He not only answered but offered advice on which type of model MBP to get for the work Im doing. Once I had bought the laptop I brought it in for those upgrades. The turnaround was quick, the staff was very nice, and my Macbook came back in great condition. After having bad experiences with other computer shops (lack of professionalism and unnecessary data loss), it was a huge relief to deal with a shop that puts customer experience first. The finest Sales and Service company in Connecticut.Recently I had the opportunity to have them restore my Mac System. My System was an older Apple Computer and they not only brought it back to life, but a new performance level with new procedures for me to take care of it. Very helpful staff, and very knowledgeable. I was wary of ordering a computer from a third party company that was across the country from me (i was getting it shipped to Indiana) but they got me shipping information the same day I bought it, and communicated very well with me. The computer itself is perfect for what I needed, can handle tasks easily, music/production software runs smoothly on it (occasionally struggles to load bigger files), and even light gaming like Minecraft and rocket league (on slightly lower settings) run perfect at around 80 FPS.

They helped us find the proper computer for our chiropractic office and its amazing and affordable. Also brought our ipads to been cleaned and was amazing. Great staff and customer service. 5 stars isnt enough!

Very scared when my laptop fan just stopped working, and I was having trouble finding a place to repair/replace it. I am very glad that I found E-Volve because the fan works like it never even had to be replaced! As far as I know, the cooling on the system is better then it was before! I thought my gaming laptop was a goner! It is way better spending the money on this than buying a whole new gaming PC. They were also very helpful in making sure that everything worked fine! 10/10, would have them fix it again! :D

I bought my MacBook from E-Volve about 3 years ago. It was a great experience. I use the laptop for editing video. I needed to figure out why my unit’s video had serious lag and freezing. Long story, short these guys help me upgrade the OS and also made sure the edit software was back on and in full operational order which was crucial because I was up against a Deadline to finish a project. Took my computer here after it had crashed. The people at the counter gave me information and pricing for attempting to repair the damaged OS, and I had to ultimately have my hard drive replaced. They kept me informed the entire time, stuck to the agreed upon price, and delivered the computer at the time promised. All the while they were friendly, professional, and I highly recommend them!

Late on a Friday evening I watched a tutorial on youtube on how to replace a macbook key on your keyboard. I accidentally ripped the entire key off, including the electronic part underneath that is glued on. I googled around because Im out of Applecare to find a repair shop. A super nice guy helped me. I was out in 5 minutes! And I was able to pick it up the next day completely fixed. Also in less than 5 minutes. Best experience ever. Will definitely be coming back.

I saw the ad in Facebook marketplace and it lead to a purchase! I went to visit the store and there was a lot to choose from but the one laptop I wanted specifically was sold that day. The gentleman told me I could go on a waiting list for the one I wanted. I was called in a about 4 days to pick up the laptop I requested. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a MacBook or MacBook Pro for a reasonable price with a warranty. Don’t waste your time buying a used MacBook that may have some internal damage you won’t notice at first. Evolve has a financing program they use as well. Check them out! Worth the trip!

Evolves prices are extremely too high. It costs less to have an iPad fixed by Apple. Yet, I still went ahead with Evolve since my item had already been assessed and diagnosed. After being serviced, it worked for a week then died again. When I returned it to Evolve, I was told it was misdiagnosed and would cost more to fix! No thanks.I also sought to have a Ps4 repaired. I was quoted a price very comparable for what a new, and certainly used, Ps4 would cost. After playing phone tag for a while I declined their offer and opted to only fix my iPad. At that time, I was quoted another, more appropriate, price to fix my Ps4. So agreed to have them both serviced. But when I arrived to pick up my items and pay the bill, I was told the second price was incorrect and the more expensive price was the right one. Understanding my disappointment, and in light of the mix-up, I was allowed to pay the affordable price for the repair, which I appreciated.Still, I will not return or recommend Evolve to others.

Was told by Apple that it would cost over 700 dollars to fix my MacBook and I would lose all my data in the process, Evolve managed to fix my computer for half that amount and save my data. Very nice staff who go above and beyond, would recommend to anyone looking for MacBook repairs.

I went in with an explanation of the need I was trying to fill, and the salesman was courteous and helped me find exactly what I needed. Then when I got home, the next day, the iPad wouldnt power on. Turns out I had a bad plug-in cube and when they plugged it in at the store, it powered on just fine. But... they exchanged it anyway so they could run a check on it just in case and gave me a new one. I got a new cube and have had no issues at all. Will definitely be back to get my next iPad.

I was having major problems with my self built computers graphics card and had spent countless hours trying to fix it and work on it myself but just couldnt do it. They were absolutely amazing. My phone accidentally took a little swim during a rainstorm and it was under water for roughly 3 minutes before it was found. I though for sure it was gone! They managed to dry it out and replace the few damaged parts quickly and for a low cost.
