I recently upgraded my phone and decided to upgrade my iPad and get an Iwatch at the same time. There was no wait at the Shelton Verizon store. Plus I got excellent service from Raph. He managed to get me everything for the same price I had been paying for just a phone. I could seem to connect my JBL speaker to my phone. I brought it into the store and it was synced in a minute. I love my Verizon store!

The representative could not get my balance to go through he had me go to an ATM and then when I come back with the cash he didnt have any change. Then he printed out my receipt after me asking for it he was on another call while he was helping me and then is he printed out my receipt took my cash and you walked away

Multiple errors were made and I did not sense the reps knew what they were doing or cared that I ended up just cancelling my upgrade because I no longer trusted them to process it properly. We spend almost $400 a month for Verizon mobile services and I expect a higher level of expertise, service and professionalism. I will not return. I would suggest additional training in technology, operations and customer service to improve the customer experience there.

Raph did a great job for Me, he replaced my damaged phone and gave me a good monthly deal.

I always have positive experiences when visiting Verizon. I went in on Monday night because my phone kept telling me certain stopped working. The customer rep. Sat and tried figuring out everything with my phone. Unfortunately, there wasnt much they could do for me. It was actually a glitch in the system that was causing my apps to misbehave. My phone is working completely fine now. Which I am happy about.

Every phone I was asking if I could buy he said it was not in stock and try to lore me to more high price phones instead of being honest. Please do yourself a favor and do not get trapped buying from this criminal Store none of the phones are priced because they are not honest and will overprice them.

Lousy customer service. My husband and I went to the store to each buy new phones. The representative met us at the door and mentioned due to COVID, we had to wait ten minutes since the store was at capacity. He said we were next and asked us which car was ours so he could let us know when it was our turn. No problem! We went to the car and waited over 20 minutes. No problem. While one man left, we were hoping to be waved in. Another gentleman walked inside at this time. He was not sent to wait outside. I popped in to ask about our turn and the same man who initially greeted us apologized and the lies started flowing. Quite a few! At first, he said this man was on the waiting list ahead of us. You could tell it was a lie as he was doing a lot of back pedaling. He forgot we were in our car right in front of the store right where he told us to wait. Lets pretend he was honest. If it WERE true that the man was on the list ahead of us, wouldnt you expect that within that 25 minute window while we waited and he remembered (OR when the other man arrived for his appointment) hed pop out to let us know? After all, we were right there in front of the store and it was easy to see traffic in and out. He danced around in circles making a number of excuses before I said wed buy or phones elsewhere. Very disappointing. Lesson to the public: make an appointment at a DIFFERENT store when you need assistance.

As soon as I came in Tiffany immediatley greeted me and came up with a plan for me to upgrade into a way better phone. She also made sure that ALL of my information was put onto my new phone. I am so relieved, she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind and super helpful. I will only be going to her for my cellular needs going forward.

The facility is top notch and its in a perfect location in Shelton when coming off the highway route 8. My daughters and I went into the Verizon location in Shelton on Bridgeport Ave. We were immediately greeted and worked for over four hours with Dan. We were converting four lines from Sprint to Verizon. After spending so much time, I felt I deserved my own desk. Aside from freezing in the air conditioning, our experience was pleasant. Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to our needs. I would certainly recommend Verizon. If you are transferring from Sprint, I would suggest contacting Sprint at least 48 hours ahead to begin the process of releasing you even if you have met all of your criteria to leave. Sprint did not want to unlock our network on our Sprint phones, which meant we had to buy new phones. I would also suggest Verizon provide beverage choices and snacks for those of us spending half of a beautiful summer day working to become Verizon Customers.

