I highly recommend this Verizon store, we have been here twice and our experience was excellent! Ryan helped us at this visit and he was very helpful, professional and he listened patiently to all of our questions. He’s very kind and easy to do business with. He also was knowledgeable about the products we chose and that was also great. We’ve been to many many other Verizon stores and also some competitors and I’ve never received such great customer service as I did here. One thing that keeps us loyal customers for many years is great service just like this.Great job Ryan! We as customers appreciate this tremendously!!! And I wasn’t forced to wear a mask as it goes against our faith. Thank you for respecting our rights and not treating us like parasites.

I went there to get the phone was helped very well the salesman assisted me and got me into a tablet and a new phone for a very decent price with the very decent plan and every time I have gone into the shop he has helped and so all the other staff has been very kind and appreciate the business that comes in its more like a family atmosphere and I would definitely tell people to go to the Verizon on Kiwanis and 41st

Andrew did an amazing job. He did a thorough check of our account to see if we were getting the best deal. When it came time to get a new phone he brought out several for us to chose from. Andrew was very friendly and he was also very efficient. We were done quickly and came away with exactly what we wanted for less than we expected.
I much prefer going to Wireless World rather than the standard Verizon store. They are always super helpful and friendly. AND, I they treat me like a person, and not herded cattle when I walk through the door. Make them your first stop. I have gone to this store for the past ten years and wouldnt have it any other way.

12/10 I use to renew my upgrades online but wireless world is the real deal! If you want customers services better than the rest wireless world is a must!
Great place!!! Great people. I could not even get anyone to answer a phone at the other Verizon stores when i was calling around to ask questions….This store answered their phone and were very helpful throughout the whole process… It is amazing how in this age you can hardly get a human to answer a phone at a retail store. They deserved my business!

I went in thinking I had a bad charger. Tyler figured out fairly quickly it wasnt the problem, just a dirty charging port. I also had to get a new case and didnt realize theres a difference between a 5G model and a regular model. Again Tyler noticed it right away. Top notch service

This was my first time at this Verizon store. My experience was a complete nightmare! Two weeks after purchasing two phones, I was asked to come back in and return the phones and repurchase them. I was charged three activation fees for two phones (I was actually told one of the original two would be credited, but instead a third charge was added). I was told I would receive a $300 loyalty credit per phone, but when I called the Verizon customer service, they had no record of these credits. I will NEVER return to this store.

Went to Verizon in Sioux Falls today to get an upgrade to two of our phones. Tyler was easy to work with and showed great customer service. He kept us laughing through the whole process. Normally it’s time consuming and boring during the upgrade process since you can be there a while but he made it seem like the time went by fast. Definitely recommend seeing Tyler when you go to upgrade or get a new phone.

I went in with a very specific need and Calvin helped me get just what I needed. He was friendly, informative and not pushy. He did not seem to be in a rush though the store was getting busier as time went on. I felt that I could trust what he was telling me about offers available to me, to be correct and inclusive. I had an enjoyable experience today.

Walk-ins available no need for an appointment due to covid-19. Andrew was very friendly knowledgeable and quick with their service. Added a line to my plan from another Carrier got two new phones and transfered all the data over in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Myles was great! I asked him a few questions over the phone to determine if I was eligible for an upgrade, once he determined I was I came into the store where he had the phone ready for me. All we had to do was transfer my contacts etc, in and out quick!
They wanted too much information from me just to look at phones. I felt like they tried to keep me in the store longer than i needed to be there. It felt like high pressure sales even though we were just looking. The selection of phones was poor so they tried to sell what they had rather than help us with what we wanted. Will not return when i an ready to upgrade
Im so glad I started going here. I had a very bad experience elsewhere that almost made me switch to another carrier. Im happy to say after my experience with Dennis I have changed my mind.
