To say that I am upset would be an understatement. I was looking forward and very excited to receive the tie dye cooler I ordered last week until it came. It literally looks like a 5 year old done it and missed the back and sides. The response I get from the company is ALL COOLERS ARE DIFFERENT in coloring and that All sale items are final sale. Well, I was VERY aware that tie dye would have differences in the coloration per item but not appear that they completely miss large areas. I am so glad that I didnt order this cooler when I initially seen it for the full price. Save yourself some money and dont order the tie dye. Based on their poor customer service and products I will never order from this company again. Wish I could post pics of my awful cooler

I have never had the pleasure of visiting their storefront BUT their website is awesome! Ive ordered clothing from this company for about 3 years now and I am never disappointed once my package arrives. I love that they list measurements of their clothing on the website, super helpful. I usually receive my order about a week after it being placed.

Drove an hour to get to the storefront and its PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Google says its open. Love the clothing but this is the second time Ive driven here and the hours were wrong. Cant find any update online saying its closed either.

Have not been to the store in person, but have ordered numerous times from this cute boutique over the last two years! I’m in Ft. Worth, so the shipping is quick. I am a teacher, and having clothing options that are fun, cute, and flattering are a necessity! They have the most comfortable shoes and dresses that I have worn to weddings and school functions. Their tops pair well with both jeans and slacks. The sizes are consistent, and the quality is durable, as I have put them through their paces. This is my go to online store for my curvy needs! I just got my order yesterday gearing up for teaching in a couple of weeks. I love their “When You Love Me Curvy Top“, it’s a long sleeve white, teal, and cheetah shirt. Super flattering and comfortable!I’m truly sorry that others are giving bad reviews because of their mask policy. That is a policy the owners have the right to enforce, and should not receive poor ratings. They have exceptional clothing, that sells quickly for a reason!

Loved my dress but the shipping window is horrible!! It took 2 weeks to get one item. I ordered from Shein on the same day and got my items faster.

This boutique has became my very FAVORITE ever!! The clothes are amazing quality and so gorgeous!! Ive only ordered online but Ive loved everything Ive bought!! Just read the measurements on each size because you may need a smaller or larger size for different items!! I wear a 4X and everything Ive bought has been roomy and PERFECT!! The ONLY thing that I wish was different was the shipping, if you spend $149 shipping is free but I wish it was less but my order last week was over $150 lol I may have a problem!! WOW! This store is absolutely gorgeous! If you have never been in store you MUST go! I was so impressed with everything! Not only do they have all of their clothes displayed where you can actually see them they also have shoes, jewelry, candles, and CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS!!!!! Which I am always searching for unique ornaments. We came in because my sister needed a 30th birthday outfit and she of course found everything she needed and more. The level of customer service these girls offer blew me out of the water. They were so helpful and kind the moment we walked in the door. Thank y’all so much! I ordered the pink cooler and really wanted to take it on vacation to the beach on Friday and I was worried it wouldnt make it in time but Glitzy came through and it arrived today. It is the cutest thing and feels very strong and well made.

I do all my shopping online and love their styles. The problem I have is not being able to get in touch with anyone in customer service after a week of trying. I have sent emails, and phone calls to all the phone numbers listed. I am trying to return an item and can get no response. Very poor customer service.

I just received my order, this is the first time ordering from them. All 3 shirts fit, one is a little different through the arms but overall fine. Yes, the material is a thinner material, perfect for fall! Soft material. Overall I would order from them again.

Horrible experience, I’ve been to the old location a few times and enjoyed it. I also spend a lot when I do go.They moved and didn’t change the location on the site or google, so I drive 15 min to the old one, then get there and obviously it’s been moved, not ideal but oh well.So then I call them and drive another 15 min to the new location, I walk in and I’m so excited to finally be there.Well this young girl who looks 16 walks up to me and says “Do you have a mask? We require them to shop”So I say no I’m sorry I don’t.Then she says “Well I’m sorry but we can’t allow you to shop here if you don’t have one & we don’t have any here either sorry.”I can’t tell you how mad I was, oh and could they not have told me this on the phone before I drove all the way there???Horrible business move, at least provide them if you’re going to require them!Some of us don’t have to wear a mask to work and don’t wear one anywhere, so why in the hell would I just have a mask in my purse?!I’m so disappointed because I love to support local businesses but honestly I have never felt so angry.Goodluck to them and how they treat good paying customers✌🏽

There are 2 Glitzy Girls, Gainesville & Sherman. The Gainesville location is going out of business. It is a great time to get everything half price. They still have a lot of merchandise, but not very much for spring and summer. They carry regular and plus size clothing.