Consumer beware! Verizon of Shelton makes sales based on deception. My wife & I recently upgraded a phone and during our conversations with Joseph Tavarez he had said we could get a tablet for $7/month. Even though we didn’t really need one, we both thought $7 was a fair price so we agreed.At the next billing cycle, we saw a tablet charge for $20. I went down the next day and explained it to an associate since Joseph wasn’t around. I brought the tablet with me to return it. The associate called Joseph who told him there’s a $13 insurance charge and instructed the associate to remove the $13 insurance charge from my account and assured me the tablet charge will be $7/month going forward. I had asked the associate for a confirmation document, but he had said they are not allowed to print at the store.The next billing cycle we saw the tablet charge was still $20. Again, I went down the next day, with the tablet, and spoke with Nick since Joseph wasn’t around. I explained my situation and he stepped away to call Joseph. Upon returning, he told me Joseph’s original tablet offer was for $7/month more than my current bill, not $7/month for the tablet alone. I asked Nick why we weren’t told it would cost $20/month from the start and he could not answer. He himself seemed to have a hard time believing what he was telling me. I told him to take the tablet back and cancel it. He said he couldn’t. It was past the 14-day return policy. I requested a call from Joseph or Ryan the Manager. I never got a call from either. I even tried reaching out to Cellular Customer Service and was told there was nothing they can do.Shame on you Verizon of Shelton and Joseph Tavarez.

Do not go here and work with Reggi. Promised me a free tablet with zero monthly fee. First bill came the tablet was 20 a month and then another 40 fee for activation. Ive been to the store 3 times since and Reggi is never there. All the other reps refuse to help me and told me it is Reggis problem to fix. I will never go back here and I will be telling others to not go

Mark Sicilian spent so much time with me trying to sort out my phone issues. I left with a brand new iPhone 7 and can’t say enough about how incredibly helpful mark was. He even walked me to my car and made sure my hands free function was working. The service in this store is great!

Very knowledgeable and fair work staff. They did a price match with Best buy even though they are not required to. They were able to set me up with my data plan discount through my company. They also bought back my destroyed iphone. Id highly suggest shopping there.

Shane was excellent. I had a less than pleasant experience with Mark on Saturday. When I returned today (Sunday) I went in prepared for war to get them to fix the mistakes that Mark made. I had a complicated situation with getting laid off and transferring a corporate account to personal . She spent over an hour with me, called customer service twice to make sure they got it correct . She was professional, polite and an all around nice person! Every employee should be trained by her!!! I will be coming here again just to see her for all Verizon needs

Just had the best experience at the Verizon store with Omier Deura! He was extremely helpful with me as I wanted my new phone. We were there for over an hour and he made sure that by the time I left I knew how to use my phone, what to do, and even changed the camera quality on it so my phone was even better then it could be. This is a very convenient and prime location for a Verizon store so Iam glad its here but I was very disappointed that I could not find something they should have had. The rep tried and tried to push stuff on me that I found myself getting really annoyed with. He wasnt very friendly as Iam sure he felt annoyed as I did by my persistence of the word no. He kept trying to sell me an upgraded phone and tried to get me to spend 37.00 on a charger that I didnt want. I only needed the wires. Was told my phone charger was being discontinued and so he tried to upgrade me to a phone. He also tried to get me to make a pin which I didnt want to do. I ended up going to another location and finding exactly what I needed. I was so pleased that I left with a tablet that I hadnt planned on, that was offered for only a dollar with a service plan, and told I could return within 14 days if I found I didnt want it. Hope this place learns to get better with their service and sales. Oh and they are hiring by the way. I changed rating to a 4 because they responded and it is a beautiful store!

I came to this Verizon Store looking for assistance with my phone. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. This was a much better experience then what Ive had in the past at other locations. I was even able to leave with a better sense of satisfaction then when I first bought the phone. I will be coming here from now on.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Shelton store. The staff was very immature and unprofessional, especially Amanda. There was a period where I was the only customer there and three reps were carrying on right next to desk where I was in the process of buying a new phone with A.J. Their banter was distracting and when I said they were very loud to please keep it down Amanda rolled her eyes at me and had the nerve to say I was rude. Ive never been treated so badly by a rep anywhere. Ill never go back there.

I had a great experience with this store. The associates are very pleasant and wonderful. Eric the associate who helped me was very knowledgable about products In the store and patient. He went above and beyond to help me find a phone that I love.

We went in to see what we could do to lower our bill because we kept going over the data each month. We updated my old phone, were told the unlimited data would reduce the bill and were talked into buying an Elipsis 8 tablet for $75 and a one time monthly charge. However, our bill is higher now and the one time monthly charge is a monthly charge. I feel deceived and disappointed by this transaction. Be careful and ask if they are a Verizon Corporate store or a Verizon third party store. You will be better served with a Verizon Corporate store which this is NOT.
