We never had any trouble with Sprint. Weve had nothing but trouble since T mobile bought out Sprint and we were forced to get different phones. Calls often wont go through. People we text get our messages hours later and vice versa.....we dont get their messages until hours later. I get a lot of messages saying I have no internet.. I am not impressed with T mobile.. We Will definitely be looking for a different cell phone company when we get a chance.

5 Stars The guys were great!!!! 2 STARS THE MAP ACCORDING TO T-MOBILE DOES NOT COVER THE INSIDES OF NEBRASKA, JUST THE OUTSIDE EDGES. THAT WONT BE ANY GOOD FOR ME!!!!

The service line is terrible!! You will miss text messages and important phone calls. I have numerous friends and family wondering why I am not responding or answering my phone!! I have dropped calls most of the time so I try to make phone calls very short!! I have called Sprint/T-Mobile about my issue numerous times and the last time, they sent me a SIM card that only made my service worst. I have no internet 75% of the time and when you call customer services, all they do is reset your phone and the “connection lines” around you!! Do not recommend Sprint/T-Mobile to anyone!!

Store is clean and staff is friendly. Great customer service and a wide selection of devices.

( This was just sprint at the time ) this service is absolutely terrible. I only gave them two stars because their affordable. I still would highly recommend you find someone else. It takes two or three times to call someone, I dont receive all my calls and people dont always receive mine. Late messages too. Internet can be nonexistent alot of the time. You might think its a good idea but if you loose a few important calls youll understand.

They are not a corporate owned store so they really cant help you now that Tmobile owns Sprint very limited service area
