I was a Verizon Wireless customer for 20+ years but T-Mobile’s highly competitive pricing gave me no choice but to switch. Moreover if their service is anything close to the service provided me by Anthony at the Shelton store, I will loyally remain with T-Mobile.Anthony thank you for your kindness and respect as well as full transparency and most of all care for the customer!!!

I cant say good enough things about this store as this is the only one I will use. Originally signed up at another location a few months ago and felt I wasnt being treated properly but when I came to the Shelton store, boy did everything change. the guys and girl at Shelton are the BEST. They are all friendly and very knowledge and not trying to scam me. I can tell they are trained well and the manger is always attentive to my needs as a customer.

Do not go here. Was treated horribly from the second I got in the door. They would not even pull up my account before they started berating me and telling me I was going to have to pay extra fees that I know are not part of the current Sprint offers and deals. Horrendous customer service from this all male staff led by Helbert.
I have always had great service from this Sprint store. The people who work in the store are extremely knowledgeable about the phones and the plans, and have always helped me to make the best decisions for my needs and budget. I have been to other Sprint stores, and the staff did not seem to know the products and services as well. Sprint in Shelton spends hours on the phone with Sprint and hours porting data and apps. I think they are pretty pleasant and patient considering that every call takes forever through the Sprint 800#. If you try to do this yourself through online chat or via the 800#, it is extremely difficult to communicate with the call center employees, who read from a script and arent able to make any decisions without transferring the customer several times. I always go to this store for any changes or upgrades.
After spending half the day on the phone with Sprint only to hang up and then go to the Corporate store just to have them say they cant help I came to Shelton and with in 15 Minutes all problems solved! The Guys at the Shelton Sprint store ARE THE BEST! and they know more and can do more than any Corporate person or Sprints customer service people!!!
Emily and Anthony are wonderful! Great customer service. Sprint is lucky to have them. This is the ONLY Sprint store I will use.
FINALLY! A store with GREAT Customer service! The staff went out of their way to help me. Helbert P. (Manager) fixed a problem that the Derby store failed to. Not only did he resolve the problem, he was knowledgable and kind. While spending hours on this, another employee Suzanne H was sweet, thoughtful, and provided useful and accurate information. If you need to buy a phone, I’d highly recommend Helbert or Suzanne.Would return in a heart beat.
Came into sprint switching from Verizon and they were VERY helpful. Everyone was friendly and all of my questions were answered. Definitely will be returning to this store as my go-to.
Best store. And staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Had sognifocant problems with the Derby Sprint Store. Helbert the store manager went so far beyond. He spent time and energy making phone calls to correct a problem he did not cause. He went so far abpve and beyond i cannot even begin tp say. This is what yoi hope for when you walk into a store.
If I could leave a review without a star rating I would. In all my years of having Sprint with my family, using the Shelton location has been nothing but hassles and nightmares. To whoever is in charge of that store or hiring, please bring in helpful and knowledgable staff. Instead of providing solutions I just end up leaving irate. This is unacceptable.
I been to this store about 3 times and each time I wasnt even acknowledged, i had to come forward to ask for help and when i do they make me feel like Im a burden. There is this one guy who always has an attitude, you could just tell they hate their job. Id rather call into a call center in the middle of nowhere than go to this store.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They don’t care they just want to make money off me. They aren’t personable people. They lied added phones without being honest about the increasing prices in the future. I will not recommend. I will be closing my sprint account.
Great Store, Great Staff, Great Experience. A++Customer service refused to help me, the Corporate store was rude and did not care about my situation, but the folks at the Shelton store were the only people willing to give me the time of day. They actually listened to my issues, understood what was going on, and told me they would call me back with a resolution on my problem. That same day, they called me back! Everything was fixed, and the problem was taken care of. Why cant every store be this way? Much respect to the management and staff at this location, they are incredible professional, but still friendly and willing to go the extra step for customers who arent even buying from them! Will definitely shop here in the future.
Just came in to pay my friends bill for her, ended up staying for 15 minutes having a conversation with these guys. Such a professional, friendly store. I even got greeted within seconds.

Great experience they did my application which they do not receive commission. The staff was very professional and did not make me feel as though it was a hassle for them.
Had a problem while away from home with my Note 5 of 8 months and had to send it back to Samsung in Texas for repairs. Samsung offered nothing when I contacted them while my phone was in for repair. No temporary replacement, nothing. Called Sprint and they offered nothing as well either even as their customer. So if I had an unfortunate emergency away from home or at home, or needed my phone to communicate. Samsung and Sprint was not sympatric to my situation at all to help. Thanks Sprint and Samsung for nothing. Fortunately, the manager of this Sprint store was around to help me out until my Note 5 was being repaired. He was understanding and sympathetic to my plight. And most of all listen and was willing to do something that Sprint and Samsung didnt do to help me to stay in touch with my family and friends while my phone was off to Texas for repair. I highly recommend anyone looking to make Sprint their carrier to start at this store strictly based on treatment I received as a Sprint customer at this store by the manager and his assistants.
