Went in for I needed my phone to get back on track. Internet was playing games with me. Talked to a young man coming back at 2:30. He never even looked at my phone. Young man,.... you might have excellent knowledge of your phone, but your Bedside manners need work.

I absolutely love this Verizon location, all of the employees are so helpful and pleasant. Ashley is very kind and knowledgeable at her job and will get you a great family plan for a very reasonable price, I always love to see her when I stop in to pay my bill. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I broke my phone and went to this store on 6/5. I got there at 5:50pm and the doors were already locked. The lady at the counter said they were closed. I explained what happened and said I needed a new phone because of work and she still refused to open. I said you dont close until 6pm and she said My computer says its 6:00. I understand that its a Friday but you dont have to lie because theres no way your computer is 10 minutes fast. Also, there was a whole gift card issue that took 5 months to get. Terrible staff and terrible customer service. I will never go back there!!

Called and talked to Britt. She was extremely thorough and helpful. She found the best options I was looking for. This was a last minute need (had a little cell phone disaster) she understood our need and handled it. I wont deal with anyone but her from now on. Cell phone buying tends to be a nightmare but she was all over it. Made it quick and painless.

I had an awesome experience at this location. All the staff were very helpful in making my decision on if I wanted to upgrade my phone and add a member to my plan instead of switching completely. I especially would like to stand out one employee, Kayla, she went took the time to really go though every detail with me. She also didn’t pressure us into signing into a deal that we didn’t want. She also was friendly and had great customer service. I would recommend her when choosing a location and staff member when figuring out your phone plan.

With the common element of the other one star reviews, I am extremely disappointed in this store’s customer service. After being a committed “Go Wireless, Go Advantage” plan member for some time now, I am disappointed to see the changes in this store. This store has recently had a high level of turnover & new policies. When I purchased a $250.00, per line, Go Advantage plan I expected to use the benefits of unlimited phone screen protectors, additional accessories, and discounts for the life of my phone (2/3 years max). Recently, when I went to utilize my benefits I was told there is a new policy that allows you to utilize your benefits 3 times only. When questioning the policy change, I explained I would not have purchased the plan if there was a limit to the benefits. I was told, “It is in the fine print. Read it. It is subject to change at anytime.” I believe this is misleading & was handled extremely unprofessionally. Prior to the policy change, we noticed the ignorance of staff & managers; the unwillingness to help and the flat out rude side comments. Although I am still a fan of Verizon, I am very displeased with this specific store.

I just wanted to point out how excellent the service was that i received from Ashley the other day, she really knows what she is doing and I have came in before and she had helped me out with my phone, i highly recommend coming in and seeing her if you need help with ANYTHING. there was a bit of a wait but she told me she would be right with me. I really enjoy coming to this verizon store. thank you it seems like a really good team there!

Terrible. As soon as I walked in they said just a moment . After 45 minutes I heard them talking about how slow the system and network was. At this point my wife had to leave for work in 20 minutes. I then asked them, is there is issue with the network. They say yes, I say why didnt you give me a fair warning. No answer back. Had to leave without service. Worst customer service I ever experienced. At least make a ******* announcement when something like this is going on.

Tried to go here twice in the last week and both times closed during normal business hours. At 1pm on a Saturday the store should be OPEN

I went into the Verizon store thinking I would be in and out, well that didn’t happen. But I was fortunate to have Kyle as my sales associate!To long of a story to tell of the problems we had to overcome but Kyle never gave up on fixing it, he called everyone he had to call till my phone problem was fixed. I was there 6 hours and Kyle never got frustrated, he remained calm, polite and professional. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Also, being there for as long as I was the other associate there was Ashley who I witnessed being just as professional with her customers.Thank you so much Kyle for everything!

Arrived at 10:15 and found the door locked, nobody inside. Hours posted on the door and online both said it opens at 10:00.

I received the best service from this Verizon Store! My phone was stolen and Juan took his time helping me go through the process to not only file my claim but set my replacement phone as well! All of the consultants were friendly and very helpful!

Ben did an AMAZING job this evening! My husband and I came in needing two new iPhones. He took his time even after store closed AND the day after his wedding(BTW Congrats!). We appreciated his patience and his willingness to find amenable solutions to our particular concerns.

Vivian Jackson is an amazing worker!!! She does her job so well!!! She is also extremely nice and super helpful!!! She should really get a raise!!! I definitely recommend people to go to her!!!!

