Ken was very helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses. He was very capable of trying to take care of all waiting customers. Had a great attitude!

This review is not for the doctor, this review is for the optical store, customer service, is just normal, nothing exceptional, so, I purchased my frames and lenses in this store, I wait for 2 weeks for my lenses, they never call me, because of that, I decided to visit the store today and I realize that they never put the order on the lab, so, that means that I need to wait even more time to get my lenses, which I really need... worst optical store I have ever been.

Everyone I know is obsessed with this place! I cant believe it only has 2 reviews. lol. Excellent Doctor. Excellent staff. Killer prices. Huge selection of frames considering the size of the place.

The doctor is great efficient and reliable... however the 2 stars is for the optical staff... terrible service and unorganized. They always promise to get back to you and never do..you have to call over 10 times in order to get an answer. I had to call everyday to hear about my order status and never got a decent answer... do not recommend

Optical staff is the worst customer service i have ever encountered.They dont even bother to answer the phone.Ive been waiting for my glasses and its been 16 days already. I highly do not recommend please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress!!!

Went to get glasses and they were so helpful with getting me the best deal possible. However, when it came to getting my glasses here they never came. I then had to return them as I was moving across the country. I know this has nothing to do with this specific Target Optical and in fact this Target Optical was great. However, the whole process made me waste hours and I ended up with no glasses.

Was a little nervous about seeing the eye doctor since since I had not done so in almost two decades. I found the whole experience very pleasant. The entire opical was great with helping pick out glasses and helping to find the best deals. Will be going back when I need another pair of glasses.

I drove all the way from Sacramento, for this Dr. She was the only one I trusted my Eyes to. Best I have known in 50 years of wearing glasses, very thorough and takes good care of her patients. I never write reviews, but this was one of my best life experiences. Highly Recomended. Thank you Dr. !!

The doctor was awesome she gets a 5 Star. Kathy in the glasses store is awesome and gets 5 stars. My experience with the other employees in the store was horrible. She was argumentative and condescending. If she had been there when I went to purchase I would have walked out.

This is not a review of Dr. Huynh, who did a great job with my eye exam. She was very thorough, personable, and I’d recommend her to anyone.The 1 Star is for the eyeglasses and contacts store. The manager will not follow through on what he tells you even when you persistently call them to inquire about the status of your order.Communication between employees is seemingly non-existent so be prepared to repeatedly request whatever you’re needing help on.I have a voicemail from the manager dated August 17th 2018 where he relays to me he’s upgraded my order to high-index lenses after I asked about a deal that was online and better than the deal in the store. Still waiting on those even though I’ve called minimum once a week since then.I keep getting passed around and promised they’ll get back to me, which they never do.I cannot recommend this store for your contacts or glasses purchase and would instead point you to the many cheaper options online where you can’t have any worse an experience than I’ve had at this location.

Dr. Huynh is spectacular with her exams, would definitely recommend.
