Totally misleading employees. Told I would get $800 for my trade in. Now that I have my phone they say $300 or upgrade my plan. So Im out $500 or pay more per month! I would like my extra $500 please. Never use GoWireless! Go to any other store. They say call customer care and then customer care says go to the store. I just want the $800 rebate I was promised. Maybe someone will help and I can update my review. Manager just deflected and said sorry cant help you. I guess people can say whatever they want to get you into a new phone and they dont really have to do anything about it.

I went in to get a new phone for myself recently. Sarah B helped me out with everything I needed and was kind and attentive to all my questions. She even helped me set up my screen protector and made sure me and my mom knew how to sign into all of our accounts. A few days later I decided I wanted to return my phone case because I found one I liked more and was more affordable and Liz helped me with the return. I was so pleased she made it so easy for me. The Verizon here in Shelton is awesome the staff that works there is very helpful friendly and supportive they have the best service over everybody there is an awesome convenient location and they got good deals for your money and product is built to last and they kind of have a sliding scale type deal and are willing to work with you and sometimes itll even help you out if you dont have any money definitely worth checking out

I had the pleasure of working with a long time friend named Elizabeth who was very patient and understanding when it came to me getting a new phomd she helped me pick out my color of my new galaxy note 20 5G and she was very helpful with a very positive and pleasant attitude. I ended up paying a $40 fee through Verizon because I upgraded that day instead of ordering my phone online and waiting the 2 days for it ship and be delivered is well worth the extra $20.

Just bought the new note 20 ultra, a lot of money for a new phone, even with the trade in! But because they have moved the fingerprint reader to the main screen the regular screen protector doesnt work, cant read your print. So I went to the Verizon store to get one that does, assuming that the company that sold me the $1500 phone would have the accessories to protect that new purchase they sold you...NOPE. Was the salesperson helpful, NO...he just said they had nothing, maybe ask Amazon if theres something that works!! Dont waste your time going to this Verizon store!

Worthless Company.I paid $1500 for a S10 note, i requested No phone insurance as i had enough money to cover any issues i may have. After 1 year of, 1) sitting on hold for 2 hours to try and fix the auto pay Every Month, 2) Sitting on hold to talk to Customer Service So i can DISCONTINUE the Phone Insurince i DID NOT WANT, and was paying for anyway. 3) being told I must PAY for IN-STORE Customer Service, and getting NO help.and 4) Not being paid back ANY of the money i am Owed.What a Worthless company. I will go without a phone, before i will pay another dime to these people.It shouldnt be about Money, it should be about People.

I had an emergency situation in which I needed my iPhone replaced immediately after sending my existing phone through the washing machine 48 hours prior to taking a scheduled flight out of state! Kristina offered superior service in helping me out of my jam. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional; explained everything thoroughly answering all my questions; and gave me the best deals available. I am a senior Smart phone user & have to visit the Shelton branch of Go Wireless on a regular basis. I am not great on learning new technologies. My Go to employee is Bethany, beginning when I purchased my Galaxy Note 4 1 1/2 - 2 years ago. She is ALWAYS helpful, patient, & competent. I always try to go for help on the days she is working. When she was out for maternity leave, I found Amber to also be very helpful. My husband & I are snowbirds and use a Go Wireless office in AZ. The employees we have dealt with there dont compare our Shelton people.

Ive been with Verizon for about 7 years, and usually their service is fair enough. I recently moved and get absolutely no service at my new house. I did all I could, but had to switch carriers. Today I went in to Verizon to ask questions about my last bill, after I told the employee that I switched carriers she totally changed her attitude and was unbelievably rude. She talked to me like I was a complete idiot, and was absolutely no help at all. And it was the store manager.

I worked with Mike at Shelton Verizon store and he was simply amazing!!! There internet was a little slow surprisingly but Mike was very knowledgeable and he gave us superb service. I recommend any body who needs help with Verizon to see Mike inn Shelton. Not only can he give you the best deal and make sure your account is setup right, but he will do so with a smile on his face and treat you like family. I feel like I made a friend with everyone there, and Mike got me a new phone and hum for my truck and I spent less than 150 bucks! :) I think he deserves a promotion.

On my first visit they charged me more than my phone was worth for unlimited screen protectors without telling me that I was going to purchase them. On my second visit to upgrade my phone they said they didn’t carry the phone I wanted even though they had it displayed. I offered to buy a more expensive phone but they wanted me to make payments when I had the cash to pay in full. I ran out of options to remain a Verizon customer and so ends a 13 year relationship I’ve had with Verizon. I was given no choice but to switch cell providers. I feel like I was given the run around as a tactful way of refusal of service. On the plus side the other provider had the same phone for $100 less and their plan is the same cost with more data.

