The desk worker, “Daisy” I believe her name was, helped me with a problem today. I wanted to write a good review for her.Upon walking in, she was working alone helping many customers all by herself. She multitasked and went way above and beyond her jobs expectations.She helped me with a technical problem for nearly an hour, nonstop.In the end I had an unexpected issue and I had to pay a fee, but she offered to pay it for me herself, even though the issue wasnt because of her.I was shocked.She was very nice, happy the whole time, and helped guide me through the whole way.I highly believe she deserves a raise!!

Bought a new phone with insurance but apparently the insurance company has no record of the insurance purchase so the phone won’t be replaced through them and metro has no explanation why or how to fix the problem. Going on 8 days of no answers and fighting back and forth with metro and the insurance company. Metro insists we wait on their corporate manager to hear back from the insurance team but when I call and talk to multiple agents they say that there is no options for us because metro is at fault and it doesn’t matter who talks to them from metro, it’ll still be there problems because the insurance doesn’t show up in their system. It’s a bunch of wasted time, energy, gas and service from metro that can’t be used.

Luckily I contacted this metro because they had a tablet in stock so it was worth the 25 mile trip from Olympia. I wish I had got the employees name because he contacted customer service and helped me lower my bill. I would highly recommend this store.

Jose is the man!!!! He has the best customer service and makes the customers feel like family even if it’s their first time ever going in. I would rather wait a week for Jose to be in than work with anyone else thank you Jose you are amazing!!!!

I asked the person that was working there a simple procedure on how to remove a user on an iPad and add a new user she said that she was not a repair shop that shes a cell phone shop evidently these are people that are being hired to have the privilege of knowing our information to be able to add information onto a phone but she cant switch it that makes no sense to me sound like to me that she was lazy I give this metro by T-Mobile downtown Shelton one of the worst ratings ever due to the absolute laziness that she couldnt tell me or show me how to remove a user on an iPad because Im not familiar with iPads but shes supposed to sell them so shes supposed to know these things do not go there shes probably blonde just joking about the blonde part

This is a new store within the last couple of years. Its a good store in a tucked away space on the main road in downtown Shelton. If it wasnt for a sign that is a few feet from the door some people might not know it was there. But once inside the phones and accessories are very visible and in a well spaced area that doesnt seem cluttered when browsing. The people that work there are nice and professional. But beware. Expect to wait upwards to 30 minutes when busy which is why I give it 4 stars but the fact that its that busy means they are doing something right.

The service is really bad idk why but it will not give me more than one bar in my bedroom but like two months ago it was giving me three and four bars I wonder if somethings wrong i can’t even use Siri it’s like what the heck lol.

The staff here are amazing! I had issues with my service and somehow paid to much when I bought my phone. They fixed the issue with the payment and kept apologizing, the one gal gave me a discount on another item for the mishap. I went in a second time for my phone service not working and a lovely gal named Vivian helped me and fixed my phone. She was friendly and fast. Even though they get extremely busy from time to time they are quick, yet do a great job!

Their business hour said 10 AM - 7:30 PM on weekdays, thus I went there by 10:02 AM on a Thursday but no one showed up to open the store. Waited until 10:45 AM and left since no one came until then. What a way to d a business.

Unfortunately not happy. I switched from verizon hoping to get better service and it was worse. Because my phone was from verizon and not from metro I couldnt get wifi calling. Which I need because of our location. They forgot to tell me that. So after paying more then 50$ they couldnt refund me or I would lose my phone number. So I was 100% disappointed in my whole experience. Hopefully in the future they let other users know all the details.

The woman in store needs to go to treatment. Thier is a Gods ranch for women in Tacoma. She needs help. She clearly is rude to co worker grabbing paperwork and giving misinformation to her customers. For 2 days my family has had to deal with her. I will be reporting this all over google and bbb. She needs prayer and help but working in person with customers is not the place for her.

My husband and I went into the store to get a phone for me and activate his current phone. The lady who helped us was very nice. She helped me pick out a phone then activated both of them. We paid for the phone, activation and the first months service. It came to about $167. My husband mentioned that the service at the house was bad. It doesnt matter which company, its just a very weak signal. She told him if we couldnt get a signal, he could bring the phone back and she could add wifi calling to our plan. She also told us we had seven days to decide if we wanted to keep the service. The next day we return to the store to activate his wifi calling. This time is was a young man. When we told him what she said, he got annoyed and I told us thats only if the phone had the wifi calling ability. So, my husband decided to pick out another phone. He found one and we went to the counter to activate it. He rang it up and told us that it would be another $115. My husband asked why so much and he said its the cost of the phone, activation and one months service. He explained to him that we had just paid for his months service the day before. He said you have to come back the same day and that only counted for my phone since I bought it there. This was never told to us. Anyway, my husband asked why he needed to pay for another months service since he had just done it yesterday. It was less than 24 hours since we had been there. The man, who from the start seemed annoyed, said he would call his manager and see if they could wave the monthly service fee since it was just paid. He said he would call us when his boss got back to him and let us know. He never called. So, we go back the next morning and its the same man. My husband asked him what the manager said and he said he couldnt give us a credit for the service fee. So, my husband said, so now I have no phone and Im out my money for nothing? He got a little smurk on his face and said Yeah. That was it, just yeah. No Im sorry, nothing. Apparently he thought it was funny. His whole attitude through the entire two days was one of indifference. He thought is was funny and just didnt care he just screwed a customer. This store is awful. It is the worst customer service I have ever had. They just dont care. I hope anyone who is thinking about going to this store reads this first and decides to either go the another MetroPCS dealer or just go with another carrier. When we got home I was so mad. I made a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I also called MetroPCS to complain to them. The woman I talked to was very nice. Her name was Mickey. She apologized and said they couldnt do anything about the charge from the store but she managed to get a $15 credit put on my account as well as activate the wifi calling for free on our phones. All we wanted was either a credit for the monthly service fee or have it waved when he activated a new phone. Thats it. We didnt expect to get the activation fee waved since the phone was activated but why should we have to pay the monthly service fee twice? Its ridiculous. If they keep screwing their customers like this, this store wont be open long and that would be a good thing. Avoid this store at all costs!