Customer service is nonexistent. Edited to add: after multiple phone calls, 2-3 emails, and an hour and a half drive it took afterpay (thank goodness for using them) to get my money back.Saddest part about this whole ordeal is I was super stoked to be buying from a semi-local boutique. Hope y’all pull it together. But you’ve completely lost this customer.

I like to read reviews before I purchase items online but none of the items I selected had reviews posted. After I received my items, I decided to write reviews because I was disappointed. The material was thin and clingy and not flattering for a plus size girl. I dont live near the store so it wasnt worth sending the items back. I keep checking to see if my reviews are posted- nope. I didnt write anything negative. I just explained how the items fit on smeone who is built like me. Im not sure if I will purchase anything else now that I know reviews are filtered or if I do, I will order a size up. All three items were smaller than normal stores.

I loved my package and quickly received it! 4 stars bc the clothes went on sale less than a week from my order and I would ha e to ship mine back and reorder to get the difference! Packaging was cute and well wrapped and I love them!

I had extremely high expectations for this store. I follow y’all on tiktok and instagram, everyone seems super sweet and nice. I traveled 1hour to come here and was extremely disappointed. We were done shopping 5 minutes after closing time and they made us feel as if we were there over an hour after closing. I asked a lady where i could find a specific shirt and her response “I don’t know from the top of my head” 🥴 also i asked where a certain necklace was from your instagram and apparently y’all don’t sell stuff on Saturdays that’s in the wearhours (I would make that public so people know they won’t be able to purchase certain things they go there for) won’t be giving y’all my business anymore and will definitely not recommend y’all to anyone. Customer service goes a LONG way! Very disappointed.....Edit to add: please advertise that certain sizes and items are only online!!!

But their hours of operation are incorrect too. Was there well before 5 and doors were locked and lights were off.

This place is amazing. Sizes for everyone. Jeans that actually fit curvy girls. Adorable shirts. Im a hard fit. And picky. The sales staff were both helpful and patient. Cheyanne pieced together 2 adorable outfits and handled my pickiness with a smile. Will definitely be going back!

Very disappointed. Spent over $600 here right before Christmas and they said we had until the first week of January to exchange anything. I shopped at the MCKINNEY location and went to exchange two sweaters due to size. When I got there it was out of business. So I called and asked for an extension to return stuff at the Sherman location which is an hour from me. Lisa gave me an extension to the following weekend by the 12th. I look online the hours say 1-4. I drive an hour to get here to find them closed. While other women were also disappointed showing up at the same time finding them closed. I will call tomorrow and make sure that I am able to return by stuff. If not I will be writing other bad reviews. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. No wonder the other location went out of business. Very disappointing.

So silly.....they require you to wear a mask to shop. I was a frequent shopper but with having to wear a mask to shop in store and then if you shop online you cant return items for a refund if they dont work, plus they charge shipping, and the clothing tends to be overpriced in comparison to other stores. I will not be shopping here again. So disappointed! The virus is NOT stopped by a mask of any kind even an N95 mask. This is stated on the mask packaging.

Wish I could give no starts. One the clothing is not quality, really thin and I have poor stitch work on a few pieces. I ordered online and apparently can’t return clothing and get my money back only a store credit. If you offer online shopping it’s only fair to offer a full return policy since you can’t see or try on the product before buying it. I spent $300 with this store just to get clothes I can’t return for a refund. Guess I’ll have to find more overpriced cheaply made items and hope for the best.

Purchased a shirt Online, received it, too small and need to return it. I’m told that since I used a DISCOUNT CODE that makes the item “final sale” and it CANNOT BE RETURNED. The item is still on the site at full price, not marked as final sale. Upon emailing and messaging the company on Instagram asking to speak to a supervisor, no response.Shady company with ridiculous return policies and no response from customer services. Buyer beware. I suppose that’s why the have very few followers and likes on Facebook opposed to boutiques that have been in business for only 5 years.