A very pleasant lady responded to my complaint; and spent significant time at my house. However, the phone is not the reliable tool I have come to expect from Verizon, and I will return it today, Monday, Veterans day, for a refund... and I guess go buy a cheap wristwatch at Walmart. For me, the smart technology has proven ultimately unreliable, and I am unwillint to pay top dollar for an inferior product.Go Wireless in Shelton is well-operated by a caring family... sadly, some of the standard products they carry are not always reliable, no fault of theirs. BUT as a low-income senior citizen, I CANNOT bear the financial burden of faulty technology... and must return it.I just hope I can regain my phone access, which also disappeared when the new phone was initiated.---

Came in there on a Saturday at around 710pm. Just wanted to buy a charger with rapid charge on it. The kid working was helping a guy buying a tablet, another guy was waiting on the other side of the station, and three others were sitting. I looked around and found what I wanted. Then the waiting came. I waited for around 20 minutes (at least it felt that long). Then some kid around 18 walks in and nods to the employee, grabs a protective case and lays it on the counter with cash. At this point I realized this little snobby 18 year old wasnt going to be worth the prison time I would serve for teaching him the respect that his parents obviously never taught him. I left the store with nothing and I will continue to drive all the way to Olympia and go directly to Verizon for my phone needs. Maybe this was just a fluke and isnt the norm. Who knows? They lost one customer (myself) and Im sure theyve lost others.

Paid 150 on my phone bill with promise to pay of 300, they told me my phone would be back on in a hour max, then when I called the 411 line for verizon the guy says that my phone wont be reactivated until I pay off everything, yall lied and honestly are lucky I didnt lose my cool when I came in, dont tell a customer that their phone will be reactivated when you still expect money before it actually happens, you guys are a terrible service that benefits me none, only reason Im still on your plan is because I like the expensive paperweight you gave me. In the future I will not recommend friends or family to Verizon for this very reason

I have been going to the GOWireless store in Shelton for 3 years now and they never disappoint me! Every employee there is very knowledgeable, and if they do not have an answer they will take the time to research it for and with you! It is nice to be treated like a customer and not a number. Even if I lived in Olympia, I would drive the 22 miles out of my way to go and see this store in particular! My go to girl is Bethany, but the manager, Keith, assisted me this time and he got me in and upgraded me quickly, without rushing me!

Michael Monroe was extremely knowledgeable in helping us transfer our phones from AT&T to Verizon. It was very tedious but he knew exactly what to do. I inadvertently forgot to transfer photos from another phone. He stayed past closing time to make this happen and also continued the process the next day to help me. I thought the photos were gone forever.What a relief he was able to help me. Michael was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend the Go Wireless Shelton to anyone to help with all of your Verizon needs.

I had just got my new cell phone (Samsung Note 9) and was looking for a new cell case and screen protector. Selection wasnt very good but was told they had this go advantage plan. It was $80 and the way it was explained reassured me that my phone and screen would be covered in the event it was damaged if I bought the Go Advantage plan. It was $10 per screen protector replacement in the event just the protector broke.I paid $50 for replacements in 6 weeks. Thats in addition to the $80 I already paid on the plan. The screen protector kept coming off. On my 3rd replacement the asst manager told me they usually come off every month and shouldnt come off this much but they dont stick to these Note 9s very good. Wouldve been nice to know in the beginning.Furthermore, he explained that my phone and screen arent covered at all in the event of damage just that theyd replace my screen protector for only $10.I asked for a refund on the 3rd time and was told I was outside the return window. Bottom line: DONT GET THE GO ADVANTAGE PLAN. I wont be going back to them for anything. Gave them 2 stars instead of one because they did give me a free protector on my 4th replacement and the staff are friendly. Now my screen is unprotected and Im going somewhere else. I guess Im eating the $130 for owning an advantage plan

Wow I knew Sprint was bad but this girl put them to shame. I came over to verizon about a month ago with one line and planned on bringing the rest over. When setting up I made sure my current phones S8 would come over with out an issue and was told yes. I reconfirmed online thru the website again was told yes. Today 2/3/19 I went in to the Shelton store and asked for everything to get switched over. First she said it wasnt compatible then went digging in drawers after I told her I already confirmed it was. She told me online lies to me and that they didnt have sims card at her store. Am not sure what she was digging for because instead of a sims cards she pulled out gum and put it in her mouth as she still insisting that my phones would not work. Called verizon and again was told my phones were ok to come over. and guess what I now have all s8 on verizon. I really hope I didnt make a mistake coming to verizon.
