The was the best experience Ive ever had at an ophthalmologist! They have the latest equipment, an excellent selection, and friendly staff. Carney was particularly helpful and sweet. Dr. Cohen is friendly and professional, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I highly reccomed this Lens Crafters!

Janelle, customer service representative was extremely courteous and polite. Huge difference from the individuals working at the thousand oaks location that treat you like a piece of meat and once they get your money they kick you out of the store. This review is only for the dedicated people working at LensCrafters in Simi Valley Town Center.The glasses I wanted had three variables; progressive, transition and a wrap around frame. Consolidating those three into one pair of glasses isnt easy and unfortunately compromise is not my strong suit. I had some of the most committed professionals helping me; two angels and one doctor on my side. Anna is the lens specialist, and she is the most patient professional I had ever worked with, shes highly educated and proficient in her field. She never folded, she never gave up until we had it right. Carley, another skilled professional, helped me find the right frame without any sales pressure. Dr. Jeffrey Cohen is the highly skilled optometrist who examined my vision twice thoroughly. Bottom line; they will give you outstanding service with patience and exemplary professionalism. I do recommend the LensCrafters in Simi Valley town Center with all stars in the sky. Thank you Anna, thank you Carley and thank you Dr. Cohen.

Simply the greatest experience of my life. Leo Apilado was so professional and really guided me through an experience kept me up at night. He was so thorough and really understood my needs. He asked some of the greatest questions and really found out what was important for my vision needs. Anna helped me adjust my glasses today and did a fantastic job! I’ve been to 3 other locations to try to get my glasses adjusted (Costco, etc) and kept getting lopsided and uncomfortable fitting products. Anna patiently adjusted both my pairs of glasses perfectly and now I can finally wear my glasses comfortably! Definitely coming back for adjustments AS WELL AS to shop for new frames bc the customer service was fantastic!

Went to Simi Valley Lenscrafters for an eye exam. Got new frames, back up pair, and new sunglasses. When they came in, had trouble adjusting to new prescriptions, but Carley (who helped me througout) was able to put old lens in case I could not adjust. Carely was great thoughout the whole process!!!!!! I even brought in my back up sunglasses to get new lens, and Carley helped with the discount and new lens. Thank you, Carley!

After reading some reviews, I decided to give Simi a chance and so happy I did...from the moment I opened the door, I was treated like a KING!Leo and his team are Rockstars. Dr Cohen provided the absolute best care I have EVER received from an optometrist. Hands down the best experience I have ever had...PERIOD. I usually spend hours on my own trying on so many frames I cannot count. Leo asked me a couple of questions and literally brought 2 regular pairs for me to choose from and I purchased one of them. I wanted Sun Glasses also...again he brought me a couple of pairs and one of them was perfect...Literally 5 minutes and my agonizing of having to pick out frames as I usually do was done! Wow is all I can say, give that man a raise. Corporate needs to shadow this team at Simi so they can model the other stores after this one. I am actually looking forward to going back and picking up my glasses. Thank you Leo and the entire team at Simi for taking care of me, I will be back in a couple months for my wifes glasses.

Extremely helpful staff (Leomann and Maria). They found my husband and I good pricing options, never pushed us to “upgrade” as other eyeglass businesses have in the past. Leo kept in touch throughout the process until we got our glasses as well. Plenty of selection at this store as well. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer for over 10 years now and each time I visit, I am treated as if we’ve been friends for years. Ms. Ledezma, the store manager is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable, is so personable and will go the extra mile for the client. Because of Ms. Ledezma’s great work ethic, I have remained and will remain a client. LensCrafters has the trifecta, because they have excellent staff, a large inventory of glasses for all walks of life and the Optometrist, Dr. Cohen, is also great! He is very thorough in exam, does not try to up-sell you service not needed and most of all, he listens to what you say and does not treat you as a layman. I highly recommend this establishment! Go get your eyes checked and pick out a great pair of glasses.

