This place is the best! Called and was able to get in same Day within a couple of hours. As soon as I got there they started working on my phone and had me in and out in about 2 hours. Seriously I cant thank them enough for their fast service

I was very worried about losing all my data on my phone and I saw ubreakifix in a commercial and Alexis not only did he help me save money but he also was able to recover my data!!!! Was comming home from a trip ready to get back to work when my screen died. It was Sunday and I am a mess due to all the important info on my phone. Everywhere else is closed or wont fix a newish android. These guys took my phone and with great luck stayed alittle pasted their closing to fix my phone and let me pick it up a few hours later. Was worried that since the screen went dead with no apparent reason they would fix it again free of charge if the same thing happened within 60 days. Hope I never have to go back but if I do I know I can trust these guys work

What a joke of a place, the guy says he wont replace the phone with a new one even though the phone is under warranty and its broken. He offered to replace the part on a brand new phone. Who does that and why is Samsung allowing this?I would never buy an iPhone but now I will consider it since Samsung dont want to include charger and aux port just like Apple.I want to make it clear the employees had nothing to do with this but theyre doing what theyre told.No more Samsung for me. There are so many Chinese companies out there that are making phones better than Samsung and iPhone. So Im done with Samsung.

Great customer service, patient with the great amount of questions I had, and because of my memory problems he let me write down the information I needed and repeated the info as needed to accommodate me. Also Ray at the Shorewood location gave me the best service experience Ive ever had with problems Ive had with my devices and was very professional, so he really deserves a raise for his hard work to help customers and dedication to the job. All in all, highly recommend going to ubreakifix for all of you tech problems.

I had a problem with my charging port. The service tech took a tooth brush and cleaned the port and the problem was solved. I saved $100 dollars as this quick fix ended up with no charge. Very professional and reliable service. I will return for any further issues in the future. Thank you!

Brought a Samsung Tab 4 in as the screen was lifting & the home button had popped out. The technicians didnt have some of the parts needed for the repair, so they needed to be ordered. The parts took a bit to come in, no fault to uBreakiFix. The cable for the home button was damaged when doing the repair & that then needed to be ordered. The one that came in was faulty, so another was needed & ordered. The amount of time & stumbling blocks in the repair were frustrating. However the tech that I spoke with, Josh I believe was his name apologized for the long delays & all the hiccups along the way. When I spoke with him prior to finally coming in to pick up the tablet he again apologized & said the charge would be minimal that he would speak to management regarding this. I came in to pick up the tablet & was told there were no charges. WOW! Thank you so much uBreakiFix. I will definitely send others your way!!

Avoid this place. Absolutely terrible service. Brought in my broken laptop for water damage on the screen and when I picked it up 2 WEEKS later, there was no difference in the screen. Then the speakers broke, don’t know if they did that or if it was just from the water. But i brought it back they told me 24-48 hours but after 6 days with no call, i tried to get in touch with them and it took an hour to get someone to pick up the phone. They told me no one has looked at it yet and i could pick it up in 2 days. When you’re told 24-48 hours it shouldn’t take a week for someone to even look at it. Then they told me they couldn’t fix it and i had to come home with a very broken laptop and 3 weeks of wasted time. Never coming back here and they don’t deserve to be in business still. I don’t trust them.
