Called around regarding my cell phone earpiece sounding muffled and crackling. Had tried cleaning it myself. They gave me a couple options what it could be over phone but suggested to stop down so they could take a look at it. They first tried to clean it using their tools and techniques and turned out that’s all that was needed. They didn’t charge me a dime. Atmosphere seemed friendly, professional and experienced. Best service in town from my experience!

They told me it was an inconvenience to help me with my life time warranty screen protector and are the only store Ive ever seen that charges for the screen protector and charges for the install every single time you get a new one. They also had to flex on me their profits by saying they do 500+ of the warranty replacements a week just because I wouldnt buy it from him.

Was helping my mom to get her phone screen replaced and she decided to give CPR a try. At first it seemed good, they were pretty quick which was nice, however, about an hour after getting her phone back it cracked yet again and was clearly a stress fracture rather than a break from dropping it or something else like that; just from fingers tapping the screen.She called them back frantic that she would have to pay yet another substantial amount to replace the screen. A female claiming to be the manager, with terrible customer service told my mom that it had to be physical damage and that they would not do anything to make it right, but she could pay for a new screen.Now, you could tell pretty easily there was something left under the screen keeping it from being flat. We then went into the store to show them in person (the woman on the phone didnt even ask to see the danged screen). A gentleman near the doors helped us out and could tell it wasnt a break from an impact, took the screen off and what do you know, there was something left under the screen during the repair that was the cause and he admitted that HE made a mistake. He then went back to the manager who reluctantly let him replace it..Im giving them 2 stars ONLY because one of their good employees admitted his mistake, made it right and made us feel good. I cant give them 5 stars nor will I recommend them to anyone solely because of the manager who belittled my mom, put the fault on her and would not lift a finger to help her and provide good customer service.In the picture you can pretty obviously see the screen is not sealed flush and there is something under it right where the stress fracture occurred...I despise giving negative reviews, but, what I hate even more is poor customer service when your job is 99% customer service.

Been traveling for over a month and my iPhone battery started dying quickly. I was happy to see this CPR store close to my AIRBNB. Had a great experience with them. At first it was looking like having to replace the charging port of my iPhone but the technician was able to clean it out and save me some money as I have an order phone and was not looking to sink a lot more $ into it.

Repair was ok as well as pricing. $53 diagnostic fee straight away, even if you know the issue Parts was additional. Took quite a while for them to order parts. I would have thought a few days less bring this is what they do. Amazon would have got me the part quicker.

Appreciate CPR’s recommendation with getting me a new phone case for my iPhone 11. I have tried so many different phone cases in the past and the ZAGG cases they carry are outstanding for any smart phone you currently have. Not to mention, the price was very affordable too. CPR offers so many different services and accessories to accommodate anything with your electronic device. Highly recommend!

They did what I asked and repaired the glass cover for my rear camera. What the didnt do was inform me that the middle camera was basically trash and wouldnt focus due to dust exposure. They need to be more forthcoming with information. Kind of feel robbed.

Sold us a stolen phone, our service got disconnected because of it had to come back return the phone, and get a different phone, they said they would order a replacement phone and gave us a date, now they can’t guarantee a date of when I would see my new phone, employees have been nothing but disrespectful where they are placing blame on us as a customer when they sold us a stolen phone, not sure how a place where they are a business of repairing phones and selling phones can’t do a simple swappa search of the IMEI to know it was stolen I use to love this place since I got a phone before but now I wouldn’t recommend this place from the disrespect and treatment that we just received!I would have to update my review to note that the girl ( Brooke ) and guy ( Justin ) I regularly go to are the best at helping out a customer and for your needs but it’s the manager and other employees that felt the need to try and blames us for their mistake while the phone did come in late and they have helped to make sure the mistake doesn’t happen again I am not sure if I’ll be eager to come back knowing they have a manager and employees that choose to place blame instead of offering solutions or showing some sort of empathy since my phone is what I use to work from home. The owner tried to make it right and apologize and gave us a free screen protector for our trouble.

The people in this store are crooks. They take advantage of those that are low on money with loan shark tactics. They are affiliated with Verizon.Do not trust them and go somewhere else. Take an item from Best Buy and add 20% on top, that is there retail price on a USED phone. Only new, friends.

Went to check out iPhones yesterday since I have a Samsung Galaxy & was kind of being rushed by employee . I chose a phone I wanted to check out & was told they were gonna see if Metro would be compatible to the phone & next thing I know I was told all my information was transferred to the iPhone . I didn’t even get to see how the phone operated before I left the store & now I’m being told there’s a restocking fee when I was never told that in store . Highly upset .

I’ve stopped on many occasions and gotten great service. Today I had to have a screen fixed and they did it quickly and even replace my screen protector on the new screen. Then I stop later in the day just passed closing to get another screen protector fixed and Zach was willing to re-open the door and take care of me right after closing. He did it with a smile and was only concerned about making sure I was taken care of. I will continue to bring my business here!

Dropped it off, gave me a courtesy call to let me know what they found out before proceeding to fix, within a half from courtesy call the phone was fixed and ready for pick up. It was 10 after 6PM, they would not put a battery in my phone, I drove over 40 miles to Souix Falls .

Brought my IPhone 8 in for a new battery. My Otterbox case was damaged in 2 places and the technician did not inform me this was done. I will see if Otterbox will replace it otherwise I am out of $ 30.00 for a new case I previously purchased at Best Buy.An update as of 7/13- Store ordered a new Otterbox to replace the damaged one and i now have it but I had to call them to see if it had come in. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I stopped in this morning to get my cracked screen fixed and it was fixed well within the hour. I also bought a durable tempered glass along with a very nice hot pink case! My phone suddenly wouldn’t charge this morning,(tried three different chargers) which was alarming since I need my phone for work. I went to Verizon to see what the deal was. They tried to plug it in then said my charging port went out and I could upgrade my phone or I could go somewhere to get it fixed (they told me to prepare for at least 150.00) I was frustrated because I just paid off my phone and my insurance/warrenty expired when that happened. I went to Phone and Fix and the first thing they did was clean out my charging port. She dug out a ton of gunk, but it still wouldn’t charge. They told me it needed to be fixed, and they could do it there. Prepared for the 150.00 quote, I asked how much it would cost. It ended up being less than half of what the Verizon guy told me. She also mentioned my cracked screen protector wasn’t as effective in its state, (which I was planning on fixing anyway in the future) so I had them install a new one. Over all, my bill was still less than what Verizon quoted me, and it was done in an hour. I appreciate the time put into looking at my phone before just saying it needed to be fixed.
