Vinyl collection for sale was very abysmal. Ive been to other FYE and this one was pretty sad and lackluster

I love going to fye because i love their k-pop selection. the last few times i went (before this time) they didn’t have a good selection of kpop, and it took them forever to restock, but with covid an all, i understand. the staff is friendly! the only issue i have is that i feel like they kind of overpriced their items. i love the fye backstage pass. if you are offered the backstage pass, take it! my total was like $72.00 but the backstage pass dropped it down to $64.00! come here every time i come to sioux city and will definitely be coming back! ♡

They have good consumer service amd had no problem answering questions I had. The staff also loved the kids and were very easy to get along with.

I love that they have a variety of music cds and vinyl records. Also a unique collection of horror movies, Asian candies and treats, and lots of different speakers ranging in sizes and features. Glad they are surviving this pandemic. Would be sad to see them gone.

I visited right before Christmas, in search of specific CDs. First of all, I remember FYE being the place to go in Sioux City when you were looking for a CD. I was shocked to find very few of them, especially new ones. There were more used than new, but they are so unorganized that you cant find what youre looking for anyway. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the store was cluttered and messy.

I have bought from this store before and they have tried very hard to find what I need. And have did an excellent job.

It is a neat store that is worth checking out if you are in the mall. The prices are decent, and there is a unique stock.

Service was great. Checkout was a breeze they even let me leave my item there while I finished shopping in the mall. The reason for the low rating is my speaker is big but not very loud at all. For the price I feel it should be louder. Taking it back tomorrow sad face.

I ultimately found what I was looking for.. but their store is always so messy and unorganized. Id probably find more to buy if the people standing behind the counter tried a little harder.

A very big variety full of music. Movies. Accessories and musical headsets. Even vinyls if youre a big fan of old big discs with music on them.

I love this store. I really enjoy picking my songs for my CD collection.

Well, if youre looking for a movie or a CD/record and cant find it at Walmart and dont want to wait for it to arrive from ordering online, check out this FYE. One of my favorite stores in the Southern Hills Mall. Its one of those places that I wish was just a little bit bigger, but that being said, it still has way more variety than your discount superstore. And the sales are pretty darn awesome, too. Theyve also got one of those machines that enables you to make a custom mix CD (comes with download code for free digital), so thats really cool. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They can sometimes tend to hover, but theyre just trying to do their job and some people like having somebody constantly waiting to help. The store has recently started to embrace carrying even more fandom items and collectibles, which I think is smart. You never know what you are going to find!

Store seems disorganized, especially the movies. Movies are definitely overpriced and there are too many cases which you can hear the disc sliding freely inside of.

Prices are over the top, hardly anyone in the store DVD prices outrageous and t-shirts $20.00. It looks like FYE is charging more money to stay in business.

I used to like this store but I will no longer be shopping there. In December of 2016 they had a promotion going on. When I purchased a movie, somehow they registered me for multiple magazines, which I never agreed to. I am now trying to deal with several 800 numbers to try to cancel and refund each of these subscriptions since I finally noticed the charges. I do not know if it was their system or an employee, but my dad had the same thing happen to his card that same month. If you choose to go there make sure you use cash and dont give them so much as your name.
