I had an easy and successful experience with Jeff at Verizon. I walked in and he greeted me. He immediately assessed the problem and solved by offering a couple of different solutions and prices. It took no more than 10 minutes and the problem seems to be fixed. Very positive experience.

Was sold 2 upgrades on black Friday, yeah 7 months ago. Been fighting to get the credits since then. They left out several facts and in fact sold us phones that the discount they credited us dont even apply to not to mention added $75 a month to our bill.Thankfully Verizon themselves are taking care of things for us.We had been here a couple times before this and had decent service. But them costing us over $900 out of pocket for cell phones is enough to never go back or never recommend them to anyone.I believe the ladies name was Yolanda that helped us.

Shady business tactics. We went in to get my wife a new phone and Apple watch. She ended up not liking the iPhone and wanted to go back to Android. Verizon has a no questions asked 14 day return policy so all is great there. We returned the iPhone and watch within the timeframe, but because they were slow processing the return on their end we still ended up being billed $1,200. We contacted Verizon corporate and they didnt have a tracking number so as far as corporate was concerned we still had the devices.