Arrived with 3 others for an evening of shopping on a Thursday, in a downpour! When’s a better time to shop?! We had online checked you out, one had a return, and we were really excited to see the clothes in person. The return was “jokingly” handled by a Very Loud, abrasive employee. We had be driving for 40-45 minutes to reach you, and one in our party needed the restroom only to be told by Very Loud that there was no public facilities. I could have understood this if:1. There were open restaurants on the street. There were none open.2. There was a gas station within a block. There was not.3.There were downtown public restrooms open to the public. There are not.It was also heavily raining. My friend walked to find one, had to come back and get our keys, and drive to find one. By this time, the rest of us had shopped, and tried on, and picked out our purchases, despite Very Loud, and her running mouth.There was another sales person helping who was very nice.When our friend came back she was very wet, cold, and upset.This just killed our shopping mojo, and Very Loud was on my last nerve.Our friend didn’t even want to look, and we put our purchases back and went on with our evening. You have a cute shop, but we won’t be back. You really need to do something about the bathroom issue, and Very Loud.

I would not recommend this store at all. I live in Ohio and ordered online. I was so excited to try out their clothes as I had been viewing their site for months but their prices are so high I never ordered. I was able to use Afterpay so I finally made an order. When I got the clothes I was very disappointed with the quality. The clothes are extremely unflattering for plus size figures. The one hoodie I got had pockets on the sides which only accentuated my hips and made me look super wide. Another hoodie had the worst material and was really itchy inside. And I can not get over how long the sleeves were on every single item. They were excessive and went past my hands by about 5 inches. I have NEVER had this issues at any store, ever, in my whole life! My sister tried the clothes on and also laughed at how long the sleeves were. I shouldnt have to roll up the sleeves to wear your clothes. Basically they make the clothes look good on their site but once you get them its completely different and ugly. I messaged them about a return label and was told I should have got one in my order and then was told by another agent that they dont send return labels and that I am responsible for returning the items and paying for all the shipping fees. Thats not very fair when I live in Ohio and you only have 2 stores in Texas. I have never heard of a company not paying for returns. All in all DONT SHOP HERE! Go to Torrid where the clothes are flattering, on sale, and they offer free returns!

I went on a Saturday at about 2 or 3 pm. Drove an hour all just to get there. When arriving I was super excited because being pregnant and finding dresses/clothing that will stretch with you is kind of hard. I went in and found a few things, but the staff was not helpful at all needed some stuff from high up and they seemed irritated and bothered of being there. I did end up getting a couple of things. But I definitely would have bought more if the staff had seemed willing to help and were a tad bit nicer. But I guess that’s why they have to option to shop online. I will definitely buy more stuff from here just online.

This is rb wife. Ladies this place is great! They have sizes for everyone and shoes! Ankle boots to sneakers and sandals. Really unique jewelry, accessories and the ladies there are very helpful. Not to mention funny and warm. Who knew Gainesville had such a gem. You dont have to drive to Denton or Dallas, this place has it all! Shop local and make new friends.

I ordered a shirt online came to return it and they won’t take it back it’s in the original package with the original tags. I’m furious it came in the wrong size they have the correct size in the store. I have spent 1,000 upon 1,000’s of dollars here. I won’t spend one more dime in this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have lost my business forever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said it smelled like smoke well someone who shipped it must smoke then it was literally in the package it was sent in!!!!!!!!!

Glad Gainesville has something else other than CATO & BEALLS for half way decent/trendy clothing options. Great t-shirt selection & seasonal on trend items. Sherman location is larger & seem to have more friendly staff(younger & more eager to help), but glad they are available in Cooke County for cute clothes that arent an arm & a leg to purchase!

Like most boutiques, they only offer exchanges or store credit (no returns). The selection is a great one for this area. It changes with the seasons and holidays, so youre always guaranteed to be on trend. Still carrying hundreds of accessories, including jewelry, shoes, bags and decor for your home. Bonus! Theyll check their warehouse if youre looking for a certain piece or size that isnt in stock here... and if its there and enough employees are on staff at the time, one will run out and pick it up for you!Dont be discouraged by the negative reviews. The employees are friendly and very helpful! Theyre just following COVID rules and wearing masks like any other establishment in the country.

Staff was ssooo rude. Older white lady and older African American lady working the counter. Im a huuuuge online fan of GG. Like Ive spent $1000s. It was our wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with a road trip to this store (this trip was around July 13th). So disappointed to be treated with zero friendliness. The first thing out of the African American ladys mouth to me was you can only have 5 items in the dressing room. No hi, no may I help you find something. And then I caught her making sure I didnt break the rules. Like seriously?? Im dressed nice, well groomed, middle aged woman, and Im treated like a bad child. I wont go back.

Love this store but a little disappointed that I drove an hour for a pair of shoes they advertised and then was told they dont carry them in store until after they are passed the new stage. Not a fan of paying for shipping or buying shoes Ive never tried on.
