I went to this store based on all of the great reviews. I guess the people are nice enough so I understand that aspect of the reviews, but the quality of their knowledge and, therefore the service, is definitely one star. They gave me wrong information and never picked up the phone when I called during their business hours. They dont even have voicemail -- it just says to enter your access code or something after enough rings. Ironic for a phone store, wouldnt you say? Pleasant but incompetent service isnt what I want from a cellphone store. They should open up an ice cream shop instead. One scoop, of course.

Angel was incredibly helpful! Not only did he give me his recommendation for which phone I should upgrade to, but he also helped set it up. I’ve never worked with someone so detail oriented both with phone set up and with putting on a screen protector (no smudges)! Top notch service, and happy I came in to upgrade on a day where he was working

Brandon, the manager here is amazing. I had no idea what was wrong with my phone and he explained everything wrong, how it happened, and how to prevent it. He showed me the plans available and with his help I got a plan that saved me money with a new phone. His customer service was amazing even with issues that occurred that was out of his control. He made sure to fix these before I left to make sure nothing happened and affected my plan. Everything that he did was straight forward and to the point, which was amazing. He made sure I had everything on my new phone before I left, and was all squared away. He was very knowledgable and I would highly suggest going here.

I would like to say that the person that helped us, Lee, was incredible.My husband and I walked in hoping to get our own plan, and maybe slightly upgrade my phone. We walked out with both of us getting new phones, for waaaaayyyyyy less than we were expecting to pay for the day. Lee sat down with us and went over all of the possible options, and then worked with us to make the perfect plan and find the perfect phones. He was very nice, funny, and endlessly positive and patient. Lee really made our day, and Im very grateful for all the help he gave us. Thank you Lee!

Going to a phone store is one of my least favorite experiences. I had such a mess with AT&T a couple of weeks ago trying to get a replacement phone for my invalid step-sister, I swore I would never set foot in a phone store again. So a coupe of days ago when my daughter wanted to use my upgrade and then I’d switch phones with her I could feel the panic beginning. We decided to ty the new Verizon store in SHOREWOOD. Brandon, the manager, is amazing. He is kind, patient, explains everything thoroughly and found the most economical way to do everything. We left with everything accomplished and I didn’t have a splitting headache. He even has calm music playing in the store and it almost felt “spa-like” 😊 I can highly recommend his store!! I’ve never had such individual attention and competence while doing a phone transaction. He’s the best!!!

I want to personal thank Graham and Calvin for their help with my boyfriends phone. They were so awesome, patient and friendly the whole time he was upset about his phone. So lucky I found this store! A simple warranty claim became way involved thanks to Verizon customer service issues, and help from this stores manager was vital in navigating to a successful warranty replacement. Even the crazy parts were fun. Stop in, you will be treated well here!

Going to this Verizon store was, without a doubt, the most painless and downright enjoyable experience I have ever had working with a cell phone provider. In switching SIM cards to a new phone, I needed to swap sizes, which created a nightmare with customer service calls, and after being extremely aggravated dealing with it by myself, went into this store for support. The team here sat with me and worked through the kinks of it, helping deal with the online portals and even finding a problem with our account and saving my family $50 per month in the process!! This group of employees are absolute gems, and have shown that they care about their customers in a way Ive never experienced through other sales representatives. My family lives around 45 minutes away from this location, and from my personal experience, now make the drive because they are just *that good*. I will be coming back to this Verizon store exclusively from now on, and would highly recommend it to anyone who has had a negative experience at any of their other locations (like I have!). Wonderful job, guys!!

My minor child and I were greeted and helped by two very kind and helpful gentlemen who explained our new family service and some options. Both Scott and Calvin were extremely helpful and solved a billing issue we were having with our Verizon bill.It is nice to get excellent service and have your problems solved and explained.Scott and Calvin also solved a problem with my 14-year old daughters phone. He spoke to her in a kind and helpful way and solved our problem. All the while made us feel like we were in a small town mom and pop shop. He cared and gave us his undivided attention until our problems were solved to our satisfaction. This was not the first time we have felt great about the customer service from your store.It was such a pleasure and so different than our many experiences in other Verizon stores and the retail world in general.I had to comment to say thank you.

I typically dont leave reviews however I felt this was necessary. At the end of May I went into this store for assistance in upgrading my device. When I finished purchasing my new phone, he Completed the trade in of my old device over the computer and advised a box would be sent to my house within a week to send back to Verizon. In the past I have always just handed over my phone, so this was new. After 2 weeks and no box, I called back to the store and he advise to call customer service. After calling customer service they said they would send me a new bag not a box with a return label. Well.. I received the bag, no return label.. So after another month of trying to figure out where to send my phone to. I called once again, this time they advised there was nothing processed in the system to trade in my phone and that I would have to go in myself and do it.... and that most Verizon retail stores would have done the trade in for me at the store. I will not be returning to this location.

I highly recommend using this Verizon dealer. This is.not a Verizon corporate store and normally I would only go to a corporate store. The service at this dealer changed my phone buying experience! It was fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staf6!

Went to this store and got a screen protector that came off in less than a week.

I received great service at this location

I tried to replace my sim card into another phone, which It has a smaller sim card place, and they wanted to charge me by $10. And they ask me for my pin code, which I never received, they called me a fraud. So I just went to another store, and they cut my sim card back for size, and they said it should not cost at all, plus I asked about my pin code, they said I never have one.

I got water on my phone... devastated..reported my claim, next day got my phone...phone savy, I am not. Received my phone 10 minutes before the nearest Verizon store (4007 North Oakland Ave.). I called the location, spoke with Scott (the store manager)...myself, panicked, of course. He confidently, calmly assured me to just come in, he would assist me, happily....I arrived 1 minute before closing...he welcomed me warmly...no sense of annoyance (very rare today). With his patient guidance, my phone panic subsided. I went home relieved and grateful. There are good people in this world, with genuine business etiquette. I am happy to meet one.

Calvin and Graham teamed up to get me a sick new phone. I walked in and they were watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban so I knew right away things were going to go well, and overall Id given my experience here a strong 9 to a 10.

They need more employees. Only one is available and he has been dealing with technical issues with the same customer for 45 minutes.Turns out, this store is an authorized retailer, rather than a corporate location. they could not even process our refund after that wait. Waste of time.
