Horrible ! NO STARS i had to hit one or it wouldn’t have let me post this! I walked in on the 16th of September asked to get set up with a family plan I was told I would have all my phones by the 21st I only received 2 phones I call to let Madison know whom I had been working with after not been able to get a hold of her in two days wouldn’t return my calls like promised that the third phone has not been received she tells me it was canceled and she will figure it out3 days passed before I knew that the phone had been canceled so Madison tells me that she reordered the phone on a Friday and it would be here by the following Monday here it is Thursday I have not received this phone again and have not talked to Madison yet and I had to email the manager which I did on this past Tuesday and I still haven’t heard from the manager or Madison and it’s Thursday the 30th of September

My wife and I had a ridiculous experience. We had to pay off the entire amount for my phone which was over $400 due to damages on the phone. We basically just needed a replacement but couldnt get one. My wife and I decided to merge accounts and upgrade our phones once my old phone was paid off. This was all fine; however, no one had the authority in the att store to approve the removal of my wifes line from her parents line. After a 4 hour wait, we finally had the phone line switched. But, as we waited we were told we could get earbuds and a Samsung Galaxy watch to alleviate the bill. Now, we have a $635 bill with 2 phone lines that do not belong to us. This was not what was discussed in store. We were told that with the earbuds and watch, our overall bill would be $190 a month. Next time, please communicate more efficiently and a direct connection to customer service where someone knows how to handle our issue would be nice. Very unhappy customer at the moment and thinking of switching to another service.

Employees are very helpful & nice.One thing tho I called ahead to see if they had the phone I was looking for. They said yes they have them. Come to find out she went to get one. Have None!!. Disappointed!!. Its not like the sold them out in 5 minutes. Just saying.

Customer service sent me the wrong device twice, and it was either going to store and getting the phone that day or canceling everything. I decided to go to the Shorewood location and Dustin and Madison helped me with returning the device I received from customer service and exchange it for the one I needed. I was very pleased with the service I received. Will 100% recommend them to my friends.

I went in for a simple price comparison against my current service provider. I do not mind the 10+minute wait time to be seen, but I do mind the staff not taking the time to look things up to make sure they give me accurate information. The employees took guesses at what my phone trade in would be. After I looked it up I saw the they where off by over $400. I felt like my time was wasted because I couldnt trust the rest of the price quote I was given.

In March, my husband and I came in to get our phones upgraded. Maddison was the manager that assisted us. She looked at our account and stated that we have been spending too much on our monthly payments. She said that if we switched to auto pay, we could cut our bill down to almost $100. So, we told her “yeah, go ahead”. She told us to bring our old phones in within a week to get our $700 return for each phone to apply to our new phone price. We got our new phone’s and left. Came back a few days later and dropped off our old phones. In April, we received our bill and it had doubled from $300 to $600. Plus, there was a new line added to my account that we did not ask for. I called customer service, several times and got transferred to several different people over a week period. Then one representative told me that I needed to reach out to fraud because of the unknown phone line added. So, I spent a whole another week, trying to get ahold of fraud. Finally, I got someone to call me back. They told me that I needed to actually go into the branch that made the changes to get this resolved. So, I went to the Shorewood branch several times after work that week. There was always only one person on site and the wait was ridiculous. I sat in line and waited 45 mins to be turned around because they were closing up for the night. My husband came in with me the following Saturday, luckily enough no wait and we got right in. We told the clerk our situation and she looking into everything. She was able to put in for a request with ATT now for double charging us $70 vs $35. Other than that, she could not help us because Maddison was the employee to made the changes. The clerk took down my information and stated that she would have Maddison contact us first thing Monday morning to get this resolved. It is now Sat, a week later and still no call to get this resolved... It should not be this hard to get some answers on my account.

