I originally went to Best Buy and NFM to look at TVs. Both had specials and TVs on sale. Went to Pflanz to see what the local business could offer and was surprised. The exact same TVs we’re cheaper, free in town delivery and Pflanz has Will.Will took the time to explain and show the difference between the sets. I ended up buying a slightly smaller TV than I had originally intended based off our discussions and glad I did. Going back for our 2nd TV shortly.

Sony XAV-AX5000, purchased backup camera and Sony head unit. Christian installed and demod the unit. Overall, I am pleased. The cost of everything was ok. Cheaper installs are available at big box stores, but are they better? I couldnt say...If I had any advice, you get what you pay for.Also, use a data rated cable for Android auto or car play. I am a Samsung Note 20 Android user and I purchased a Verizon data rated cable at a real Verizon store on sale and it works fine for Android auto.

We have been a customer of Pflanz since the 80’s. There is no where in town you can get the service you get from this business. We always did business with Mona or Vance. So personal. Now we deal with Scott. The way they work with your needs and don’t try to push the expensive stuff on you when they have deals in the store all comparable to one another. We just purchased a Sony 85” which before this we had an 83” Mitsubishi which would not die on us even having it 11 years. We wanted to hang one on the wall to get rid of all the speakers we had and receiver. The tv had a big glass stand also. Heavy. Sold it and got this new one. Sound bar, and subwoofer to. Then I realized it would be so bare underneath and purchased a cabinet with barn doors and a fireplace in it. It’s absolutely beautiful. The two guys Troy and Christian that hooked it all up were amazing. In fact Troy had done our other one for us. These two guys were so polite and were very courteous. Enjoyed them explaining everything to us. This is the kind of service a person wants.If you care about a business to deal with go to Pflanz. They will never let you down.Cherie & Jim Sutton

Man oh man, where to begin? I was looking to put a new car system in and Im glad I went to Pflanz. Not only did Christian (the gentleman that installed my system) do a great install but hes certified in what he does which you wont find that alot around this area. Not only that but when talking to him, you can tell the guy knows his stuff. The other employees there were well educated but Christian seemed to be the guru when it came to the car audio. The mistake I made was trying to buy my system such as subs amps and car door speakers on the Facebook market.... some which were defective (which he was able to install let me know and showed me what the issue was). Trust me when I say that your better off just buying everything at pflanz. Not only do you know everything is brand new, but they have great quality products. On top of great quality installation and customer service, I gave them a budget and they definitely worked with me on prices. Although I did go over budget but that was solely my fault due to buying defective equipment of Facebook when I shouldve began by going in, looking at what they have available and purchasing there. I would definitely recommend them.

As soon as I walked into Pflanz Electronics, I was greeted by an employee who was very helpful. I also spoke with the owner of the business who happened to be in the store at the time. I was looking to replace an old Epson projector, and he took me in a showroom, and showed me some options. Customer service was excellent at Pflanz! I bought our Sony XBR 930E from Pflanz in Sioux City back in 2017. We were looking for our first 4K upgrade. The staff at Pflanz are very professional and know their products at a level of mastery I would never have expected. They analyzed our wants and needs, and offered us a few options of what they would suggest.We also bought an Integra AV receiver with Paradigm speakers. Again expert knowledge for making a homebrew Surround Sound setup within our budget.More recently, we had an accident with our Sony TV. We called up the Pflanz repair team and they looked at pictures we sent to them with the damage. Unfortunately, Sony no longer supplied the panel we needed for the repair, but I appreciated their repair techs willingness to, once again, provide personalized service.I will never shop a Big Box store again for electronics. We bought a new TV at Pflanz and had it installed today by a hard-working young man. We worked with Will at Pflanz and he lined up the installment date and everything went just great and then we had trouble with our other TV with the Dish and they had that fixed in no time as well we love dealing with Pflanz electronics and really appreciate Will’s service and expertise .

Great customer service! We had received a sound bar for Christmas purchased at Pflanz. The sound bar quit working after a short while of use, we brought it in and Will took very good care of us. I will definitely be back for my electronics needs!

Purchased speakers for my car last summer, wont complain about the product but the installment was one of the poorest job Ive seen, for spending over $1600 I was expecting much more than poor quality Audio and installment, picked up my car with dash lights on my car asking for service (speed sensor was cut into to power amp) took it upon my self to fix it, windows werent rolling down anymore, also had to fix my self. Took my door panels off to look for the issue and notice all speakers were sitting there with no screws (fell off as soon as I took the door panels off) sub in the back dash was also just sitting there with some type of glue. Dont recommend getting anything installed in your car from this place

We had an issue with a pop up message when we turned the TVs off. In a matter of seconds Will was able to resolve the issue. Thanks Will for the good directions. Our TV provider was unable to correct the issue.

Bought a Samsung 8K television. Was a great TV, but really wishing I had picked an OLED instead. Not the fault of Pflanz, but my own buying decision so I wont downrate them for my own thoughts.

They absolutely refuse to service anything you dont purchase from them. Theyll lie and say its because they need to be sure theyre familiar with the product, as they have on other reviews, but this is BS. Doesnt matter if its a product theyve sold/serviced dozens of (as was the case with my Marantz SR7012) and theyre intimately familiar with repairing... if yours wasnt one they sold, they refuse to even speak to you.

Very professional and scoped the project properly and provided updates and requested documentation on project close out. I will definitely use them again.

Great buying experience and wonderful customer support well after the purchase. I purchased a complete theatre system for my home and found everyone at Pflanz friendly and helpful. Scott’s knowledge of the entire product line was incredibly useful. He helped me choose everything I required to build my theatre system. He also directed me to the best products that were in my budget.The two members of the installation team were very professional and did a tremendous job installing my equipment. They were also very friendly and helpful. They answered all of the questions I had concerning my home theatre.Several months after the purchase of my av equipment I needed to get an electronic copy of the invoice for my records. After a quick phone call to the front desk at Pflanz the accountant in the business office emailed the invoices I required.Six months after my home theatre was installed a manufacturing flaw surfaced in my TV. Instead of having to call the manufacturer myself I called Pflanz. We all know how having to deal with manufacturers and their warranty claims departments can be frustrating and slow! Pflanz took care of everything for me! Once the replacement TV came in their install team came back to my place and swapped out the displays. You won’t find that kind of customer service at a box store!I highly recommend Pflanz’s Electronics as the go to place for knowledge, price, and service!

Bought a Sony tv, brought it home and problems with the sound. Boxed it up and returned it. Unfortunately, due to severe cold temps, when they plugged it in cold the screen cracked.
