If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This is not a corporate location and it shows in their attitude. Please avoid at all cost. This location is not worth the frustration. Drive to any corporate location even if it means youre taking a much longer trip. Youll be greeted by kind, well trained representatives that at the. Very least appear to be happy to be working for T-Mobile. Stay away. Beware.

I was dreading the process of upgrading my device. However, I was wrong. My experience at this store today was Beyond good to say the least.Thank you Manger Yasmin, Stephanie, & Alla. I went into the store to inquire about adding a phone line to my account. I was informed that the 4 employees currently on duty had no experience with providing me with the service I was requesting. So basically I have to call or go to another location because the one closest to my residence doesn’t have qualified employees readily available to assist.

Fixed my iphone issue in record time.Franchise > Corporate always. I dont get the ppl saying this place is worse than corporate stores.

Extremely rude employees. Asked when I walked in the door if the price I paid would be the same as online. She said all phones are the same. I said so no extra fees. Again she said same price. Wasted 45 minutes of my time trying to bait and switch with different phone, bundle items she wouldnt disclose the price on. All of which I refused. In the end the cost was triple what I was quoted online. I asked for an explanation or could she show me the fees as to what I was paying for today. She raised her voice saying the phone is the same price but they charge service fees. I said this is what I asked when I walked in and you lied to me. I was then asked to leave the store for being rude and supposedly raising my voice. lol Dont have to ask me twice I will never shop there again.

The staff there is Just Awesome! Very Helpful even for someone non techy like me! And helped find out and took care of an issue I had. Quantrail, JD, and Yasmine the manager. Have helped me now on several occasions. From finding a new plan for my confusing family, to helping us upgrade our equipment with the best prices. So if in area definitely, go to the Shorewood TMobile, you will be happy you did.

Three weeks ago I gave 5 stars and praised this place, I should have waited until my first bill. Lady named Yasmeen lied and said bundle of accessories are promotional and it will cast $26.62, which I paid upfront. I asked her my bill will stand same as before, she it will go up $3.10. Today bill was $ 24 over for 12 months. Yasmeen lied and by deception sold me the accessories. Today I called the store guy named Ali answered the phone, I was aggressive and not listening my issue, when I told him you guys cheated he hanged up. Finally tmobil corporate office too care of me. People at this store falsify and deceive. Shame on them.

Went in to update my plan, but they don’t do that there I guess. Changed my SIM while I was there and a guy named Quantrail Smith said they were adding extra lines for free incase you ever need it. Paid $20 which I thought was for the SIM card swap. A month later I get a bill for that extra line, $45 for unlimited basic. Yasmin and Tayseer were very helpful! The store is clean and the entire staff was welcoming. They were able to help me with my phone’s issues. They also helped me open a new line/ get a new phone pretty quickly. Super awesome store! 10 stars!!! 😁

I would not recommend this store to anyone, I had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in the 10 years Ive been with T-Mobile. They put every effort in not helping me that I left the store wanting to cancel my service. I ended up calling corporate about it and was actually taken care of.

T-mobile employees in Shorewood, IL are liars! My husband and I went in this store as T-mobile was promoting two lines for 55+ for less than what we were paying with our current provider. We traded our iPhones in for 11s and we were told we get a Joy tablet absolutely free. When we declined because we have iPads, they told us we were going to pay the same whether we took the tablet or not. Give it to a grandchild they suggested its absolutely FREE. We took the tablet and found out that we are paying $10 a month for the phone line connected with it. Shame on YOU T-mobile for hiring deceptive sales personnel. Shame on US for trusting. When I called Corporate, I was told we can cancel the service but we would have to pay for the equipment in full. Buyers beware of T-Mobile!!

It is easy to make a customer happy when everything goes smooth, real customer service comes in when you can make a customer happy even when things get a little bumpy. Tayseer and Luis went out of their way to help us navigate through frustrating delivery times for a couple of our new phones. And while I’m not happy that we had to down grade the memory in my daughters phone in order for her to have a phone, in a timely manner (and in the time frame initially given) I left happy because of the friendly service I received from these two gentlemen.

