Dr. Cohen is the best. He spent time with me going over the results of my exam explaining everything and reviewing the retinal scan with me. He explained in terms that I could understand. I never felt rushed and felt that he worked extra hard to get my prescription right. I would definitely recommend him!

From the moment I walked in everyone was very pleasant. I was given paperwork (all doctors do that these days) to fill out. Then I waited a few minutes and was called in. The normal eye tests were given then I saw Dr. Cohen (THE BEST). I received the results and a prescription for glasses and was on my way.

The exam itself was fine and quick. The experience was not. The exam took about a half hour, but I was there for an extra hour waiting around for their system to work. I made an appointment at 1pm and a walk in was taken before I was, and I wasnt seen til 2pm. Because your system was down, my insursnce wasnt pulled up, making me pay our of pocket and having to deal with my insurance on my own to get my benefits. When I went to pay, I waited another 15 minutes for the system to work, which it wasnt, we knew that already, but instead of asking for my credit card info at the beginning, they made me wait even longer. I continued to get poor customer service and they wouldnt give me my prescription though they had my credit card information. Please treat people and their time better. I will not be returning, nor will my family. Very poor experience due to the employees staffed. I will be calling the manager when I have time to see what else can be done for the time waited and poor customer service.

The doctor was super thorough and answered all questions, everything was done fast and everything was super clean!

The optometrist was very short with her answers that made me very uncomfortable asking any further questions. During the visit, there were long periods of quiet as she pounded on the keyboard entering information. I have never had such an odd visit. In the future, if I see her name, I will make sure to switch days. I do not want to have her see me again.

My eye exam was top notch in every aspect. The doctor was knowledgeable beyond my expectations. She took the time to explain exactly what was going on and offered to answer any questions I had. Her high level of competence fed my confidence that she could have answered any medical question but I felt completely satisfied with the eye exam and had no questions. She took extra steps to show me what something looked like with my current prescription as compared to the new one. I appreciate that very much as it demonstrated the improvement and erased any doubt about how well the new prescription would improve my sight.

Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly and professionally by the receptionist. She went the extra mile to find my insurance records to insure my medical coverage and benefits. Then Leommar eye Tech proceeded with the eye exam and explained every and performed each phase of my exam your modern eye technology is superb. He then showed me the frames. And current costs I immediately chose the one to perfection. Dr. Cohen was excellent! Just back from my vision test for contact lenses. I made an appointment online through their website. I received an email and text confirmation. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen right away. I did several tests with the assistant and then Dr Cohen saw me to go over the results. He remembered me from coming in 2 years ago! I was impressed. My eyes actually hadnt changed much in those 2 years. I was happy. He explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. He even checked my glasses that I brought it to make sure they would still be okay for me to use. Dr Cohen is very friendly and has a nice demeanor with his patients. Once I finished my exam and was fitted with my contact lenses, the assistant/cashier ordered my lenses and I was on my way. They printed out my prescription so that I can take with me. I believe the whole process took about 45min to 1 hour. I recommend Eyexam for your vision needs.

Dr. Cohen was very nice and explained everything extremely well. I learned that for my astigmatism, my contact wasn’t shifting correctly making my vision blurry. He totally took care of that and made sure my contacts were adjusting correctly. Such a great experience!

The doctor was very nice and patient. He explained everything very clearly and I never felt pushed into tests or more expensive glasses. He gave me my options and let me choose. The two girls at the front were very sweet. they made choosing my frames fun. They never tried to up sell, which is why I left my optometrist. They explained my options and let me decide.

My appointment was with Dr. Nace. My new glasses were not quite right so I returned to Lenscrafters. Dr. Nace was available and was absolutely wonderful in both her competence and willingness to help. She was extremely personable and communicated with me easily and thoroughly. Her specialization matched my needs and she worked with me extremely well. I would like to make all of my eye appointments with her in the future. Wonderful!!!
