regardless of what it is also they always have the newest stuff thats out even when it isnt supposed to be out for another week or two and they have extra things you can get if you pre-order it and the customer service / people working there are very friendly and helpful and its definitely worth checking out

The game I bought was 59 and was charged 75, even with tax that doesnt add up. Came here twice, got ripped off twice, not going back to get ripped off a third time. Thanks but NO thanks. Will be buying my games else where from now on.

Poor customer service. Greeted rudely. No stock/inventory of basic items. If wanted to order product wouldnt have stopped by to pick it up

My only issue here, is opening. On the weekends or sometimes on a day off I run errands in the morning, and expect them to be open at 10am when they say. Im currently sitting outside, and its 10:10. This has seven consistent and needs addressed. Otherwise, the employees always seem to have a good attitude. I always have great conversations about games we share a mutual interest in while Im in line, and they do with most customers, so sometimes even if there a wait, it doesnt bother me. Ill get in the conversations with them sometimes! Anyway, prices are what you would expect. They have good stock and I continue to go and sign up for the rewards membership each year

They like to hold items for their friends and employees and tell you they will hold it for you and lie about. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, I will be notifying the corporate office regarding this issue and it’s not right and the manger allows it. I wish I could give them a negative star but I can’t.

So, lets talk about how AMAZING GameStop in store service is. I called this store a week ago in Shelton. I live in San Diego, They had a specific figure I wanted (Dragon Ball Goku) and nowhere around me has it so they were the closest option next to New York CIty. They are so AWESOME that without question, set it up to be delivered to my local GameStop here in San Diego. I am absolutely blown away by their level of support in my Figure Collecting and addiction haha. Id Like to Thank Billy for Setting it up initially, Margarita to send her email over to my local store manager, and Brad to package it all up and send it out. It is in transit and I am ECSTATIC! thank you all for your customer service and I hope you all know how much of an asset you are to this company. Best wishes from San Diego!

These places have not kept up with the times anywhere. At this particular location I was in the store for 25 minutes and the person working there was on the phone the whole time and barely waved to us when we came in. Went across the street to walmart and was out of there 5 minutes with the Xbox1, and the 7 games my daughter wanted for less than I had planned on spending at Gamestop. I am giving them 3 stars since they saved me money by ignoring me.

You work at a video game store...you should know everything about video games and accessories. Who TF doesnt know what a playstation vue is? Used to visit regularly but I think Im gonna go to Wal-Mart from now on.

Shelton wa branchI have never had any problems with the store. The employees their have also suggested may games that I have gotten and were great.

Helpful staff, very knowledgeable, and they got the games... so yeah.

The Shelton Wa Branch does not honor in store listed prices. They have multiple in store displays for Xbox One with Kinect for $319. When I attempted to purchase, they said I had to pay extra for the Kinect. When I pointed out they had a whole display of Xbox ones in the store listed as $319 in boxes that say that the kinect is included, one of the store workers became very rude. I have no idea if this is an employee scam to collect extra money from customers, but I do know they advertise one thing in store and will not honor it as advertised.
