My grandson and I went to the Madeira Road office in Simi Valley to get new phones. We were blessed to have Stephanie T., handle our transaction. She is knowledgeable, pleasant to a fault, and was truly patient in explaining the operation of our new phones to us. She did all this while additionally answering the phones, assuring waiting customers she would be right with them and signing for the delivery of various product as it arrived. Actions always speak louder than words, and in this case Stephanies actions prompted these words. I have never been with any other service provider then Verizon since I first got a cell phone, which in my case is a very long time. Stephanies outstanding customer service reminded me why. Great place to get a phone!

I am new to Apple and decided to give the new iPhone 11 a shot, I got the phone at the Valencia mall. I wanted a 512gb but they were out so I tried out a 256gb, the rep advised I could exchange it as long as I do with before the 14th day. I called customer service and asked if I could go to any store and they said yes. So I came to this store and they processed my request but they didn’t have a 512gb in stock so they had to order it. The phone got the store this past Monday or Tuesday. I called this store on Tuesday to confirm I could come in on Saturday(today) to process the exchange and they said I could. I come in today and now they refuse to process the exchange because it’s past the processing date. I was never told I had to come in sooner or I would have done so. Im currently at the store on hold for customer care.Edit: customer care advised me to speak with the store manager since GoWireless is an authorized dealer and separate from them. I asked for the manager and the representative Jay who stated he couldn’t do anything said he was the manager. I’m currently on hold with customer service for GoWirelessEdit2: I spoke with GoWireless customer service and the rep said the store manager was named Jeremy not Jay. GoWireless will get back to me within 48hrs.Edit3: District manager Steve called me, took care of the situation right away and got me the phone that was promised to me without issue. Thank you Steve.

Went into this Verizon yesterday and was helped by Jeremy to set up our buisness account i cant begin to tell you how simple the experience was i was anticipating spending a good chunk of my day there and although we did spend some time there the actual transaction part was very simple took all of about 15-20 minutes max! We ended up leaving the phones and allowing the stuff to transfer from one to the other and received a call when it was done the whole buisness transaction from begining to end was very proffesional and really held a standard of how things should be at Verzion

My family and I went in for a simple phone plan up grade. They were very helpful and guaranteed us a simple upgrade. I was told a price and I confirmed twice that this was how much I would be paying. Next month I get my bill, and its 50 percent higher than I was guaranteed. I called them and asked if they could fix this. They said they couldnt fix it and directed me to costumer service.In summary DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!***Look at the other comments below, you will see the same thing.

Unfortunately Ive allowed myself to get irritated by this particular store a few times. If it wasnt around the corner from my house I would have never gone there the second time. Im stuck with a phone I hate because I was assured this phone was what every employee there used. It went further than that but hopefully youll get the idea. Come to find out it wasnt anything like that. They were obviously getting pushed to move them out as I soon found out that the newer version was being released the following week. I was told the new phone I got came with 2 chargers but that they only had 1 in the store. I was told to come back the next day and by then theyd have time to drive over to get another one. After coming back a couple of times one of the employees walked over to a rack in the floor, opened a box, took out a charger and put it on the counter in front of me. No box?, no paperwork? If you decide to go in there just be sure to do your homework and know what you want. Dont let them sway you with false product superiority. Im sure they push what theyre told to push.

I purchased a phone online and wanted to activate it on a prepaid account. Customer Service Reps over the phone were very nice but couldnt figure out why the phone wouldnt active and suggested I get a new sim from the store.The SimCard was free, and the service was exceptional! Not once was I told no or made to feel like they didnt want to help me. I purchased the phone used from somewhere else and they helped me just the same! Which is something Boost can learn from.Overall, Im a new customer and very happy so far. Thanks Verizon!Update: 5/6/19 Still with Verizon, still happy and they still give me exceptional service!

After multiple disappointments at the other Simi Valley Locations, Chris, the manager was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was so good, I ended up buying a second phone upgrade from him, which was not in my original plans.Chris should be training the staff from the other two stores! He is an example of just what real customer service is all about! Verizon should be very proud to have an employee like him.

I was eligible for a phone upgrade w Verizon so I went to Go Wireless. Long story short, the store manager Chris Lied to me.Chris told me that he will upgrade me w a new S6 Edge phone for only $49.99. It sounded legit because the new S7 just came out so I was buying the old model.I said wow, no monthly payments? He said NO. I stated again, I only pay $49.99 and no monthly payments on the phone? He answered No, I only pay $49.99.I took the deal. 35 days later I get a bill from Verizon for $29.99 monthly dues on the phone for 24 months!!!! Wow! How can you do business this way!! I had to get the GM Steve involved and I got the situation corrected however its bad business!!This store will Lie to you to meet their goals!I recommend staying away from this store!Its even worse when you read the other Yelp reviews and this has happened many times at this store!Very unethical Business!

They totally scammed me into signing up for services I did not want or know I was signing up for. I went in to upgrade my phone and ended up paying $100+ without knowing it until it was too late. They wouldnt cancel what THEY signed me up for. DO NOT go here, go to a real Verizon store. They are scammers! They should have gone over my bill to finalize what I way paying for but didnt, and I should have asked but assumed I was getting what I asked for. So mad and frustrated, please do not go here!

I had a free upgrade due from my Verizon Galaxy S6 and pre-ordered the Galaxy 8. I was supposed to get a pair of VR goggles with the order, phone was PRE-ordered by the Go Wireless representative prior to release of the Galaxy 8 phones. Fast forward a couple of months..... got the phone, was told the VR goggles would automatically be shipped to the store and theyd call me when they came in, like they did when the phone arrived, no call... so I start following up and nothing..... now its June and Im told the promotion is OVER and it was a Samsung promotion and I was supposed to go on the Samsung website and register for them?! WHAT?! I went into the A-Wireless store on Tapo Canyon, told them what had happened and they said they most definitely are able to assist, they just need to pull the pre-order documentation and the receipt and they could get you the goggles - talk about ZERO customer service!! The manager is awful too, couldnt even put the glass screen protector on properly! OMG