Disappointed with the service I received. Was trying to drop off a phone that I had exchanged for a new one. It was actually my daughters iPhone, I am an android girl and have zero capability with iPhone. I asked for assistance because we were having trouble with factory reset. I was entering the user and password attempting to complete task, apparently I was not doing it quickly enough for her and she said as she the phone or if my hand Just let me do it in a snide and snotty way. I didn’t even want to give the one star. I’m a new customer to AT&T. I did an order with customer service over the weekend and I didn’t want to wait for my phones, so I called this store explained what I wanted and from there it went downhill. When I got to the store there was only one individual in there (which was fine ) and no other customers . Great right ! No,, not until I explained (yet again) how I was already approved for 5 lines, I didn’t want to wait for a shipment so the lady I first spoke to said they could cancel my shipment ( even get me a refund on it) along with keeping everything I had setup already. I was completely lied to,,, this lady who was helping me was not the person who said they could cancel shipment give refund etc. She told me yes she could cancel everything and said I would have to run my credit ( again) not once but 4 more times??? like that did not sound right to me,, she said the rep who did my order ran my credit 4 times for each individual line. I was appalled at that. Then I said I had trade ins and I was already given a credit of $800 for each phone, this rep in the store said it would be $700 ??? I literally sat there thinking why the hell would I change everything I had setup already... The rep looked at me crazy when I told her about the disc and things I received as becoming a new customer like they didn’t offer any of that, & I possibly would have to put a downpayment towards the service( which I had $0 downpayment over the phone). Unbelievable there!!!! I was lied too just to get me in the door. They were going to mess up everything I had in place for there own sales. Also to think I would allow them to run my credit over and over like that was insane to me. I called another store just to see what they would say in my situation and the gentleman was completely honest with me . He said they could not change the order for me to get the phones in store he explained very throughly and I was pleased and choose to just wait. This store is unbelievable I could’ve saved time. I DEFINITELY saved money I see!!!!Don’t trust anything they tell you here. It’s just to get you in.

Went in to take advantage to get the buy one get one free Apple watch a couple months ago, after everything was good to go. I also made sure it was buy one get one free multiple times, and they said yes. Well it turns out I’m paying for both, I wouldn’t trust them if I were you. Take your business to another location

I was looking for ear pods for my wife’s birthday I called the store to see if they had them in stock and the manager answered and told me even though there was no power due to the storm the day before she Would drive an hr to come in so I could get the ear pods for my wife. This is by far the best service I have ever had from AT&T. I have found my store from now on. Thank you Madison!!!!!!

Excellent custom service from melissa who works out of the new Lenox store but took care of us at the shorewood store, she went above and beyond to get the phones we wanted and found us very good deals to help us save money and got both phones completely in order so when we got home we didnt have to worry about calling the store in case we didnt know what to do. She was by far the best sales girl weve worked with our phones at AT&T since we started with this service 9 years ago.

The sales person really had a lot of knowledge on the product. But I personally think that the store should have more than one person there. So customers dont have to wait just for one person to help you. Plus if nothing else there should be more than one person for safety reasons.

DO NOT GO TO THIS, OR ANY OTHER AT&T “Authorized Retailer.” All they care about is sales, they literally have their own policies different than an actual AT&T store, and their system and the corporate system don’t communicate. If corporate puts notes in your account, an Authorized Retailer can’t read them and vice versa. Save yourself time and go to an actual AT&T store where they’ll help you with corporate backing, versus a manager’s decision being final at an Authorized Retailer. Be careful because they both look very similar. Authorized Retailers are very sales driven. If you have a problem or concern, be prepared to be sent to the end of the line priority wise. I was in this location a good 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. NEVER AGAIN!

The worst experience ever had at an AT&T store. I came in since my new phone text messaging was not working . It was around 4pm on a Wednesday with no customers around. I informed the manager of my issue and what att customer service said could me the issue. He was the absolute worst and did not care at all. First step should have been to look at my phone and go into my account. He did not even remotely try to help with my issue. I had to tell him to see if my SIM could be the problem. My phone was a pixel 3a and his response is I dont know that phone and have no idea what to do. You should go to Best Buy and have geek squad look at it. I said ok but can you remove the SIM and perhaps put it in another device to test if the phone is the issue. He looks around and says I dont have a phone to test. I said are you sure he reluctantly fumbles and drops my new phone twice on a desk when removing my SIM. Next comes the best part he puts it in another phone and removes it in like 5 seconds! He says sorry cant help you, just go back to Best Buy.This manager was completely unprofessional in assisting me and appeared to be in wrinkled baggy clothes. I then tried the SIM at home and saw my phone was not the issue. After that I went to the Louis Joliet mall ATT store and guess what? They greeted me with smiles and solved the issue in 5 minutes! Issue was I switched from Apple to Android and once they logged into my account they updated everything.Again never again going to this Shorewood store. Not sure how this person was made a manager since they have no clue what to do or how to treat a loyal customer.

They have a great assistant manager by they name of Shilyn, she helped me purchase my new iPhone XR and gave me a full run down due to me being apprehensive. This store has no knowledge on what they are doing. I opened up an account with them for internet and Direct-TV I was supposed to get three months free movie channels HBO and Cinamax some how the following months someone changed my contract and started to charge me $124 a month instead of $70. I started calling the store for over 10 times to find out what happend . The staff told me I am supposed to speak to the manager (Sam). Eveytime I called they tell me (Sam) is not available today. I called today (July 29) like always they tell me (Sam) is not available and I asked one of their staff members when (Sam) is available they gave me an attitude and said Call on Monday when Sam is available Bye they then hung up. Then every time I called they answer the phone put me on hold then hang up.