I bought a new iphone and transferred my service to Verizon, after being with my old carrier for 13 years. I also purchased a new ipad for my daughter, who took me to this location. I will tell all my family and friends to go there for the best prices and satisfaction.

My mother was about ready to give up on Verizon. She had made an insurance claim and was issued a new phone. However she needed her contacts transferred from old phone to new phone. We went to the go wireless shorewood Illinois location with Hope Carter as the store manager. Hope was able to use my mothers new phone and locate the Verizon cloud account that she didnt even know she had and all of her contacts and pictures suddenly appeared. If it werent for Hope, then my mom would have still been very upset. Hope saved the day according to my mom. Thank you for having friendly and dedicated employees like her. You need more of them.

I had bought a cell phone charger from this store which came out to $39 after taxes and found out that my wife had already bought me one from a actual Verizon store that was half the price. So I came back to return the cell phone charger 3 days later that was never taken out of the packaging and learned that their is a 25% re-stocking fee. I had explained my situation and the store employee told me that this is the owners policy. So I emailed the owner and explained to him my situation and he even asked if the packaging was ever opened and I told him no it wasnt and yet he still failed to give me a full refund for the ridiculously expensive phone charger. I dont know any store that charges a 25% re-stocking fee for a item that was never opened and sits on the wall behind the counter.

The service was fantastic! Rueshon was extremely helpful. I went to another store and the reps were unhelpful. I would recommend this store for all of your Verizon needs.

If you had asked me before last week I would have given this store a great review but my mind has definitely changed. Back in August I had upgraded to the Note 7 after some time with an old phone. I went to this store and they were very helpful. I pre-ordered my phone with one of the reps who was very nice and helpful. When I went to go pick it up I was helped by another rep. I asked him about how my friend got a tablet for free since he upgraded his phone. He explained that was true and directed me to the tablets. I am usually a very cautious person so I asked him what was the catch. He said that I was just required to keep service on it for 1 month and cover the insurance for 2 years in case anything happened to it but then after that it could be taken off the plan so I wouldnt have to pay the connection fee. His explanation for the reason why they were giving away the tablet was because there was just a new model released that more were drawn to. It sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I got the tablet along with my phone. Now the original rep told me that it was best to do the payments on the phone instead of paying it off because when I payed 50% of it (1 year) I could upgrade to a new phone. When the Note 7s were recalled I was debating between a Samsung and the Pixel and again the rep reiterated that if I ended up not liking the pixel I could upgrade in a year.Now I have been trying to cut back so I called Verizon to cut some things off our plan and found out that all of this was not true. Verizon told me I was on a two year contract for the tablet and could not cancel it without paying the full price of the tablet. Not only that but I dont have the option to upgrade in a year with the Pixel. I have to pay it off it full (which I HATE my Pixel). So I went to the store to see why the story was so different and they basically said that the guy I worked with on the tablet no longer works there but nothing was offered to rectify my situation. They basically told me oh well, nothing we can do which is unacceptable. Now I am stuck with a Pixel I hate and have to pay full price for and a tablet I never use and only wanted because I thought it was a great promotion.I will never stop foot in this store again.

I went to the store today at 130. There was a sign on nthe door out to lunch back in 30 min and the door locked. Somewhat annoying since it didnt say what time they left for lunch but I decided to wait a few minutes because I had a problem with my phone and wouldnt be able to get back before close. I saw someone in back as I waited by my car but figured will they are having g lunch in the store. 20 minutes later a customer and a child came out...she said she was there last customer before lunch and they were just going to lunch now...whoever was in the store ignored me when I knockef on the door. I wont be back. None of my family will be back. None of my friends or neighbors will he back if I can help it.

I have followed her from her store in Burr Ridge now to Shorewood, IL. I wouldnt see any other representative. She is awesome, and I drive a long distance from my home for service, questions, and help. I thank her greatly for all she has done and I am sure will continue to do. We even got my husband started on his first smart phone for his birthday gift. She is an irreplaceably service rep. knowledgeably and consistantly cheerful.

Ordered a phone they told me I would get an email and phone call when the phone was delivered. I got neither a week later I walk in the store there are only 2 people working. About 5 people ahead of me that I have to wait to just pick up a phone. Absolutely horrible get this store some help!

Went to the store on New Years day, Verizon had a promotion upgrade your Samsung phone and get a free tablet Well salesperson didnt give me that and I ended up paying for a tablet that I didnt need. I went to store to resolve the problem and they got really stupid with me. Never called me just ignored the whole issue. Beware!!!