This store did a fantastic job of handing my new account. Specifically, Daniel and Mahmoud went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. I left very satisfied and would highly recommended this store to anyone with cellular needs.

I worked Daniel and he is the best by far! He went above and beyond to help service me. I would recommend people to T-Mobile simply for the customer service he gave! Awesome guy!

Coming from a background in selling cell phones. I know how irritating it is when someone comes in at closing time. That being said I also dont tolerate being dismissed by an employee before I walk into the door. You making it blatantly obvious that helping me was not on your mind by repeating lack of inventory and how all they had was too expensive. We had a poor experience at this location. Ill spare you the details of a long story and hit key points. The staff here is very friendly. However, they didnt seem very knowledgeable nor did they seem to care about any mistakes that were made. I have had much better service at other locations and would recommend you go to other locations as well. I want to make it clear that I still recommend T-mobile, but use another location.

This store is awesome and has really nice people working there, including Vyanet . Corporate had made promises to me about my plan but were rescinding those promises, and thanks to the help of the staff in this store and Vyanet’s support I was able to reinstate those promises and enjoy my time as well.Thanks!

Poor service at this location I walked in all 5 workers were playing one was getting off work out of 4 ppl including manager no one knew how to give me the 4 lines for $100 they had to call customer service to place the order only to be told they couldn’t do it so I walked out after no one was trying to help they were to busy talkin amoung there self

Employee Jasmyne was very unprofessional, she has a tag that says Expert but she doesnt know most of the basic things a T-Mobile worker should know. Made us pay 20$ for something we didnt need and then we had to spend another $$ for something they couldve done for free. Was laughing at the end. We will buy the adaptor at walmart and do everything else for free. Disrespectful.

We had a very disappointing experience this morning trying to upgrade 2 cell phones. We were the first in the store at 11:15am. And we were not even close to being done by 12:40pm when we just cancelled the transactions and left with our original phones. They would stop what they were doing for us to help others who came in after us. And they were not very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Just the perfect storm of incompetence. I also didnt like their tone how they talk to us. I can spend almost $2K somewhere with better customer service.

Given completely wrong information when purchasing a phone and regarding insurance. Also was not asked what gb phone I wanted and completed purchase with wrong gb phone and only way to get corrected is pay $50 restocking fee on phone that was not opened. Save your time and money and go to a different location.

After reading responses I afraid to go to the one on jefferson. I seen the offer on tv and I need a reliable phone for work without costing me a lung. Including a reliable and reasonable plan or pay as I go. I do have my own phone that I purchased in April last year and AT&T raked me over the coals and messed up my program on it. I dont need that it happen again.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are scammers! Never saw a T-Mobile like this. Denis signed up my parents on a plan when they specifically asked for PREPAID on their new open phone. After calling Denise and asked her why, she said oh. What a lying thief! Hope T-Mobile is not changing their excellent customer service to be scammers. Made my parents cancel the service right away.

They will tell you online you can get a phone no money down and then when you get there tell you you have to pay 85% to a 90% of what the phone cost. I would not recommend this unless you have a lot of money right now .

Horrible experience! They had me go through the entire process of getting a phone and even asked me what color phone I wanted just to not have the phone in stock. They dont inform you of the important detail and they lie.. AVOID THIS STORE!! GO TO JOLIET YOUR BETTER OFF!!!

Went to the one in brook forest and the two men there were not nice both were so cruel when it came down to help me with a question I had ended up calling t-mobile instead for help and the gentlemen on the phone help me with all the questions I had never again will I go to that t-mobile ill just drive to the mall instead and get my information thru that store hopefully they can try and be better at customers service then I can shop and get items I want from them. Very sad to experience something like that.

Staff was helpful in getting our problem solved with customer service on the phone, but I had trouble hearing everything said because the manager stood right next to us using a packing tape gun. I had to keep asking them to repeat over and over.