Beware!!40 minutes wait for my appointment.Have hidden fees if you don’t ask. Always asked for my Prescription and they didn’t not give me a detailed option as other eye companies do. Very disappointed and not happy at all with the service they provide.

Best LensCrafters location I have ever been to! I received great customer service recently from MJ, Leo and Maria. They were able to put new lenses into old frames I had. Plus they looked up my LensCrafters credit card so I could pay without having my actual card with me.I was so happy with this location because I had previously gone to the Northridge LensCrafters the one across the street from the mall. The associate I spoke to at Northridge didn’t even let me go past the entrance door, she spoke to me like I was a child calling me love and sweetie as she explained that their system is old and they don’t have the technology to look up credit accounts. She said they couldn’t put new lenses in my old frames, she didn’t even have the lab Check my frames to see if it was possible or not. She basically totally wasted my time by giving me false information.I will definitely not be going back to the Northridge store and will drive the extra distance to go to the Simi location.

Awful customer service. We bought glasses for both my wife and I, nothing but problems. Had my scratchless lenses replaced after 2 weeks, 2nd set was completely out of whack, I get nauseous wearing them, immediately told them as I was walking out of the store, its been 3 weeks and i still havent recieved the lenses. My wife had a similar problem as well. I wouldnt recommend them AT ALL!

Staff is rude they make you wait outside with no place to sit even though you have an appointment. Advice go to a different Lenscrafters

Very helpful and friendly service. Good choice of frames. Got my new glasses within a few days even though it had to be special order which they say could take 7-10 days. I would recommend coming here.

Could not have had a better experience. Great customer service and a friendly doctor who takes the time to review your test results with you, and asks if you have any questions. Glasses were made in an hour (used to take a week to get them at my old place), and they fit my face so well. I now have eagle vision and could not be happier! Big thank you to your team! I will be back to this location for my next checkup.

Dr. Lisa Ha Maier and the staff at this location are hands down some of the best, and most professional people I have met. Dr. Maier helped me through the reality of getting old and got me fitted with the perfect pair of glasses. Do not see anyone else, Dr. Maier is the best!

Great service and experience

We arrived about 10 early, for our eye exam appointment, yet they made us wait about 15 after our scheduled time. There were no patients before us. Then, they had said we would pay our co-pay plus a fee of $55 because it was a contact lenses appointment, yet when it was time for us to pay, they charged us $75 plus co-pay because of astmagtism. Then, they wanted us to wait another 30 because the person in charge of showing us how to put on and off the contact lenses had just left for lunch (4:50pm). So, on top of everything, we had to leave empty handed... Felt disappointed.

I strongly recommend all the Walmart, and Costco goers understand those places are just cookie cutter operations. Move em in, move em out is their motto. Pay 5 or 10 bucks more for the Simi Valley Lenscrafters. I was blown away by the service, and friendly staff.

Shame, Shame, Shame. The Simi store didnt allow us the AAA or AARP discount as advertised online. Two weeks after spending $725 on a pair of glasses they were lost at Galapagos. They wouldnt allow any discount or even roll the $34 warranty over to a new pair. Lenscrafters advertises discounts online but the store doesnt give them. Customer service said these are policy for all Lenscrafters stores. Im sorry I gave them a chance. Kaiser always did right but were a little further away

I have no idea why the store refuses to give me my old paid lenses! I replaced my lenses with polycarbonate lens and they refused to give me my old plastic lenses that I already purchased and paid for. The manager kept saying we can’t give them to you however previously they did. It doesn’t make sense for LensCrafters to keep something that is mine and is paid for!

Every time Ive been in there, its been extremely ANNOYING that when I enter the store and stand at the register, NO ONE says anything to me. No one says theyll be right with me... nothing! Each time Ive had to waitfor the longest time, then finally approach someone myself. VERY unprofessional and RUDE!
